Great food and service.

It was cool but I'll probably never crave to go back again. It did not move me at all. Don't go if you're hungry for real food. It's Mickey mouse food. E waiter Marco was one of the kindest human beings we've ever met though. The staff is highly professional and the most trained staff I have ever seen in any restaurant. Go if you want to be treated well. Don't go if you want to eat well. More drinks than food.

Looooveeeeed the food! Definitely recommend for a prefect date night in Miami! The ambience and everything is just so classy.

The service was amazing here! The food does not have any flavor though .. I don’t think it’s worth the price or the place.. but the service is on point

It was for my birthday dinner. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. It was nice seeing Paul Qui himself running food to tables and greeting guests. He looked like a random skater running around the restaurant. Very cool! Our group really liked the food. The mushrooms, shrimp dish, fried chicken, and deserts were all stand outs. Anna was our server and she was very attentive, informative, and had a bright energy.

While the entrees were good the small plates were super disappointing. Small, nothing special and expensive. Server hard recommended things we didn’t want and never came back to take drink orders after our last guest arrived. We never saw him again and had to flag down a manager for our bill. We ended up going somewhere else after because we were still starving.

Best restaurant we’ve ever been to in Miami. We travel all over the world to eat and this was an amazing experience.

Food and service were excellent. Restaurant is very noisy and boisterous.

This really hit the mark for make Just a quick girls who love food getaway truly memorable. I did feel the portions were a bit small even for small plates , however the flavors were delicious. The restaurant ambiance was beautiful even when it rained and we got wet . The staff was very attentive and excellent at answering any questions

Great vegetarian options! We didn’t feel rushed to finish eating and service was perfect. For a busy restaurant, we didn’t feel forgotten about when it came to the service.

I went out for dinner with my friends to Pao by Paul Qui. The food was outstanding however the service was very poor. We were waiting 10 min by the hostess stand , I think hostess was kind of busy but I would guess managers(2 people in a suits) didn't even help her to seat people. They were standing and watching . My friend accidentally spilled water on the table and nobody came to clean so we were sitting all night like that. I'm so disappointed about service at Faena.

Girls night out

Amazing experience for the 2nd time. We were able to sit outside and it was gorgeous. Service was extraordinary. A perfect experience from start to finish. Make it a point to dine there when you’re in Miami. You’ll be so happy.

Wonderful food and service as usual!

Date night with friends. Fried chicken and grilled fish were the highlight. Cocktails were delicious. Service could have been a bit quicker but it was super busy. It was loud and at one point we were almost shouting to talk to our friends but hey that’s busy Miami for ya. Definitely want to go back and try some other items on the menu

Outstanding service

This is my new favorite restaurant. Our waiter was the best I’ve ever had. He made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding and different. The golden domed ceiling and huge unicorn in the middle of the restaurant made for an impressive atmosphere. I just loved this place and will be back again and again! Thanks for a great New Year’s celebration!

Very romantic, exceptional food and service

Family dinner.. Chef Pao.. We had such a wonderful experience. We loved all the food we tried. We had family style, we shared everything..It was so good. The ambience and the service were excellent. Server Chris really took care of us.

Been wanting to try this restaurant out for a while. The food was lovely however after finishing a 3 course meal and only 3/4 of a small cocktail, I suddenly got ill and had to them spend the rest of the evening 🤮 in the restroom.
I’m accustomed to having way more than 1 small alcoholic drink on a full stomach, and the food was divine. Can only think it was either too rich for me or a weird combination that turned my stomach?
Service was great. Food was good. I got horribly sick after 1 drink. It was almost like was drugged or something, how fast it happened. Very odd.
Willing to give it another go, once have got the courage up to go back.

I wasn’t in mood for small plates that evening so hard to give an opinion. I would have needed to order more plates but it was rather expensive. In general not my type of restaurant.

Pao has become my favorite restaurant in Miami. Not only the food and ambiance is great but the service is superb. Well done Pao!

All we can say is WOW to PAO and how did we not know about this place. From the moment we walked in the door it was a top notch experience. The service, the food, the ambiance was so amazing it was magical. Jed (our waiter) was so knowledgeable about the restaurant,the food and the history it just bought the experience to the next level. Every food recommendation he made couldn’t have been better. He even toured us around the equally amazing Faena property. Certainly the culinary highlight of our trip. Many thanks 🙏 and we will most certainly be back.

First time dining at Pao. Our server Jad was very knowledgeable in both food and drink aspects, he guided us through the menu very well. Food was outstanding. As a fellow Filipino myself it’s great to see our cuisine be elevated in such level. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.
