Chef-owner Adán Saavedra combines Mexican ingredients with French cooking techniques to produce dishes that are refined, elegant, beautiful and full of flavor without the heat of spice. We will gladly accommodate those who prefer more chile heat! Vegetarian and gluten-free options abound. Please tell us of any dietary restrictions in advance!
Desserts are unique and wholly house-made, including items for more adventurous diners, such as an incendiary mango-habanero sorbet. Please do NOT bring purchased cakes to the restaurant.
