    Best value in the North End! I've eaten here 10+ times and is one of my favorites to share with people new to Boston! Incredible food and pricing that doesn't hurt my wallet, would recommend!

    Outstanding food and service at a very reasonable price. The building is old, space is tight, and it is loud. However, one we got settled the noise didn't really bother us-we would definitely go back for the food.

    Even if you have a reservation you’re likely to wait, but it was well worth that wait. The food is really really good and the atmosphere, though on the louder side, is warm and friendly. I would return for sure!

    Overall 5. One of the best values in the North End. Food 5 — fantastic menu with good sized portions. Everything was delicious. Wine list a little slim. Service 3 — only had one waiter. Small place so it wasn’t a huge issue but noticeably short staffed. Ambiance 3 — authentic north end experience. Mix of real tables and picnic tables indoors was a little weird. Super bright lights and loud.

    Panza’s is like walking into a small restaurant in Italy. We had reservations through Open Table. Reservations are a must. The owner greeted us and we were immediately seated. We ordered a bottle of Chianti and Caprese Salad as an appetizer. Delicious. I had Veal Marsala and my wife had Lobster Ravioli. Both were exceptional. Service was the best. We will be back next time we are in Boston.

    Unlucky to be sat at the end of the restaurant basically in the kitchen right where the wait staff have their computers, and the bathroom. Servers were listening to TikToks at full volume less than 5ft away from us. They served us cold, pale bread. Calling it supermarket bread would be a compliment. Main dishes were bland. Panza came recommended by a coworker. The inside is cute but unfortunately we won’t be returning.

    A crowded, minimally-serviced tourist trap with just-good-enough food to stay in business. For example, the seafood fra Diavlo had a mix of seafood spanning wildly over cooked hard shrimp, tough calamari, and perfectly cooked clams. The restaurant was extremely crowded yet cold. Staff provided water but only minimally checked in.
