Great Happy Hour! ! - Great drinks and food! - From the Milano Spritzer to the Ginger Rocket and Juniper Haze and Briarwood - Try the Brussel Sprouts, pizza specialties, ravioli, pasta or really anything on the menu - and the dessert!
The food was a great as I remembered from a few years ago. Love the gluten free tasty options.
Service was also superior. Attentive, but not rushed.
Very good food, but be sure to get seated away from the grill. The cooking area is open to the dining area, and where we sat, we were found the searing and grilling odors to be very strong. It detracted from our dining experience?
Food and service were good. The restaurant was dated and needs refreshing. The outside looks like it’s going to fall apart , the sign is weathered and cleaning equipment was sprawled over the “patio” area. Brunch for 4 with no alcohol was over $100 so it’s a little pricey.
The food and service are always great at Panzano.
Located in Hotel Monaco, Chef of the Year award. First of all, they bake their own bread and it’s worth the meal right there. Second of all, it’s gorgeous, romantic AND you can actually hear each other talk!! Music is background, appropriate and unobtrusive. Dinner: Appetizers (get the brussel sprouts!), main course, dessert, ambience, service, wine list were all 5 stars amazing. 3 mos later, Sunday birthday brunch for a friend: In house bakery specials, entree specials, creative mimosas, gluten free options, fluffy omelets. I asked for some kind of sauce over my omelet. “Yes, of course!” The waiter offered several options, all house made, on the side, no extra charge. Happy Birthday Tiramisu, on the House! The staff treats you like you’re a special guest of theirs. I can’t wait to go back.
We took my friend's daughter to Panzano for her 26th birthday. Such a great variety of dishes on the menu! The drinkers in our group were impressed by the wine list, while the non drinkers availed themselves of the specialty non alcoholic drinks. Our server recommended the lamb chops, which were superb, as was the agnolotti and the eggplant parmigiana. One person ordered the bison short ribs, and said they were great, and much better than the best beef short ribs.
We enjoyed a delicious meal at Panzano’s. I was a little surprised my tea was never refilled, but in general everything was fine. I appreciated them dividing a romaine salad in the kitchen.
My fourth visit to Panzano while in Denver. It’s one of my favorites for a quick business lunch. Good food and exceptional service. The grilled Caesar salad is a go-to every time. A nice twist on a staple. I’ll definitely be back.
Chris was excellent. We had a group of 9 with different dietary needs and she made sure everyone was taken care of. She made some great meal recommendations as well.
We had a small group celebrating my daughter’s college graduation. Dinner was excellent and service was great. We would come here again.
This was our first visit to Panzano. The food and service were unusually good, and the price was high, it was not as high as I expected for an upscale restaurant in downtown Denver. Definitely recommend for a lunch or dinner.
YUMMMMMMY! This place never disappoints. The gluten free carbonara was seriously the best pasta dish I have ever tasted. The gluten free bread was divine as well. Bravo!
Never disappointed with this place. Food is always great and clients love it!
Never fails to delight!
All four at the table thought it was an excellent meal. Eggplant with meat sauce added was outstanding. Homemade bread and tapenade were delicious. I will be back when I go back to Denver.
Everything was great just felt a little rushed
Great anniversary brunch.
Have eaten here before and the food has been excellent, but not this time for breakfast. First, it is expensive even by downtown city standards. $17 for anything decent on the menu. 3 of us ate and two of the 3 were ok/fine, but my wife thought her frittata was very poor. First, it contained meat (fatty bacon) that was not disclosed on the menu. She does not eat red meat, so she was surprised by this. In any event she said it was just not very good. My eggs benedict was good to above average and our guest had the hash with the duck egg on top which he liked. Was not expecting one of the meals to be so bad. Recommend with reservation. She should have sent it back, but we had a guest and did not want to make a big deal of it. She will send it back next time fore sure. 3 of us dropped $75 on breakfast and did not have anything extravagant.
Our server Tristan was very attentive and lots of fun!
Great service, wonderful food! I love the service we receive more over the food was outstanding !
It was ok. Nothing really made us say wow. Was a nice date, prices were a little higher for what you were paying for. We also don’t eat pork and didn’t realize we were eating pig belly....yah, we can kick that off our bucket list. Lol- when we told them that they apologized, but didn’t knock anything off our reciept. I guess it was our fault that we didn’t tell them, but it’s all good. No harsh feelings. Would I eat there again? Probably not. Would I recommend it to anyone? Yah, but I Would probably say the same thing I put in this post...
Great place to eat on a special occasion.
We have been going to Panzano's for years and always love their food and service. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there several months ago - this is a great restaurant!
We have been there several times and it is ALWAYS great!
Excelente la calidad de la comida y el vino que tome. Excelente el trato dado por el mexicano que me atendió y la Sra. gringa también.
Outstanding experience! We had a party of 10 and they were so attentive and well-informed about their food and wine.❤❤❤
One of the best beef tenderloins I've had. The white bean soup was excellent too!
Three generations, counting the granddaughter of 16 months. Everybody enjoyed the food and we did not seem to offend anyone around us by having a really young diner.
Authentic Italian cuisine. A spa day for the palette and a try caresse to the soul. We had wine and didn't get past the appetizers... next time to try the pasta and main courses.
Tiramisù was divine as was the capstone espresso! Not cheap, but worth every penny!
We enjoyed the Restaurant Week menu. All the food was fantastic and offered a nice array of options. In addition, the portions were reasonably sized, which was appreciated. A good value and would definitely recommend to others.
Brian was an excellent waiter. Great suggestions & comfortable!
It was so noisy where we were sitting that we just ate our food and left. Sure wasn't
a meal that we got to visit with our friends as we could not hear each other. Too bad,
as the restaurant if lovely and food was great.
Recent menu changes are welcome. We enjoyed our evening. Wonderful service.
Wonderful waiter - perfect attendance. Tristan
My favorite Italian restaurant anywhere. I would fly to Denver from anywhere just to go to this restaurant. I last visited Panzano in 2014. Since then, it's only gotten better. I absolutely love Panzano!!!
Fabulous experience! We tried this restaurant for a first time during restaurant week with a group of friends and were blown away by the quality of food, chef's creativity and love put into the special menu, impeccable service and attention to detail. Our server Jimbo was excellent in helping to accommodate my friend's dietary restrictions. We loved every moment of our dinner and can't wait to come back again soon.
Always the best!! Never disappointed!!! If you have never tried Panzano's you are truly missing out!!!! Go, go, go!!!!
Overall great. We went for restaurant week and ordered from the restaurant week menu. I had the gnocchi and there was a large string of lamb fat which was very unappetizing. I put it on the side of my bowl hoping my server might notice. He didnt but flavors were good. My husband ordered Cioppino but it was missing the lump crab meat and calamari. Again good flavors, just disappointed. Restaurant week portions are small, but server warned us. With drinks and tip we spent $160, a lot for a menu missing things with small portions. But food is very good and we had a great table!
Panzano never disappoints. Too pricey for us to eat there often, but great for making memories of special occasions.
