Panaretto Pizzeria Tratto brings a touch of authentic Italian food to East Fort Lauderdale. The pizzas are made from homemade pizza dough and cooked in a brick oven. They are served up on an authentic panaretto board so the crust stays crisp and delicious. Pizza is not the only thing available at Panaretto Pizzeria Tratto as there are also antipasti options, salads, pastas, soup, main dishes and tapas.
The pastas at Panaretto Pizzeria Tratto are served in the traditional al dente manner with such options as linguine zucchini, lobster ravioli, spaghetti pesto Genovese and gnocchi tartufo. In addition, gluten free pasta is available upon request. Tapas are the newest addition to the menu with six options to choose from. Be sure to ask about the daily dine-in special.
We had a real good dinner here, food was very tasty and well presented, the chicken Parm is a must!! Big portion !! My husband had tapas and they all were delicious, we finished sharing a Tiramisu that was just amazing!service was excellent.we will come back to try them pizzas.
Terrible service. Walked out before ordering because of the poor treatment by the staff. Inexperienced staff unable to answer simple questions about menu and chef refused to make gluten free pasta- even though it is on the menu because "it takes too long and he was busy". Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would have been willing to wait for it. Went to Carabbas and had a wonderful experience and meal there.
I was with my family for a basketball tournament in Fort Lauderdale. Looked up local places to go after the games - picked Panaretto and made a reservation on OpenTable. Arrived at Panaretto at 8:10 which was 5 minutes early for our 8:15 reservation. We walked in and they had no idea about our reservation and did not have a table for 5 so they sat us in a small booth next to bathrooms in back of place and brought up a chair. We were told someone would be right with us - we then waited 20 minutes to place our order including drinks. They only brought half the drinks at first and it took 40 minutes and having to ask multiple times to get my children water. Ordered 2 appetizers, 1 pasta dish, and 2 pizzas. The food arrived one hour after we arrived but the appetizers never came and the pasta dish never came - just showed up with 2 pizzas. We inquired about the appetizers and pasta dish and were told - "we only have one chef tonight". We then asked to pay for what we ate and wanted to leave and were told "let me check with the General Manager". Another 10 minutes went by and no one came to see us and our other food items did not show so I had to go find the server and hand my credit card to pay. We then left and no one there seemed overly concerned or that they even cared.
The food here is so delicious. Staff is very nice too.
Made a reservation for an anniversary because I was craving pizza. The restaurant is very beautiful and classy. The food was fresh but the portions r too small for the price. I paid $20 for a 12 inch pizza
This is a hidden gem! Upscale Italian. Really good food.
Really enjoyed the guitar player, perfect mood setting. Wait staff very attentive.
Excellent Food! Excellent Service! Very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
All very good!! Many choices for all in our party! Was something delicious for all! Great deal in sangria too!!
Enjoyed the taste and quality of the food. Very nice and attentive server.
Food was good, service was terrible. We were a party of 7 and they brought our plates out one at a time with a 5-10 minute gap between each person getting their food. And one of our friends had to wait an hour for his pizza.
We ordered two pizzas, both were very delicious. Also, we got the sangria buy one get one. Will come back for more.
Our evening started with good wine and enjoying the outdoor dining area. Entrees were tasty but what made it special was the friendly staff
Cute place with delicious pizza and nice wine menu
Burrata pizza is a must. Service was very good too!
Great pizza, beer and wine. The food was good overall. We had a table for seven and ordered both tapas and entrees (tuna tower, meatball sliders, risotto balls, wrapped dates, steamed mussels) all taste good. There was only one server on the floor so service was slow but she really worked hard on trying to cover the tables. I would go again probably with just a smaller group of friends. Overall a great local restaurant.
Family friendly, wonderful atmosphere , good service, the food was very good. We were waited on by a a very nice waitress by the name of Carly It was all good.
If these folks were situated with better visabilty they'd be kill in' it !!!!
For a seemingly mom and pop Italian place the food was pleasant nice good. not knock your socks off good. For an establishment of its stature it's well above average. But OMG !! canny a be anymore obscured ?
