After having being there 50 times we were up right next tot he kitchen in a booth n
Fabulous per usual!
As always Paparazzi Concord was wonderful. Love that they take gluten allergy serious. the food was delicious. Definitely going back again!
Pollo Piccata for me (always delicious) and Pan-seared Scallops for the Mr. Both EXCELLENT!
Outstanding service by Veneta, as always.
We've been to this Papa Razzi a fairly large number of times over the last 10 years. This time it was a party of 8. We made a reservation for a Sunday evening at 6:30. We arrived 15 minutes early, but then had to wait almost 25 minutes to be seated. Service was slower than we've experienced in the past, including even the drinks order at the beginning. The restaurant indeed was busy, but we still feel service could have been more prompt. Once the rest of the room began emptying out, then service improved. Otherwise the food was good (better, BTW, than the other Papa Razzi's we've tried). The drinks? My wife and I each had 3 (!) margaritas, and not even a slight buzz. Hmmmm...
Very nice ambience, appealing menu.
My son Bobby wanted to celebrate his 28 the birthday and loves Italian food.
Loved it. Great food and open late (for Concord). Staff was terrific.
We have gone to papa razzi a few times at different locations. Always enjoyed it.
This was by far the worst experience. Our food came out at different times not all together and was bland or over cooked. We ordered appetizers that were never delivered. The manager did offer free desserts which we took him up on .. when we got the check we were charged for some of the desserts. It was a very weird experience. I wont recommend the concord location to anyone.
From the minuet you walk in
Had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated
Booked a few days ahead of time only to come in to be forgotten by the host. The entire lobby was sat before us and while our service was good, the product vs wait was not worth it. Not to mention, we were never visited by a manager. The server offered us a dessert, but at what level of customer disappointment do your managers step in?
The food was Delicious. We ordered a Margarita pizza. It has thin crust. Which is my preference for pizza. We also had chicken with Red Bliss Potatoes..... Those Potatoes Are the best I've ever had. The texture and taste are Perfect. Definitely Should get them if you go.
We visited Paparazzi on Valentine's day at 7pm. You have to be impressed with a really well managed restaurant that handles the crowds, seats you on time, and is professional on the service and the quality of the food. It is very consistent food for good value and a nice setting. you don't see the extras (candles, white tablecloth and flowers) as much as you used to, but Paparazzi scored 100% on those.
Monday night is our date night at Papa-Razzi in Concord. We always appreciate the warm welcome at the host station, and our server, Veneta is always wonderful!
Because of the cold weather, I chose the warm and hearty Rigatoni con Luganega. Love the sausage and mushrooms and creamy sauce. My husband had the roasted Porchetta with parmesan Polenta. Another win for all concerned.
Big thanks to the kitchen!
Went here on the Saturday before Valentine's Day. Glad we got reservations, Seating wasn't bad when we arrived, but packed by the time we left. The food was exceptional (first time in while that we have gone someplace and said, we have to go back). We were in a nice booth so we could talk when we weren't eating. It's a little pricey, but not outrageous (2 people $70 including tip, but no alcohol).
I'm a regular at Papa Razzi because the menu, ambiance, wine selection, and service is always very good. The host/hostess attempt to seat similar groups together (i.e., young families in the family section, etc.).
We had a lovely dinner and a charming waitstaff member. The weather was bad so the dining room was a lot quieter than usual but that afforded us a beautiful view of the fire.
Papa Razzi is consistently excellent. They go out of their way to accomodate your requests, make each item fresh and you can always count on a great meal. My steak was cooked slightly more than I requested so they quickly brought me a new one that was cooked perfectly. My Gluten Free friend had a wide range of choices and the kitchen assured him that everything was separate and safe for someone with a severe gluten allergy. The manager and staff are always friendly and professional.
Very solid Italian with excellent specials.
Great manager and waiter. Terrific selection of food and well prepared
Paparazzi is always consistent and great. Service is also consistenly good. I always come back!
I miss the old Papa Razzi. I did prefer the old menu like being able to get a chicken breast on the bone. That was always so good. Now every chicken dish is a filet. Miss the almond cookies with the gelato.
I always enjoy my meals at Papa Razzi locations. This is my second visit to dine with a friend in Concord. For a Thursday lunchtime this restaurant was quite busy. My grilled chicken sandwich was served with a side salad (the option is fries). The dining room is a bit dark even in the daytime, perhaps it’s because it’s wintertime. At any rate no surprises, with my food as good as usual.
The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. My last experience was not good, but after this past visit I will definitely return again. The food was very good and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it!
delicious food! I ordered the pollo piccata, and my companion had a penne dish (don't recall which one). We were seated promptly for our 12:15 reservation. It was nice and busy, but not loud, and there didn't seem to be a wait for tables.
A bit high on the price point given the okay service. Very noisy, but location is great.
We had a table next to the fireplace on a cold night—that was lovely. Good place to bring a baby—had a high chair and place for a car seat. More expensive than we expected but delicious!
My Veal Scallopini was quite dry.
My husband's Penne with tomatos was very ordinary.
We enjoyed our evening. We had reservations and a nice table. The food was great and the service was excellent. The manager came around to check on us. Very nice time. We would recommend to others.
Wonderful food and a great dining experience. Consistently top notch.
Lovely dinner near the fireplace on a cold winters night
Just a great restaurant! Super wine list, excellent food and service. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great experience, delicious food. I love that they accommodate my food preference and inform me of the ingredients in other foods at the table. Fantastic service, but not too much.
The food is consistently good. The server was professional and efficient.
Our family was traveling home from vacation and delayed at airport. We arrived at restaurant close to 10 at night. Our waiter was gracious, food well prepared and we felt nurtured!
Took my 92-year-old mother-in-law here for lunch. Server was extremely accommodating and very informative. We both had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I'm a regular, since this is centrally located for a lot of friends. Food is always good. Nice portions. Pasta is always al dente. Space is very comfortable and not noisy, even when filled. Place is very popular, so I always make a reservation, even for lunch. So glad we have this nearby (~20 minutes away). Been coming here for ages.
Our server was lovely and the food was delicious, but the kitchen was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food at 5:15 PM when the restaurant wasn't even close to full. We had a kid with us, so that was extra frustrating.
We appreciated the waitress letting us know up front that half-portions were available for several of the dishes, including the mushroom risotto and the wonderful soup of the evening (a butternut/celeriac blend). As a group that ranged in age from 51 to 95, we were grateful for the ability to order smaller portions. Thanks Papa for offering this option!
