Loved it. Great food and open late (for Concord). Staff was terrific.
We have gone to papa razzi a few times at different locations. Always enjoyed it.
This was by far the worst experience. Our food came out at different times not all together and was bland or over cooked. We ordered appetizers that were never delivered. The manager did offer free desserts which we took him up on .. when we got the check we were charged for some of the desserts. It was a very weird experience. I wont recommend the concord location to anyone.
From the minuet you walk in
Had a reservation and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated
Booked a few days ahead of time only to come in to be forgotten by the host. The entire lobby was sat before us and while our service was good, the product vs wait was not worth it. Not to mention, we were never visited by a manager. The server offered us a dessert, but at what level of customer disappointment do your managers step in?
The food was Delicious. We ordered a Margarita pizza. It has thin crust. Which is my preference for pizza. We also had chicken with Red Bliss Potatoes..... Those Potatoes Are the best I've ever had. The texture and taste are Perfect. Definitely Should get them if you go.
We visited Paparazzi on Valentine's day at 7pm. You have to be impressed with a really well managed restaurant that handles the crowds, seats you on time, and is professional on the service and the quality of the food. It is very consistent food for good value and a nice setting. you don't see the extras (candles, white tablecloth and flowers) as much as you used to, but Paparazzi scored 100% on those.
Monday night is our date night at Papa-Razzi in Concord. We always appreciate the warm welcome at the host station, and our server, Veneta is always wonderful!
Because of the cold weather, I chose the warm and hearty Rigatoni con Luganega. Love the sausage and mushrooms and creamy sauce. My husband had the roasted Porchetta with parmesan Polenta. Another win for all concerned.
Big thanks to the kitchen!
Went here on the Saturday before Valentine's Day. Glad we got reservations, Seating wasn't bad when we arrived, but packed by the time we left. The food was exceptional (first time in while that we have gone someplace and said, we have to go back). We were in a nice booth so we could talk when we weren't eating. It's a little pricey, but not outrageous (2 people $70 including tip, but no alcohol).
I'm a regular at Papa Razzi because the menu, ambiance, wine selection, and service is always very good. The host/hostess attempt to seat similar groups together (i.e., young families in the family section, etc.).
We had a lovely dinner and a charming waitstaff member. The weather was bad so the dining room was a lot quieter than usual but that afforded us a beautiful view of the fire.
Papa Razzi is consistently excellent. They go out of their way to accomodate your requests, make each item fresh and you can always count on a great meal. My steak was cooked slightly more than I requested so they quickly brought me a new one that was cooked perfectly. My Gluten Free friend had a wide range of choices and the kitchen assured him that everything was separate and safe for someone with a severe gluten allergy. The manager and staff are always friendly and professional.
Very solid Italian with excellent specials.
Great manager and waiter. Terrific selection of food and well prepared
