Worst service I’ve ever had
Food and service were great!
Love Papa Razzi, everything was great. No wait, great food, service & ambience.
We live in NH and have never been to a Papa Razzi restaurant. We loved the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, and the service was quick. The calamari didn’t really toot my horn, it was kind of plain. It wasn’t dry or overcooked, it just needed a splash of lemon or something. Wish I ordered the burrata instead.
For dinner I had the Bolognese and my husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Both dishes were aesome. I ended up finishing off my husbands plate because there was no way I was letting that pasta sauce go to waste. The focaccia bread and that sauce was de-lish! Didn’t have room for dessert but the offerings sounded awesome. Will definitely dine here again if we’re in the area.
Great night out! The Food was fantastic! I will go again.
My third time eating here. The food is mediocre at best. 3 times is not a fluke. Service is great though.
Jennifer was AWESOME as a waitress !!!
My food (eggplant parmesan) was very good, as was the dessert and the service.
We love the restaurant—it is the site of our reunions when we return to MA to visit our kids. But our server made the experience less wonderful than it usually is. I believe it was Jennifer. As a server, wearing copious amounts of perfume is a real problem. She wore so much that we even commented we were affected by it when she was at neighboring tables. It interfered with the delicious scent of good food, and was quite objectionable. She clearly thinks she is very funny, but her humor is the type where she tries to confuse you, then says “just kidding”. Maybe fine with friends, not customers. Good servers “read” the table and can sense whether that could be well received. She was not overly busy, but had tremendous difficulty getting to us in a timely way, repeatedly. We waited a long time for her to greet us and a very long time to place our orders. Perhaps the most annoying thing was when she delivered the bill, pointedly asked if we had had a great time. We had, because the dinner was good and we enjoyed our company, but it was a very obvious inquiry delivered to secure a good tip. Not an asset.
Enjoying the new sangria from the seasonal cocktails list. Appreciated the ability to mix & match pastas and sauces. Very good 3-meatball appetizer. Excellent focaccia bread and coffee.
They must have been short staffed as our waitress was out straight and had to cover a lot of tables. We still gave her a very good tip as it wasn't her fault that she wasn't as attentive as she should have been. Otherwise, everything else was terrific.
Good food but waitress was a little creepy and also forgot to put in our meal for over an hr so we had quite the wait
Unbelievably tasty food, delightfully friendly waiter, overall a recommendable experience.
Unfortunately it was packed in there and there was a significant wait for drinks, but the food came out quickly, and man was it good.
I don't recall our server's name but Ishe was outstanding. She had two hair buns the night we were there if that would help to give her our compliments.
We will be back because of the service and the food was pretty good as well. But the highlight was the service.
We have been many times to this PRazzi location. Last night (due to staffing issues and being a busy Friday) was a rough experience. BUT, Joe our server was all over the wave of challanges the kitchen served our way and keep things decent. Huge kudos to Joe and Im sure this was just an off night for the others. Look forward to going again.
Food was nothing special, I had the chicken with rissoto, chicken was tough, risotto was nothing great. Felt like the chicken medallions were factory made, not freshly sautéed. All in all not the food it used to be.
Nothing outstanding but pretty reliable. $9 for a Virgin Seabreeze which is basically juice was a bit much. I could have had a glass of wine for that price. Out waiter was really nice and they seated us at a table for 4 which was also nice. I go here fairly regularly so have nothing bad to say. Probably not the best Italian in the area but is good enough for a nice meal.
Wonderful dinner made even better by the great service.
It was a bit slow but we were early and it was a nice fall day for folks to go outdoors. I love this location of Papa Razzi but in spite of the small number of diners, the service was a bit slow. Always enjoy the food. Two of the servers wore masks, but most staff did not have masks, which was disconcerting. I think that would be my biggest complaint and I would mention it to anyone planning on going.
I wish they hadn’t reduced the menu- I love lobster ravioli and beef carpaccio - both gone.
The menu is limited. The food was ok. I wouldn't make a special trip to eat there. The server was excellent.
A nice lunch of 6 men getting together after a year.
This is such a special place - the elegant ambiance of a "great room" with wood beamed soaring ceiling, fireplace and white table linens. Freshly made pastas and Italian favorites like Rigatoni Bolognese and Veal Parmesean do not disappoint.
We had the eggplant appetizer and the veal parm, both were excellent. Service was excellent, very attentive.
Love the food. Service is always good and the points system is wonderful
Lovely lunch for friends catching up. Excellent food and great service.
We ate outside on the “patio” on a lovely warm evening. The service was excellent and all the food was delicious.
Loved this place in the past - been going to one of various beaches for yers, but this was very disappointing. The food was just bad. Pasta was markedly undercooked and sitting in a pool of unappetizing liquid. The chicken in another pasta dish was badly overcooked. I am hopeful that this was a one time mistake, but it will be hard to go back.
Everyone enjoyed their meal! Glad we went! Just a bummer when they forgot one meal and took about 10 min additional while everyone else was eating. But accidents happen! Had a great dinner.
Wonderful service staff and food - the management suffers from not having enough staff. The dining rooms were completely full and service staff had no chance to stay up with the needs of diners. The problem is not specific to Paparazzi - it’s a shame. We noticed the menu was much smaller than pre-COVID. I hope they recover.
Our waitress was very good. But when the food came they forgot a meal and my mother didn't eat what she ordered. I do think it was the kitchens fault.
But when the check came. They didn't even comp us a drink. Pretty poor customer service play on their part. Why did we suffer because of their mistake - a glass of wine would
Have been appreciated.
The food last night took awhile to be brought to the table. The server did apologize. I will go back, since we are regulars. However, I was surprised last night at how long it took.
As usual, the four of us thoroughly delighted in the cuisine and the ambience. Highly recommended.
Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was really good as usual. Service that night was very slow. We waited 15 minutes just for a waiter to show up at our table. Then we were attended to nicely. We got our drinks and our salads fairly quickly. However, We waited about 25-30 minutes for our country to arrive.
We were told after each delay that they were short staffed that night. So it was nice to be informed. It was unfortunate we had to wait so long. I’ll just scratch it off as an off night for them. We’ll be back again.
a pleasant surprise - recommended by the hotel staff. Food was delicious, drinks were great , and service was excellent.
I have been going there several times a year for more than a decade. It never disappoints and the service and food have been consistently good. They will accommodate requests for alterations to the entrees and answer any questions you have about the food, wine, etc. I will definitely be back.
Had a wonderful time with family last night - thank you!
Great place for a quiet lunch with friends. Wish there had been more salad choices for lunch.
Paparazzi's food and service was excellent. I had a meatball sandwich that was so big I could only eat half of it and the parmesan fries were great too. My friend had a salad with steak tips and she said it was delicious. Her Mom had the eggplant parmigiana appetizer and it was huge. She ate all of it! We had coffee which I appreciated because I drink my coffee black and it was very dark and rich. Our food came out very quickly and our waitress was terrific. I also took home pasta Bolognese and chicken parmigiana home for dinner.
