We had a great early Mothers Day meal at Panini Bay. The service was great, the food was excellent "Tuna..WOW" and the desserts was the topper! I recommend this restaurant highly! A neighborhood gem.

I ordered the seafood combination over pasta , the presentation was nice however the halibut was over cooked very dried out and overall no taste what so ever. I had to sprinkle hot pepper flakes to give it some taste which still did not enhance the dish. I was so disappointed since we have eaten here many times in the past and will not be going back for some time.

Had lunch for a Mother's Day celebration. Food was good but not amazing. Disappointed that platters or hot dish selection was limited as focus was sandwiches. Preferred more veggies. Mislead by online menu. Prefer hot tea selection but again limited selection. The server did work with us to accommodate our preferences. Relaxed and not rushed. Setting is great, well-lit and perfect bay view. Would give it another try.

This place is fantastic. It was just dumb luck that I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant, but thank goodness I did. The food was some of the best ive had in a long time. Linguine and Clams with sausage was great. We got a side of the mamas meat sauce to go with the bread and again that was great. The service was prompt and attentive. The views of the bay were very romantic especially at sunset. I only wish this amazing restaurant was closer to home so I could go more often.

This has been one of our favorite places at the Jersey shore for many years. Previous owners and current owners never disappointed. My wife’s favorite is the hot Italian sausage and clams over linguine which is as she says “off the charts delicious “. I have had it and agree. However it was not quite as good this weekend. It was very good but she said something was different. I had creamy shrimp and linguine which was just ok. Everything is always excellent here so that won’t keep us from going back. Perhaps the chef is different before the season really kicks in. My rating is ONLY for our last visit as I would give them 5 stars for the many other times we have been there. Very friendly staff! Great views if you can score a table in the front room.

Service was off from previous visits. Our entrees came out before our appetizer was even finished or dishes cleared. We hope it was only because it was early in the season and servers were novice and lacking proper training and that these issues are remedied.

The view was beautiful. My salad with grilled ahi tuna was excellent. The bread for the table was crisp with tasty olive oil. Friends burger was cooked perfectly. Grilled eggplant on baguette and balsamic vinegar drizzle was sooo good. I like a more moist sandwich. The waitress suggested extra balsamic dressing. It was perfect.

We were seated and sat for over 20 minutes until finally a waitress came over and asked if we had been taken care of. When we said no she apologized and said the hostess didn’t assign a waitress to our table. Total turn over in staff as we have been dining there for years and they seemed very inexperienced. Food was good as usual.

Place was not clean. Glassware smudged and filmy throughout. Windowsills were dirty. Could not serve our roast beef sandwiches because chef did not looks or smell of meat (waitress told us this).

Nice view if your lucky enough to sit by the bay. Otherwise you feel cramped. Food is decent. I have been multiple times and although I don't feel its spectacular,I will go again

Very nice meal and service was good. Noise level is simply too loud for a classy, comfortable experience. You really must do something about the sound beyond the acoustic panels attached to the ceiling. It got so bad, we couldn't hear each other at the table. We will not recommend until something is done about these levels.

We have visited Panini Bay twice in the past couple of weeks. Each visit was up to our expectations--good service, nice setting with view of Barnegat Bay and, on nice days/evenings, a view of Atlantic City in the far distance. We enjoyed the menu and can't wait until they begin to offer daily specials (in a very short time now that the new season has begun). Wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Not rushed on either visit, but the summer season has yet to begin. We will visit again.

A great dinner for the early season. Lots of young staff but everyone was working hard and doing well. The bruschetta and fried artichoke appetizers were excellent. Pork chop with mashed potatoes and asparagus was very good. Everyone was pleased with their dinner. We will be back.

One of our favorite restaurants in the Jersey shore area and well worth the 30 minutes drive from Long Beach Island NJ. This bay front location has beautiful views from the porch, ask to be seated in that part of the restaurant! Food is consistently excellent, the cuisine is Italian and the menu is not extensive but they cook everything perfectly! We have been going there for 10 years and never had a bad meal! Service is friendly and efficient.

It was closed!!!!! We had made this Oct 21st reservation thru Open Table during the first week of October. However, it turned out that the restaurant closed for the season on Oct 14th. Disappointed about the lack of coordination between Panini Bay and Open Table.

Food and service excellent as usual. When I got home I realized I totaled my receipt incorrectly. Called back and they were very busy. Assured me they would call back to rectify....I hope they follow through, if not, I will be extremely disappointed. Ok...restaurant just called back as promised and took care of issue!!! Loved this place pre-sandy. A little disappointed in the portions and prices now since rebuilt & new ownership. Food is inarguably good and a lot of menu choices. We had a great table with water & Atlantic City views. They could have done/ still could do better organizing & maximizing the parking spaces-all that space under the raised building seems wasted & we were scrambling for a parking spot.
