Lovely staff, very friendly. Very prompt service. Nice food. Decor very tired and feels like it needs a steam clean and maybe a lick of paint. That’s my only negative. I still would go back however.
It was a quiet, rainy Sunday evening and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The waitstaff was thus pretty attentive :) Order the tuna tartare, it is served over wasabi peas and avocado slices. The crab dip is also excellent!
Place was dirty
Wow, this was the worst restaurant experience we've had in awhile! Meatballs tasted like Chef Boyardee. Chicken Parmesan was overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting on a warmer for some time. Waiter seemed indifferent to our presence. He brought the wrong dip appetizer and when I told him it wasn't the one I ordered, he gave a quizzical look but didn't say anything while removing the plate. We asked for the manager and she apologized and tried to make things right by giving us a different entree, but after more than one poor dish and lousy service, we would not return. To top it off, the bathrooms were very dirty.
Todo estuvo a destiempo y tuvimos que devolver un plato por estar frio.
We were asked to confirm reservation on 3 separate occasions yet when we arrived for lunch the restaurant was closed due to apparent mechanical problems.
It would have been appropriate to call us before going all the way to Georgetown!
Food was good but inconsistent : Fish dish was great, eggplant was excellent yet pizza was over cooked and side dishes undercooked. Server was very attentive. Ambiance was very nice due to our location by fire wall. Probably best seat in house. family friendly. Lots of small children. We would give Palio's another try on chance Sunday was an off night.
Good pizzas and pastas with those delicious breadsticks and olive tapenade. Pleasant atmosphere and great service.
Food was excellent. Brought out-of-town guests and they absolutely loved it.
I️t was our Christmas Eve dinner. The food and service was great.
