Concho is always so great. The food is incredible and the ambiance is very nice.
This was a great place that I discovered! The ambiance is excellent! The touch of the veggie basket is unique! Great food! We ordered the scallops app, my husband had the lamb shank absolutely delicious! We will continue to try to go at least once a month! The service was amazing I Believe the manager was the one checking on our table constantly making sure we were ok!
I love Pamplemousse! The ambience is amazing. Our server John was the best! We come here for all special occasions, and love to bring friends.
Let me start by saying this visit was a whirlwind of emotions for me. I was in Vegas with a friend for a birthday and we decided to try dinner somewhere off the strip away from all the craziness. I had a opentable reward that I had still not used so I decided to cash it in for this reservation.
The visit started out ok. I let our server know that we had a reward. Now it started to go downhill. When I showed him he said that he needed a printed version. I told him the opentable says that I just have to show it to him from my phone. He then said "That's their policy, not ours". I don't know what the opentable policy is if I don't use the credit on this reservation like I planned. I didn't want to lose it so I asked if there was any other way to do it since I clearly could not go print it at that point. I asked if there was an email that I could send it to from my phone. He looked around and said does it look like I have an email here? At this point I was appalled by the way he was handling the situation. He called who I think was the manager out to the table and he was even worse. They way he spoke to me was so incredibly unprofessional. They were speaking to me as if I was some peasant who couldn't pay her bill. When in actuality I could have just paid it and been done but I didnt want the reward to go to waste! They suddenly produced an email for me to send it to which I did. They processed it and came back with the balance of the bill. When he brought it back at my table he said "Here is the balance and the total did not include tip." Obviously! This isnt the first time I've dined out. I worked in the hospitality industry for years. I thought it was extremely rude for him to say that especially when he already seemed to be talking down on us. I paid the bill and still gave the jerk a 20% tip cause thats just the type of person I am. So all in all, food was great but the people were horrible! Oh and btw.... my friend didnt even get a measly "Happy Birthday"
Another amazing meal
Great restaurant and wonderful food.
Pamplemousse is hidden gem just off the strip in Las Vegas. I found Pamplemousse on Open Table some time ago and try to have dinner there when I'm in town. Nice menu, wine list and beer selection. Pamplemousse always impresses!
Great atmosphere and delicious food. A bit pricey for the portions but I would definitely recommend it. A touch of old Vegas is a refreshing option from the chain restaurants.
Food was outstanding. Service was excellent. Value was very affordable. We will return.
Phenomenal restaurant. Food was outstanding. Service was on point. Atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely will be back.
A hidden gem just off the strip...first class dining at an affordable price...highly recommend Pamplemousse - you won't be disappointed.
Was very nice atmosphere. Food was good overall but fish was dry. Waiter was very good. Would go back knowing better what to and what not to order. A bit pricy but not bad.
This is a special restaurant with great food, great service and our traditional place to celebrate the New Year or any other celebration. It's always so welcoming and the food is fabulous as is the wine list
I've been there many times, but was very disappointed with the service, only warm food, and only so so quality food. In my 30+ years of eating at pamplemous, this was very disappointing.
We have celebrated New Years Eve here on several occasions, but sadly this will be our last. Everything seemed disorganized and the atmosphere was disappointing. Food was good but came out lukewarm. Basket of warm bread was not served. According to the young male waiter “you came too early and the bread wasn’t finished baking yet”. What?... our reservation was at 6pm and you opened at 530pm. My husband and I both ordered the up charge soufflé. Mine was excellent but my husbands had collapsed and was still raw. Showed this to our waiter and his reply was “that happens when you cook it too fast”. No offer to make him a new one or at least deduct the $10 up Charge! I guess the saying is true...All good things come to an end. Best of luck in 2019 but you won’t see us again.
Classic French dining since the 1950s in a quiet area two blocks east of the strip in a cozy old cottage. Very French staff and food. Great food, great service at a reasonable price. Roast bore tenderloin and lamb shank were both very well prepared.
