This is our must go to restaurant when we are at our home in Miami; early booking is essential, particularly if you want to eat on Friday or Saturday nights. From the minute you arrive at the reception desk, you feel appreciated. The food, the atmosphere and the attention to detail are second to none. If possible we try to get Hisham as our server; he personifies all of the above, and makes a dinner a special experience. The fish is amazing.

We had the Wagyu Ribeye and it was well worth the price! Everything was extremely high quality, including the Coconut Shell dessert that was perfectly crafted. Definitely on the pricey side, but everything met the high expectations those prices garnered.

From the moment we entered we were treated like VIP's. The hostesses could not have been more welcoming and very professional too. But the best part of the evening was our waiter Sebastian. He knew the menu and the ingredients inside and out. While we navigated through the menu he was our wonderful guide. His presentation was impeccable and his ability to engage us on each course made the evening even more enjoyable. We ordered bites to share like the amazing salmon bites, tuna toro, the Peking duck was the BEST ever. The pork rice had a smokey and exotic flavor. The wine we ordered Paul Hobbs 2014 Cabernet has sent us on a hunt to find as many bottles as we can.
Overall each member of this team provided us with an over the top experience. The ambiance was beautiful with a view that provided us with a beautiful sunset.
I highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

The waiter was very professional and friendly and gave us a sneak peek of the show in the theatre, it looked very fun so I will definitely go see it. I would have not know about the show if the waiter would not have told us.
The food was excellent like I remembered from the previous times.

The cocktail and wine prices are just way over the top. $34 for a martini? The food was very good but I think they forgot about us half way. Our server was nice enough.

The food was gastrointestinal! A good fission between Asian (Philippine) cousins and modern American

Seated on time and the restaurant is beautiful. We had pork belly, fried chicken, smoked short rib and red snapper fish. We've been here twice before and it was delicious but not this time. We had some problems, definitely not as good as before. Even the flow of the dinner was odd. For these prices not likely to come back.....

My experience at Pao was over the top. Unicorn everything from drinks to appetizers to decor. But the service was above and beyond. If not for the killer food with amazing presentation and flavor, go for overall experience. It is 100% worth it.

The restaurant was nice the server was awesome, the ambiance was nice , the details were nice , the food was poor for the cost, the fish to share was very salty and so was the rice, I.T was very expensive for portion and for food quality. Hope they change chef

Amazing, fresh fish. Somewhat inventive dishes. Great combination of flavours, one dish after the other.
Excellent customer service.
Little bit noisy n a Friday night, but not a huge bother.
Fried chicken is a MUST!

Beautiful decor and service. Food has to meet today’s expectations. Sweet-spicy-soury taste was in style 15 years ago and so gone by now, rightfully so. China Grill and Asia de Cuba were pioneers, but where are they now????
People travel around the world and taste Asian food. One cannot fool them into something special by adding tons of sugar into everything on a menu. Especially when the bill is $400 for two people.
I never write negative reviews. This is my first one

Amazing, as always! The food here is truly second to none and is by far the best food I've had in Miami. I recommend the Salmon Butter, the Fried Chicken, the Maguro, and the Chicken Paella. Despite these specific recommendations, I imagine that everything on the menu is stellar.

Try "The Myth" (house cocktail) while you're at it, served in a $500 gold unicorn glass!
