We enjoyed our meal at PapaRazzi Burlington very much.
It is a shame that it is now closed for good.

Bartender was awesome- forget her name but blonde and amazing! She made great drinks and could keep up with the whole bar and drinks for the restaurant all by herself!

This place has gone downhill. Here's why: At least two items on the menu weren't available. Our waitress made a substitution on one of our dishes and didn't tell us until we asked her about it. Lastly, I ordered the Chicken Scaloppini. The chicken breast was dry & hard.

Absolutely fabulous. We are so upset to learn that it will be closing in 2 weeks. What a shame! The food is amazing!

Food was okay. I felt like we were being rushed. I had told the waiter there was a slight leak where we were sitting and he responds with " well we're selling this location anyways." .... The Boston location had better service and food.

Our food came out before our app. Our drinks were made wrong. They didn't give us bread then they gave it to us without the oil dish. We go there often and don't think we'll be back after this latest bad service :(

I'm sorry to report that this location is closing at the end of the month. We learned this while dining here and we're very disappointed. The food, service, ambiance and (especially) the management were always outstanding. Good luck to all of the employees and managers from the Burlington location. We hope to see you in another Papa Razzi soon!

My salad was excellent but the grilled chicken was dry and burnt! My friends meals were supposed to come wth a cookie at the end and the waiter forgot to bring it. I have usually had an overall good experience here.

Great place for great food at fantastic value . Management was kind enough to offer us free apps since our table was not ready at the designated time.Service was prompt and friendly. The Lamb shank was wonderful and fell off the bone . We will definitely be back soon.

My brother, sister, and I attended a family wake in Wilmington and decided to grab a bite to eat at Papa Razzi in Burlington afterwards. We made a reservation for 6:15 through Open Table and arrived a couple of minutes early. Since the restaurant hadn't started to fill up yet, we were quickly seated at a nice table by the window. Our server, David, greeted us, got us drinks, announced the specials, and was attentive to us through our entire visit. The three of us were busy talking about our family, our careers, and of course, politics and were enjoying our cocktails while waiting for our dinner choices to arrive. At one point the manager approached us to apologize that our dinners were delayed, explained that there had been a problem and that the meals would be served shortly. In his apology he told us that we would not have to pay for the meals due to this mistake. We were taken aback, while completely appreciative, by this proactive service. While we were lost in our conversations, we really hadn't noticed the delay. We thanked David, our server, and the manager for taking such good care of us. We are frequent visitors to this restaurant and will continue to go there and share our experience with others. Kudos to the Papa Razzi staff. Nice work.
Stephen Lambert

PS. I sent this same message to Papa Razzi the day following our recent visit.

A quiet midweek evening.Enjoyed the back covered deck. Enjoyed garlic bread and the mussels. Pasta with clams had too much oil. Not the best. Even though not busy, service was very slow. Friendly but slow. It was a two hour dinner. Can't imagine what it would be like when busy. Won't be going back for a bit.

Overpriced very average food. Service was ok. Not a value for the money spent. Expect better quality of food. It seems the quality of food at Papa Razzi has deteriorated over the years, used to be better.

Attemt to accommodate vegan preferences is admirable but I'd appreciate greater options, i.e., roasted vegetable dish, etc.

Too start asked to be seated outside but wasn't. There was no mention from hostess ,then saw others seated outside after we were seated. Our server was terrible - no one came to table for almost 10 minutes. Server was off taking pics with other tables and we didn't get food till we were thre 1 hour. Been here many times never like this almost left, as after drink order server went missing then too.

It took awhile for anyone to come to the table initially but once they did service was fine.

I asked for a special order and accommodation was made easily and the results very good.

I was a bit disappointed with the orichiette dish as I don't believe the menu indicated a pesto sauce. Little heavy on the pesto but otherwise pretty good. My date loved his chicken piccata and had one of the best martinis he'd ever had. The dessert of tiramisu was lovely. Service was very friendly.

Dinner w/ old work colleagues, good food, good service, didn't feel rushed. Sat on patio (not my choice!), and was comfortable. Got GF chicken parm, delicious and giant portion.

I was disappointed and surprised that my Frutiti di mare did not include a pasta. I have never been to a restaurant that didn't include pasta with that dish.

Amazing Italian food. The antipasto and small plates are delicious. We got a bunch to share and then shared a few pasta dishes. The fried olives were tasty, the Brussels sprouts salad was different abs delicious. The cauliflower was gorgeous and succulent. Such a great place, we must come again! I hear their pizza is top rated so next time we try that :)

Chicken Parm is my favorite here, but decided to go with the orriechette with Broccoli Rabe. Must admit, I was not a fan of that dish. Have had it other places where it was much better. Still like Papa Razzi, but will stick to Chix Parm in the future...

What a wonderful restaurant! Fine dining at a reasonable price with amazing service. The manager was very attentive to us too. He wanted to know all about our opinion of the restaurant, the service, and meal. He gave us a complimentary taste of the figcello, since we had ordered a lemoncello martini previously. This was a truly amazing restaurant experience for us. We will go back often! The server couldn't be more attentive too. She had a great personality. Definitely a great field for her to be in. Try this place out. You won't be sorry

Dinner was great as always but the service was not. our waitress was nice and pleasant and engaging when she came to us but just did not pay us enough attention. Waited a bit for drinks, then we had to ask for bread about 45 minutes into our time. We were in no rush but just really didnt' check in at all...our dinner order was taken 1 hour and 20 minutes after we sat. We did have a couple appetizers so as I said, no rush but at least check in, check our drinks, water etc. We never even saw her check over to us. Cooincidentally, my sister and her friends were sitting in the same area and actually made a comment to us on their bad service before we even said anything. Not a bad waitress just needs to be taught how to stay in touch with her customers.