Not as busy as I had expected. We had a reservation for 8pm and were 1/2 hour early and we were seated immediately. Our waiter seemed to be in a hurry although they were not that busy. Our meal was good and the courses were staggered accordingly except for the onion soup which was served with our entree. Overall a good experience, a must try.
This has always been our family go to restaurant for special occasions. Our recent big family gathering was wonderful and the service was outstanding. Could not have been better.
Start with the good. My hisabands steak was cooked perfectly .. the rest of the food was bland and over cooked . Service was great and the ambiance is kid of kitschy
The hosts actually speak French which is a plus. The food was amazing! It is a bit pricey though so come prepared. Very romantic and very authentic.
This restaurant is always exceptional. Food and service is above and beyond.
Please don’t go to this restaurant! Worst service and food I came across in the long time.
Another very good meal coupled with timely service. The Christmas Eve menu was delightful, well prepared and presented. The only items that were of average taste were the profiteroles and the chocolate mousse. Other than that, a very satisfying dinner with family!
Horrible...The pork chop my husband ordered was hard, tasteless and dry. My lamb shank was fatty and nothing special and my creme brulee was sad and bad.
First time and last time here.
I have been wanting to dine here for years, and finally made it. I am mad that I waited so long to go. The tasting menu is definitely the way to go. It is such a bargain! Food was amazing, service was fantastic, ambiance was great. No complaints, I had a great experience and I can't wait to go back.
Mediocre food in a quiet space
We had been there several years ago and won’t return
This venerable institution lives up to its reputation as a great authentic French bistro with a great ambiance, delicious food and outstanding service.
Classic French cuisine, from escargot to duck confit to mousse au chocolat. Everything executed to perfection. Attentive service. Right off the Strip at Sahara.
Absolutely wonderful. Hidden gem of Vegas. Duck was delicious, lava cake was astounding. Service was perfect.
We ordered the set 5-course menu and added an appetizer, so six courses total. The servers completely forgot about us. We sat with our first course (crudites) for an hour - a whole actual hour. We got plenty of water refills (shoutout to the busser), but our alcoholic drinks didn't get refilled at all during that time. The other 5 courses came out at a fine pace, but for a $200+ bill I definitely expect better service. If they couldn't accommodate serving us, they shouldn't have allowed us to make a reservation during that time.
Went for a pre-Christmas party dinner. It was by far one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Very “old Vegas” dining experience, which in our opinion is a lost art. The food was delicious, with good portions and very reasonably priced. Even the wine by the bottle was not the over-priced garbage you’re used to finding at other restaurants. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Excellent service and very good French Cuisine. Maybe a little updating could be a good thing. Feels a little tired. Nevertheless worth going for the food food.
Fantastic authentic French Restaurant. Very vinatge interior. Extrememly charming, warm and romantic atmosphere. The food and service were outstanding. Highly recommended.
The prix fix menus are great! The service is excellent! Absolutely worth your time
We make it a point to dine at Pamplemousse every time we are in Las Vegas. They never disappoint us.
Service was outstanding, the food was very authentic and outstanding
I love this place. I have been here twice now, and went out of my way to come the second time. Our server, John, was incredible. The food is amazing, the ambience is perfect, and if you like French food, this is the spot. I am so glad that I know about this place, and will definitely be coming here every time I go to Vegas.
Truly a hidden gem! If you want a fine dining experience off the strip with authentic European ambiance and superb cuisine without outrageous prices this is it ! All around a memorable dining experience . Highly recommend !
Service was mediocre, did not bring all items on order, took forever for order and check. Not enough staff.
We had thanksgiving dinner here. And although we had reservations and our table was unoccupied we were left standing at the door. Finally someone came and took us to our table. The soup, salad, classic turkey entre and beef Wellington entre were very good. The turduchen entre was tough and dry. The pumpkin soufflé was unflavored, tasted like sweet egg soufflé. The tarte Tatin was very good. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and hope to return.
