We chose to dine here on Christmas Eve, and the restaurant was pretty quiet. We shared a Pancetta salad which was generous and delicious. My husband had the sea bass which was offered in addition to the menu, but we were upset to learn how expensive it was ($42) once we got the bill...overpriced compared to the other menu offerings. My salmon was just fine, however. Definitely won't come for dinner again, but perhaps lunch if needed.

I think I would have graded things higher if we weren’t in a pandemic.
We had to wait for our table, but I think this was a staffing issue. There were open tables around us.
I wish I could try Pancetta again under different circumstances.

The appetizer was fried calamari which was too much coating and was horrible tasting. We both ordered the Salomon for dinner and it had a strong fishy smell to it and they covered it with a cream sauce to hide the taste . I realize COVID 19 has been hard on restaurants and hotels but we travel up about once a month and eat at this place at least one night and many breakfast meals . The food is fair at best and the value is poor. The ending of the meal was the best as they don’t have many wines so we stopped at the local store to buy a bottle of wine. We were told by the manager they needed to charge a corking fee and we plied we wouldn’t bring in wine if they had some inventory and a good Pinot noir . It didn’t matter they charged us 25 dollars corking fee for a moderate restaurant with no choices for food or wine. We would be happy to buy a bottle of wine if you had a few choices in the Pinot noir line that was good. They just lost a customer that would spend three hundred dollars a month during the most limited menu with a fair cook.

I wasn't aware this is a restaurant in a marriot hotel. The menu was extremely limited and ambience was that of a hotel lobby.
I apologize for the confusion regarding our restaurant, Pancetta. We have streamlined our menu during the pandemic and have loaded that menu into OpenTable. We do look forward to when all restriction are lifted and we can put our full menu back in place. I hope you come try us again at that time.

Valentine’s Day dinner. This was my first visit, We ordered from the prefix menu. 3 courses good portions. My husband and I both ordered the hanger steak and lobster bisque. Meat was tender and cooked perfectly. The lobster bisque was good as well. We plan to return to check out their regular menu.
Just ok Service was also just ok. It’s convenient if you are a hotel guest.
Family dinner before oldest goes back to College
Went here this New Year’s Eve with my fiancé. Dinner was awesome & will definitely be back. Although there seemed to only be 2 servers working, resulting in the service being slow. Other than that, we had no issues!
Seven of us went to eat December 31st after not being able to find any other restaurant. We took a chance and the experience was superb!

Always struggle with the cold AC temperatures. It had to be in the high 60s and it was in the 70s outside. Don't understand the waste of resources.
We come here once a month. The food is good and the prices good for a hotel restaurant.

Do NOT eat here. The service was horrible- it took over 2 1/2 hours to have a simple meal. Waiter seemed very inexperienced and slow beyond words. Hot food arrived cold. When we asked to take it back and please warm it up we were given a disgusted face- Hey guys, WE are the patrons here. Nothing was well coordinated or timely. We waited over 1/2 hour to get our check even after asking for it right after dinner. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and now I know why. Food quality was poor. Chicken dishes were rubbery and partly burnt. Vegetables were over cooked and seemed like yesterday’s leftovers. Go to Amarones instead- it’s just a couple miles away. You’ll thank me.
I brought 6 friends with me for a birthday dinner, all of whom live in the area. My experience with lunches in the past was good, but this dinner definitely left us with a less than enthusiastic experience. The good part was a table in a section of the restaurant away from two louder parties. Wine was a little overpriced for our bottle (Pinot Grigio). We shared two Pancetta salads which were very good, but several of us ordered the grouper special which was underwhelming and overly spicy, accompanied by tasteless mashed potatoes and some steamed broccoli. The main problem was poor service -- our waiter was nowhere to be found between each course, we had to wait at least 15 minutes for plates to be cleared.

I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The potato-leek soup was amazing and the Bibb lettuce salad was refreshing. The table was split on the monkfish – one person thought it was great, but another felt that the tastes didn't quite mesh. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable.

Nice "upscale" setting for a Marriott. Good service, as no one else was in the restaurant. Food selection is limited, but there is a choice of simple and full dinners. If you get a salad prior to dinner, it can be shared with FOUR people. Food was actually good.

Mine and my wife’s food was absolutely awful. I got the chicken, she got the steak. All we tasted was a plate full of garlic and salt. One plus was that my wife’s steak was cooked medium-rare as ordered. Too bad it wasn’t edible. The restaurant itself was so dark I had to use the flashlight on my phone to even see what was what on my plate. We both took a few bites and left it all on the table. Whoever the chef is, buddy you need to get the garlic and the salt taken away from you. It was even quality salt, it was table salt. No way would we EVER eat there again or recommend this place to anyone. We will, however, tell everyone just how horrible an experience it was. Flat out ZERO stars for ambiance (zero lighting) and the food is in the negative, $80 later, not including the tip.

Needs more veggies on menu...not much for a vegan to choose from. The zucchini and squash I was able to order was drowning in oil. Not very appetizing. Salad was good. And so was the strawberry sorbet.
Needs to have a rice side, not risotto (not vegan) but a nice rice side.

After being seated we waited for a person to come and acknowledge us. Had too long wait for drinks. The restaurant was almost empty. After she did come to our table service was good. Food was excellent

We always enjoy dining at Pancetta in the Marriott. Love the mushroom ravioli as well as eggplant parmesan entrees. Service great also. Very accommodating.
This was my worst dining experience ever, and the prices were exorbitantly high! If you can pass on this place, you should.
