Palomino - Indianapolis
We always like dining at Palomino’s. The prime rib was really good. The dessert bread pudding was a bit over cooked and made some bread pieces really tough to chew.
Palomino never disappoints. Consistent & delicious!
Food was terrible but the service was fantastic.I really wanted to love this place but they gave me undercooked noodles and dry braised short ribs. Just all around really poorly cooked food. Our server was so attentive and helpful so have to give them credit for that though.
Awesome food, great ambiance and atmosphere, very attentive service. We haven’t visited this restaurant in a few years, and it was just as good as we remembered. The fried caprese was awesome.
Have eaten there many times. Great happy hour menu and overall value for the price. I prefer this restaurant over some of the 4 and 5 star restaurants nearby.
The ambiance is nice, upscale but not stuffy. The service was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and were tender and juicy. The limoncello cake and blueberry gelato were fantastic; the flavors melded well with each other. We are looking forward to returning to try the pizza, it looked and smelled amazing.
Great food and service. Palamino is still like a hip downtown LA restaurant with a great menu, specials, food and service. White glove all the way with table linens etc.
Specials were very good & probably the way to go. Chicken was the hardiest dish for those that have a big appetite
We haven't been to Palomino in some time. What a great surprise. The staff was accommodating when one of our group was late. The scallop dinner was outstanding. We like the way the room is relatively quiet despite its size. We will be back.
Always a favorite when I’m in town for the trade show. I like the menu, especially the Brussel Sprouts appetizer. It’s not as noisy as some other restaurants in town, and it’s usually easy to get a table. But make a reservation anyway.
You have to try the mushroom soup, it's amazing. All of the food was wonderful, great service!
Foodie kind of place (that’s a compliment) - always a wide variety of good choices.
Customer dinner. Everything ordered was excellent. Great evening with customers. Highly recommend this place. You can’t go wrong.
Nice atmosphere. Staff was polite. We waited 15 -20 minutes to be seated, even with reservations. Manager apologized and compensated us with a free appetizer. I recommend Palamino's for a romantic evening or evening out with friends.
A very nice dinner experience. It had been a while since we'd been there. We would return again. Good food, good service, overall a good experience.
Sarah was our Waitress. We had the Valentines special and could not have been more pleased with the food, the service and the ambiance.
We eat out frequently and spend up to $250 for a meal for two. Our bill with tip, including alcohol was $130. It was a GREAT VALUE!
Wonderful restaurant! Top line service in every way. Hostess was friendly and welcoming. Our server was personable, fun, and came by often. The food was prepared expertly and tasted incredible! The food came quickly and the staff was always polite and pleasant. The valentine's couple special was an amazing value! I would definitely recommend Palomino anytime of year! Thank you Palomino for providing an ideal Valentine's Dinner for me and my wife. Thank you OpenTable for providing the reservation!
This was my first experience at Palominos; online reviews and word of mouth had left me feeling quite optimistic.
That being said, the atmosphere was exquisite; food was outstanding; service was impeccable!
Parking (mall parking lot) was extraordinarily convenient—less than a block from the restaurant.
Mild weather in February certainly didn’t hurt lol
My girlfriend and I were celebrating our first Valentines Day together
Palominos provided a truly special and unforgettable experience
From the start, Kate made the evening wonderful! The food, atmosphere, service, value made it a very special night!
Kate was attentive, but not obtrusive! She timed the meal perfectly and gave us person service that was outstanding!
10 out a 10!!
Five of us enjoyed a wonderful dinner prior to the Cher concert. Food was great, service was attentive, and we had plenty of time to get to the concert without feeling rushed.
We chose our meal from the special Valentines menu and it was excellent! We had prime rib and lobster tails with a choice of salad, grilled asparagus and mushrooms. Dessert was vanilla donut holes with raspberry or nutella dipping sauces. Everything was very tasty and portions were very large! Price for the 2 meals was $80. Server was very friendly and attentive, thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
Food and serve was so good. Everyone was so nice. Will be going back.
Have not visited this resturant for a couple of years. Was pleasantly surprised by overall experience.
Service started out slow, but after we finally got a waiter, we were treated very attentively and it was overall a great experience. The scallops were amazing, and my favorite is still the tomato spread/bread appetizer that they bring to the table. Always so fresh and delicious!
This place was ok... I was expecting higher quality food and it turned out to be just ok.
There were several interesting options on the menu for both of us, my wife chose the grilled salmon and I had the paella; both were outstanding and we both left completely satisfied and glad we had chosen Palomino!
Love this spot. It was a slow night so we decided to sit at the bar. Excellent food, service was top notch, bartender was great.
WE went for lunch as we have when visiting Indy for the last several years. I t just wasn't the same with the food average and service average. It was not busy either. Looking over their menu I felt over priced for a lunch including their specials.
We visited Palomino for Devour Downtown. All four of us experienced an excellent dining experience.
Awesome!! Will definately be back. Used the Devour menu, and was very pleased!!
Excellent experience, will return again
Server John was very good
They took good care of us during the polar vortex!
Best Devour Downtown experience I've had! Highly recommend!
The food was great. The table right behind us had approximately 6 teenager girls that were so loud and rowdy I could barely carry on a conversation with my family. I was approached by the manager with an offer to move only after I complained. I felt they were the troublemakers and they should have been made to move. An expensive meal that could have been so much more enjoyable.
Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. They were out of most of the "Devour" options, which is what we came for. Service was very slow. Food was mediocre. The restaurant has definitely "slipped" and I won't be going back or recommending it to anyone.
This is/was one of my favorite restaurant in downtown Indy. But Saturday my food was on the cold side. It still had a good flavor, but it must have sat on the pickup table to long. I did point that out to my waitress.
Another remarkable dining experience! I could eat here every single day and never tire of their excellent food options and impeccable service and attention to detail!
Very pleasant and central location and setting for a wonderful evening. Quality food and service. House wine was surprisingly good. Palomino's is great for a dependably wonderful evening diner.
Very much enjoyed. Steak was prepared perfectly. more mushrooms would have been nice. The long Island and pear martini are both lovely. They brought out tiramisu for my birthday also.. and it was AWESOME.
