The service was good, food Ok.... But Super Overpriced!!! Small Rice Dish $40??? Wagyu Dish $150??? C’mon get Real....
What a phenomenal meal. Every course was exceptional - the flavors, the attention to detail. It was an extremely special night.
Amazing, as always! The food here is truly second to none and is by far the best food I've had in Miami. I recommend the Salmon Butter, the Fried Chicken, the Maguro, and the Chicken Paella. Despite these specific recommendations, I imagine that everything on the menu is stellar.
Try "The Myth" (house cocktail) while you're at it, served in a $500 gold unicorn glass!
we had a very pleasant evening here. They sat my date in a great spot in view of the elephant! We enjoyed the food and service. Will be back.
Amazing Bar and drinks . Food was really good and service so attentive. Ambience so Elegante.
Peking duck. You won't be sorry.
Outstanding menu. Incredible energy. Out-of-this-world service & staff. The venue is super-hip & sexy. A must “go to” when in South Beach.
incredible. and best salmon bites. ever. best salmon ever. high society drink is fantastic. Kenny is awesome.
Immensely enjoyable meal beneath the golden unicorn. Superb cocktails and great bites. Really enjoyed the Pekin Duck. Great service, attentive without being overbearing.
Innovative creative kitchen that's probably Miami's best
duck was huge! somm was excellent. great service. beautiful place.
Delicious and creative Filipino food. Simple menu that was well executed. Excellent service. Great for a special occasion. If you have plans to see Sensatia or some other show after dinner be sure to tell the staff when you arrive. It will help.
The food was interesting and delicious! Our server Kenny was extraordinarily kind and made the meal even more special.
The food was excellent . Especially the wagu and truffle. The service was definitely top notch. Probably worth the price.
Excellent from beginning to end. Delivered on a special evening.
Came to celebrate husbands birthday with my toddler. They were so accommodating for my daughter with being such an upscale restaurant I was so happy. They have high chairs, coloring book, kids menu and they constantly made sure we were ok throughout the night
Great meal, but you should remove Paul qui reference from the website
Exceptional service...some of the best I’ve ever had and I dine out all the time. It started with the hostess. She was warm, friendly, accomdating and lovely. It really set the tone for the special Faena experience. The server was outstanding — aware of every detail and so gracious. This is a must experience in Miami!
Perfect. Loved our server!!
Gorgeous room, good food. Perfect for a sexy date or girls night as long as you’re aware of the price tag.
When the bar is full the noise level is higher than the runway at Miami International Airport
Our table of four, including 2 college friends and my 14 year old had a wonderful time. The service was excellent all around. The ambience couldn't have been better. The food was terrific, all seasoned perfectly with great flavors. We had a few shared dishes (the whole fish, the duck, the short rib rice) and a couple of appetizers, of which the fried chicken and fish crudo were the best. Tasty! Great vibe, our waiter also really helped make it a fun night too and showed us the gold mastedon in the back.
Very interesting Asian fusion restaurant. Impressive design in the dining room. Great service , nice busy vibe, surprisingly nice flavours, worth visiting. The Hotel Faena where it is based is an Art Hotel on its own.
Exquisite food at heart stopping prices. Maybe you can get a mortgage in lobby.
Our waitress was so good!!! absolutely loved her. The best we’ve had in Miami
Dinner was amazing! ALL the food we had was so delicious and creative....and we have eaten at many great restaurants around the world. The staff was so attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the chef. I can't say enough good things. You must try. Note that the restaurant can be very loud if you dine inside. We sat outside and it was quiet. So, offers everything for both environments.
Service was outstanding from the valet to the hostess and servers. The food was creative with a surprise of flavors in every dish. Portions were shareable but on the smaller side. The biggest drawback that we can see is the limited menu options. We went more of a tapas type of dinner and while everything we ordered was fantastic, we pretty much ran out of reasons (Menu Items) to return. It was our first experience here so we will have to see if the menu changes often, but I seem to recall the same items when I looked at the menu on line a few months ago. The wine list is extensive with a keen eye to finding unique red and white selections. Our sommelier was both helpful and informative. Don't miss this as it is a very pleasing experience.
Great food, service was on point, they ran out of duck legs but gave us a discount on the rest of the dish. Hostesses were the worst part because we weren't staying at the hotel we kept getting bumped but they made up for it by giving us a great booth seat. Waited 20 min with a reservation isn't great but not the worst thing in the world. Sharing options on the menu were really convenient and cost effective which is something you don't see at many high end restaurants. Faena is also worth looking around before and after dinner.
We enjoyed this restaurant very much. What is unique about it is its food, quite different from anything eles we had experienced. Expensive, but worthwhile if you are in for a high quality gastronomic experience.
The menu was very weird, the rice was way too smoky and salty. The fish was very tasty and the drinks were way too sweet and expensive.
The food was great, but the waiter was very pushy. Tried to up-sell any chance he could even after we said we weren't interested. The decorations for Valentine's Day were a bit much and pretty cheesy.
All around excellent
The food was good not great. The waiters where nice but interrupted frequently while in conversation. The ambiance and locale where great.
Short rib was insane!!
Love love love
A VERY NOVEL RESTAURANT
I almost never leave reviews but for Pao I will take the time. The food is truly outstanding - yes, it is in a very attractive location and the service is nearly flawless but it is the food that stands out and why you should come. The sous vide short ribs were amazing. The pork fried rice was steller. Grilled Salad? Yes please. The only reason that I shorted the restaurant on "value" was the wine list - I drank a bottle of wine that is nearly perfect for the vintage/varietal but I get it at my local wine store for $75 and they were selling it for $300. Yes, I understand the concept of the 3x markup but it was odd paying that much for a bottle that I drink regularly. That being said - go there, get all the food and drink all the wine. You won't be disappointed.
This meal was for a business meal with the Louis Vuitton group and the feedback was amazing. Guests were very well received and were pleased with the meal!
Loved the attention to detail! I had only mentioned in the reservation that we were going for my husband’s birthday and when we got there they said I think we’ll seat you in the best table in the house. Later they brought my husband a cake with his name. So sweet. Made the occasion extra special. Everything was delicious. Great recommendations.
