   Palma is a must-see-it-to-believe-it place! You can smell it right as you walk in - it's a garden of beautiful, fresh flowers! It's truly unbelievable! It's a garden oasis in the middle of NYC! The food is delicious, the service is stellar, and the garden is spectacular! Every bite was incredible too!

   This is our regular "special occasion" restaurant. The garden is lovely and the service is fun and helpful. We had a lovely birthday celebration for 4.

   Palma was just marvelous. We celebrated my wife’s and daughter’s birthday here and it was absolutely worth it. The restaurant vibe is quaint yet the food is upscale without outrageous prices. Palma and her husband were wonderful folks and very pleasant when we talked to them. The food was flavorful and savory. We are back in NYC in 2 weeks and we plan on returning here.

   This was my 2nd time at Palma. The first time they hit it out of the ballpark. The food was delicious and the decor , glorious. The ambiance that they have created makes you feel as though you've been transported someone's country home in Italy. Yesterday we went for brunch, and only had limited options on the menu. The dish I ordered, the frittata, was very good. My friend ordered the calamari which was tough and tasteless. Additionally, we were disappointed with the service. We were seated at the table next to the door, which numerous waitpersons walked by many times, and not one stopped to greet us or offer us water for 15 minutes. We were completely ignored. After lunch, we ordered cappuccinos, the highlight of the meal, but the waitperson tried placing it on the crowded table which had no room for cups/saucer. I had to ask him to remove the dishes so we could enjoy our coffee. There was a private event in the back of the restaurant, which could have been the reason for the subpar service... I'm sad to say that I'm not sure I will go back.

    This place is perfect for date night. The portions are average size. To start they bring focaccia bread- delicious! We shared the crispy artichokes, very good, unlike any other artichoke I’ve ever had. We shared the raviolis and the paparadelle with meat sauce. Both were very good, pasta was Al dente. We shared one entree which was the seared tuna also very good. Everything was fresh. I saved room for dessert, we decided to try something we can’t get anywhere else. That brought us to the espresso gelato and then they pour hot espresso over it, we enjoyed it. The cocktails were very good too. The ambiance is a 10! Beautiful fresh flowers throughout the restaurant, pretty lighting. The only issue we had was a very loud obnoxious drunk woman came in with 3 friends and sat at the bar which was next to our table and she was extremely loud. I know the restaurant can’t help this. Thank goodness they didn’t stay long. We would love to go back. It’s pricey, nice for special occasion or date night.

    The outdoor seating was very comfortable (heat lamps and semi protected) even with a chill in the air. The street was closed off so no traffic whizzing by! The food and service were great - very accommodating. We enjoyed everything from the calamari to the orange wine to the Milanese to the profiteroles (special)! Thank you!

    I booked Palma through the open table app I had numerous recommendations for this place. I booked the reservation 2 days in advance for an 8:30pm reservation on a Thursday evening. I received a text at 8:25pm advising the table was ready. I arrived at 8:28pm and was told the prior reservation was finishing up and we could be seated soon. 30 minutes later and 4 further enquiries as to when our table is ready we were finally seated. The excuse was that the prior party had paid but remained seated and where finishing up. We were offered no consolation (not that we required or asked for it). We were provided with an apology but the manager. Some one along the chain wasn’t performing their role in the restaurant and it tarnished the experience for us. I was promised a magical evening and experienced a lacklustre performance - similar to a bad date.

    My family and I had a lovely Easter lunch!! We were originally booked in the patio but were seated in the annex next door. We would have preferred being in the main restaurant, but enjoyed the incredible food, service and ambience regardless! The food was spectacular!

    This is our 5th year in a row coming to Palma for Easter. We made a reservation on Feb 20 for the garden but were told last week we were going to be in the dining room due to a buyout. We ended up in a back room near the bathroom and waited 45 minutes until anyone acknowledged our table. The food was excellent as always but we were sad the experience was sub par compared to what we have grown to love over the years.

    Delicious, as always. I love that there is such a beautiful space in the city that serves a such incredible Italian food-- I came here all the time before I had to go gluten free and it's still one of my favorite spots, since they have amazing GF and dairy free options!

    Delicious food and a great gem for gluten free folks like myself! Terrific gluten free pasta. Wish we had been able to sit in the indoor/outdoor garden rather than on the street-side garden. The ambience inside is definitely much nicer than outside!

    Palma was amazing like always! If you are looking for that special dining gem don’t look anymore because this is the one. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and this couldn’t go any better, our server was great and manager (Katie if I am not mistaking) was very attentive and nice! And of course food is delicious!

    My friends and I had a late night reservation at 10:00. We get there around 10:05 and were told our table would be ready in two minutes. Eventually, the host sat us at a table temporarily while our other one was being cleaned. We found this odd, but it wasn’t much of an issue. We ordered the calarmari and meatballs for appetizers. Neither were anything to write home about. We ordered the pappardelle and the mushroom pastas. Honestly, neither were all that good either. It’s nothing compared to L’artusi, though they are comparable in price.

    Very lovely place. The atmosphere was very quint and romantic, and room with the lights, plants, brick walls, and glass ceiling is just so cool! The lights reflect onto the ceiling and look like stars in the sky. The servers are very attentive and kind. The food was fresh and top notch tasty.

    This is a lovely little restaurant. We were lucky enough to be there on a nice weather day in March and the roof was open with a nice breeze. I loved all of the fresh flowers on display. Our waiter was very good and professional. I had a delicious lobster over pasta dish and the pasta was excellent and the lobster cooked perfectly. My husband had a tuna dish which was a special for the night. The food was very good. Only issue was waiting a very long time for my cocktail but the waiter apologized and removed it from the check without us saying anything. I would definitely go here again.

    We love Palma and have been dining there for years. It’s quaint, cozy, classy, and not pretentious. The menu is small and high quality. The service is attentive but not bothersome. Wine selection and sommelier are both incredible. House made gluten-free pasta is the best I’ve had. It’s the perfect spot for everyday and special occasions.
