The Iacomini Family first opened their doors in 1932, The heart & soul has been "Papa Joe" Iacomini. Iacomini Family has always been considered the first family of fine & traditional dining in the Akron area. Joe's legacy lives on with the fourth generation of restaurateurs. Judy, his daughter, & her son Jeff, & daughter Kim, continue to try & live up to his standards of excellence. This trio of new culinarians continues to bring you "The Best of Iacomini's" with new dinner menus offered monthly serving Fresh Fish, Center Cut Steaks and a combination of Northern and Southern Italian Cuisines. Papa Joe's has multiple private dining rooms with seating up to 65 guests. Tuesday through Sunday afternoons we can accommodate even larger parties. Off-site catering is offered 6 days a week for any venue of your choice. To-go service and retail wine sales are convenient at our Italian Market. Try our convenient curbside service!

What an awesome menu. Everything we choose has been delicious. Calamari is always our starter and never disappoints. Great dinner rolls, salad, and the lasagna is definitely a favorite. Icing on the cake is wonderful, friendly service by the staff. As soon as you walk through the door, staff is friendly and makes you feel like valued customers. Our waitress Amanda was fantastic. Thanks to everyone for making our dining experience most enjoyable.

We had Polenta Bruschetta for our appetizer and it was deliciosly different. All our meals came out together. The only blip was that one person fid not get the broccoli she ordered, but they made it right quickly. I had the Chicken Marsala and it was excellent!

Always a good family choice. There is something for everyone here--pasta for my son, steak for my husband, pork chop for me. It was all really good. The service was excellent! Even better, I didn't realize that they sell their bottles of wine at retail price--no special night for it.

Dinner was chicken parmigiana and petite prime rib. We both had the Papa Joe's Potatoes with our entree, and they were excellent! The prime rib cut was generous and prepared to order. Our server was attentive and fun. The chicken parm was wonderful as always. One of the best nights out we have had in months!
