Pao’s beverage program will include an extensive list of wines from old and new world regions, an international liquor selection, innovative cocktails from an impressive team of mixologists and playful non-alcoholic libations.
Everything was amazing, from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish
Restaurant was empty. Fire alarm started and we were told it happens very often due to the kitchen in the Argentinean Steakhouse on site. Food doesn’t worth the price. Service was good.
Simply loved it! My wife and I went on a date there and we had a great time. The place was beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was amazing! It’s one of my favorite places in Miami!
Beautiful space and outstanding service. The menu is quite limited, and the prices are quite expensive. The food quality and taste was good to excellent, but not truly amazing, and some portions were very small. Los Fuegos in the same hotel, is definitely the better restaurant.
Kind of nervous that it was going to be a hotel guest, tourist trap place. Nothing of the sort. While there may have indeed been tourists, with good taste, it was an exquisite dining experience. Excellent food and drinks combined with great service from our server Hicham made for a memorable experience. Worth a visit and the money.
Delicious, innovative menu. Fabulous service and beautiful atmosphere, without being stuffy. All around amazing. Sebastian was our server and he was fantastic.
I went to Pao with my spouse and another couple for a fun night out, and the experience exceeded our expectations. It’s rare that I have an experience in which food, ambiance and service are all exceptional, but this was one.
The food is spectacular - a very unique dishes with flavors you won’t find anywhere else. The decor is also one-of-a-kind.
We were particularly impressed with the top-notch service. We had been stuck in traffic, so we called ahead expecting Pao to treat us like other Miami Beach restaurants: that we should beg them to let us in. But they were understanding and accommodated is as if we had been punctual. And then the service just got better - informative, friendly servers who were always available when needed but not intrusive.
They place is pretty pricey, but it is a great experience.
Always excellent! Great food and excellent wine list!
This is a fabulous restaurant. Interesting and wonderful food; warm and helpful service; and a fun room.
Best service I’ve had in a long time. Generous portions. Over all WONDERFUL experience..
Excellent food and service
Our service and food was good great. Our server Chris went above and beyond. Very professional and knew every detail of our dishes. We had him recommend our dishes and everything was on point.
Great service we loved our waiter Javaris, food is excellent only the acoustics need to be improved can not hear anyone at your table
Food is amazing and the bartenders are very easy on the eyes.
Exceptional service, food and ambiance. A must try in SoBe.
The best Miami has to offer.
Amazing! The food was great, outstanding service, overall- great place for dining!
Incredible use of ingredients!
Amazing venue and food
Excellent experience from The moment you valet your care right through getting your bill. Excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommended and will definitely return
Amazing Sommelier. Very knowledgeable. The food was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and professional.
Amazing Culinary Experience. Brought my wife for her birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Very small portions, Unappetizing, distasteful food. Very overpriced.
Nice location for date night. Night club cabaret at the location. The food is asian fusion. Love the pork rice.
A big disappointment after having great expierneces in Pao previously. Service is outstanding, however the food quality was un acceptable.
Amazing! Very attentive, food came out appropriately quickly, and complimentary dessert to celebrate. Loved it! Favourite restaurant in Miami.
Excellent ambiance coupled with terrific service and exquisitely prepared food. Menu selection is limited but what's on the menu is all great.
It was wonderful as always! Delicious food and incredible service! It is one of our favorites in Miami!
Excellent. Highly recommend. Impeccable service, waiters calling you by your name at all times and were very friendly (unlike how they treat you at the jazz lounge). Fried chicken was delicious as well as the rice with pork belly and the dessert with the pear ice cream was nothing like I have ever had before.
Service (Jed) was outstanding. And that’s after 3 weeks dining in all the best places in Miami. Jed hosted us, made the experience of dining here romantic with his story telling and guidance through out the meal. There was an explosion of flavor in every dish. Loved the short rib, unicorn, and hamachi especially.
Coursing was perfect, and he closed the meal by taking us down to the Mammoth exhibition in the back of the hotel. Truly extraordinary and we can’t wait to return.
We were really looking forward to Pao. We went for my birthday dinner - wanting to explore someplace new. It was very disappointing - two dishes were good - the bamboo rice and fried chicken. The other dishes - king crab appetizer and curried vegetables were disappointing. The cookies at the END OF THE MEAL were fabulous. There are too many other great restaurants in Miami to go back to this one
Still had to wait even after having a reservation and dishes are overpriced
Loved it!!! Food was excellent
My experience with Asian food has been pretty scant due to the fact that it tends to emphasize seafood and shellfish. I had checked out the Paos' Miami Spice menu, saw a few items I liked, and decided to check it out this past weekend. The fact that when I checked in at the hostess stand, they inquired as to any food allergies so they could be careful with my plates made them a winner. They were able to customize a delicious dinner for me without inconveniencing others. Service overall was top notch; the waiter or busser describes all of the plates and ingredients and checked regularly on me.
Their Miami Spice menu, price (very) fairly proportionate portions for their regular menu, started with the fried chicken was the essence of spice with their sweet chili, jalapeno and banana ketchup. That last seasoning intrigued me at first; my waitress informed me that it's made from mashed banana, sugar, vinegar, and jalapeno. Next up was the sisig (basically Filipino style fried rice.) These fond culinary memories of my San Fran trip was a not-overly-greasy garlic rice, Chili for moar spice, black vinegar, pork belly and a fried egg.
In addition to the complementary green matcha cookie, my sweet closing was their Buttermilk panna cotta with (real) Green Apple -Cru, Fennel Seed Crumble, and a pear apple sorbet. I nursed my meal with (more than one) of their Horned God drink, a deliciously potent rum punch with Bacardi 8, Hamilton 151, Maraschino liqueur and a burning lime.
Enjoy the art in the lobby outside, or take a stroll by the beach behind the hotel to check out the golden woolly mammoth sculpture!
Food was amazing and service was excellent!