Having a sensitive stomach, I carefully read menus for listed ingredients, or ask a lot of questions prior to ordering. This menu stated the pesto sauce was made of EVOO, pine nuts, fresh basil and peccorino Romano cheese. Perfect for lactose intolerance...except when the chef adds cream! When it was served, we asked the waitress out there was cream added because it wasn't listed on the menu. She checked, and yes the chef had put cream in. She offered to have them remake it, she even brought the menu back for me to confirm the ingredients. I said "please have him make it with just the listed ingredients." The second try was not right,..he left out the cheese! So it lacked flavor. I asked he waitress why he left out cheese and she didn't know. My guess is he thought it was a dairy issue. But pecorino Romano cheese is lactose free, and cream is not. Waitress told the manager but no one asked if they could make another dish or take it off the check.
Also, the radio station they were playing had so much static that you could only hear static which amounted to lots of noise, not music.
Had a great dinner experience here. Staff was very friendly and attentive but not pushy or rushing us at all. Great pizza and salad! Decent wine choices.
If I hadn't purchased this Living Social deal I would never have discovered this place. Although I didn't particularly find the space unique, the food was truly excellent to the point of surprisingly so.
For a restaurant that looked like a franchise I didn't have high hopes especially since it was virtually empty on a Saturday night. Although the servers seemed to evaporate and the waiter did forget one of our entrees, we enjoyed ourselves and the food immensely. We will definitely return.
The food was outstanding! Very fresh. The thin crust pizza is worth the trip. I would come back again and again.
To be fair, we were there on Christmas Eve and the regular kitchen staff was off. They were only serving pizza, which is what we were looking for that night. The pizza was good but my guess is the on a normal night the food would be better. The service was very good.
I was searching at google for a good pizza and I found this place.
What a great surprise.
Had the tartufona pizza, with mushrooms, truffel oil. OMG.
Can't wait to get back.
I'm telling all my friends to go and try this great restaurant.
food is ok, but nothing out of ordinary
The food is excellent italian in an easy feeling location. Family friendly and family-owned business that attracts locals and tourists that happen to find it. Worth the visit!
At the first time here food very good, they add 20% wihtout asking to the bil. I dint liked, I was thinking that I will never come back again. But because of the food I give than a second chance, and the food was very good again, and at these time didnt come with 20%, but I give it because the service was excelent.
Great Northern Italian food... Straight forward and simple... If you want good food at a good price.. this is the place.
Finding this restaurant was a nice surprise! The owner was lovely. Our group ordered pizzas, a pasta dish and a scaloppine. All were delicious.
Uneven food experience- good carbonara, good pizza, but weak chicken Marsala & chocolate gelato was poor.
We were impressed with the salad and the mushroom ravioli was excellent. Our pizza was less exciting but the fish special was perfectly cooked and served with lovely vegetables.
Recommended veg soup was bland.Pizza crust too thin for me.Skimpy on the mazz.I prefer gooey pizzas with substance.only 1 server-ignored us when they got busy.
Went back for the second time in a week & was treated to another excellent experience. Service & food was very good. As in my previous experience, the owner ensured everyone was taken care of. Worth a journey from anywhere in the Ft. Lauderdale area.
Excellent Italian cuisine served at a family owned restaurant. The owner gives special attention to everyone. Everything on the menue is fairly priced. Very good wine list at very affordable prices. Pay attention to the specials.
Nice family restaurant. Food and service were very good.
Great food for a local strip mall location. You wouldn't expect to find AUTHENTIC Italian cuisine, but it is here. True Italian, great coal-fired pizza and more. The house Chianti a nice touch to any of their plates. +++++ Creative dishes at reasonable prices. Don't miss it. Casual dining with top-notch dishes.
Terrific pizza made to order- the ingredients seemed top nitch-looks like a family run restaurant. Also brought a pizza home for our son-he enjoyed it also.
We go all the time and continue to be impressed by the food and service. Fabio is a master in the kitchen and Mario runs a great floor. We will be back next week!
The pizza and bruschetta were fabulous. Don't miss the Naughty Nella for dessert. Servers were very efficient but seemed rushed and therefore not overly friendly. Still, if you want the real deal in pizza - check this one out.
