   Food was good I had Fish special, drinks were good. The dessert was nice Brandy Ice. The service was excellent. The ambiance is wonderful like an old super club. The band in the bar was good but a touch too loud as it leaked in the dining room.

   Went to the restaurant to have an upscale champagne brunch buffet - entire experience was disappointing from beginning to end. Waitress did not introduce herself, did not explain where the buffet was or what they were offering. Started with a Mimosa which was good and the only true value if you wanted refills. We then went to the buffet to help ourselves. Lemon Chicken had little flavor, Filet Mignon was very good well done which I specified. The rest of the offerings that we tried were so- so but nothing memorable. Food selection I thought was somewhat limited compared to other buffets- even Golden Carrol has more dishes to choose from. Bottom line not the value for the money in any way, shape, or form - so we will never be going back. Bill presented had an add on gratuity of 20% which we asked to be removed since the service was so poor - we did leave a lesser tip though out of politeness. Leaving the restaurant not a single employee inquired about our experience and if we were satisfied or even said good-bye. My suggestion is to go somewhere else to dine and save your money - you will not be missing anything.

   We celebrated My mom's birthday here The food was delicious Our server Nancy was very friendly and attentive They brought ice cream with a sparkler in it for dessert for us, which was very good.

   Easter Sunday 2:30 reservation. Wasn’t that crowded. Had requested to sit in main dining room. When our party of 4 was headed to the Fireplace Room, I told host we requested main dining room. He didn’t seem to care only to say it is completely full. Didn’t ask if we wanted to wait for a table there. We understand it’s a holiday, but never had a problem with that request before when it was way more crowded. The reason we don’t like the back room is because you can’t hear one another. Mainly big parties in there. Our party of 4 was seated at a 6 top…which we needed to shout across table to hear one another. But our server, Athena and partner were great. Wonderful, efficient service. Shrimp cocktail wasn’t great…small shrimp and tough. 3 of our party had Halibut which was delicious. One had prime rib which was so so. Went to bar for a nightcap and always a pleasure in there. One major complaint is the ladies restroom. Really needs updating. The middle stall the lock doesn’t work. One lady had to hold door close for another lady. Then lady said there’s no toilet paper. So lady holding door had to go get some while lady inside had to hold the door close. I was in that stall earlier and had same issue with lock. This is really unacceptable for a restaurant like Palm Court.

   Hi Debbie - Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the seating issue and understand your preference for the main dining room. We strive to accommodate requests, but, it is especially difficult during busy holidays. We hope you enjoyed our newly remodeling fireplace room. Regarding the shrimp cocktail, we use U12 shrimp, which are among the largest available, and typically receive rave reviews. Both the ladies and gentlemen’s restrooms have been remodeled within the last month. We’ve scheduled a repairman to fix the lock and ensure all facilities are up to standard.    Service was good. Food not so much. Prime rib had a huge chunk of fat on it and was also tough. Was sharing the meal and they just brought a plate and had us try to cut. Lamb was also tough. Not a great experience for the $$

   Avoid this place. The parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen, potholes everywhere. The waitress we had looked and acted ragged and miserable. The Food god awful.. The steak came out raw and I asked for well-done. Our miserable waitress brought it back to the kitchen and when it came back a minute later it looked piping hot as if it was microwaved.. the one bite I had was disgusting.. both my wife and mother said they needed a chainsaw to get through their steaks. This place will close its doors with this kind of product.. never again!

   Not impressed. For the price of the prime rib I would have expected it to be as I ordered it. IT was maybe medium well. I ordered Medium rare. Staff was amazing but I feel short staffed as by the time they made it back to our table it was not worth mentioning.

   It's a nice looking place. I haven't been back to this restaurant in about 5 years. It used to be much better. Now, it's overpriced, the food is ok, but the noise level is too high (the background was too loud). I won't be back.

    Cobb salad was great. Take a pass on the French onion soup. Friends chopped salad was overdressed. Suggest asking for the dressing on the side. Service was very good.
