   Our experience at Pancetta was great! Our waitress Monica, was so friendly, patient and accommodating. She was happy to ask the bar our questions about drinks and answer any questions about food. By the end of the night we wanted her to have a seat and join us for dinner! The food came out extremely quickly and the The bar was willing to put together a drink that wasn’t on the menu for us. We couldn’t have asked for better service.

   I made a last minute reservation on New Year’s Eve because quite frankly everything was booked. However, myself and my family were all pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was. The service was phenomenal, truly. The hosts, waiters and manager were all very welcoming, kind and attentive. The food was also really really good and they treated us to a desert because it was also my fathers birthday. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Happy to have found Pancetta!

   This place is so peaceful and I really enjoy the ambiance. The food is very good but most of all the staff is kind and attentive.

   The service was very good, but when the restaurant was busy, we didn’t have our service staff visit our table often enough to replenish drinks or see how we were doing. The food was excellent the portions very generous. Overall, an excellent dining experience

   Service was great - very attentive and polite. Food was great for a hotel restaurant -- we ordered both off the regular menu and bar menu. Everything came out on time, well presented and warm enough. Husband's burger was perfectly cooked and our friends loved their dishes (rissotto with a braised shank and salad). Made a great martini too!

   Many Hotel restaurants are poor. They have a captive audience so they don't have to try very hard. This one is not in that category. I travel to Northern NJ frequently and this is my go to place anywhere near Teaneck/ Hackensack area. The menu is a combination of modern Italian with a few traditional items. The service is always fantastic.(Thank you Leotilde and Felicia) this is one of the top restaurants in the area.

   Happy hour was listed on Open Table but it doesn’t start until the first week of March 2024. However the manager honored the happy hour memory. The food was fantastic and really enjoyed it! Would definitely go back again!

    I had never heard of this place before. Saw it on open table and went with my friends for New Years. It was truly outstanding. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were - it was fine dining and the food was amazing. Will be our go to place. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
