My daughter & I went out for our traditional Dad Daughter birthday celebration dinner. Her's is April 15th & mine March 24th. The food, service & atmosphere made the evening one will remember forever. Thank You The Carltun & Palm Court. Shout out to Chef Rodrigo for always taking great care of us.

The service was not very good. I have been there many times and enjoy going for a nice night out. The white bottle of wine was warm. They were always very good waiter service but I guess it was an off night. Otherwise very nice

I love the Palm Court and have gone there about half a dozen times of the last couple of years. The food is delicious and the service superb. Unfortunately I always forget how noisy it can be. We were two couples and honestly I could not hear the person next to me. The music is lovely Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin genre, but between the live music and the acoustics of the room, you cannot have a conversation. I am not sure I can recommend it for a Saturday night romantic dinner or even a casual couples night. Not sure what can be done about it, but it really needs to be addressed.

I have always liked the Carlton. Every meal that I have ever had at the Carlton has been great. I have been going to the Carlton foe over 6 years now.

Over the years I had heard good things about The Palm Court at the Carlton. So my husband and I along with another couple eagerly looked forward to dining there. Unfortunately it was, I think, our absolute worst dining experience. After the appetizer, we waited over an hour for our cold mediocre dinners. Our waiter did not put forth any effort at all. He didn’t remember our drink order, and never checked on us to see if we needed anything. We were never offered salt or pepper, or even steak knives for our steaks. My friend ate his baked potato without butter or sour cream. The busboy was constantly reaching around my husband’s back for the milk and sugar
etc. We finally asked him to move his tray somewhere else. The bar area near our table was strewn with dirty glassware napkins and garbage. Other tables were also having similar issues and were clearly unhappy. After complaining to the manager, we were told that they were having disco night in another room so they were very busy. Maybe they should hire more help, train them properly and decide whether the would like to be a fine restaurant or a disco. Clearly they cannot do both. Don’t waste your money.

My wife and I went there to celebrate her birthday on Saturday night. Unfortunately, the food was bland, tasteless and not worth the money spent. I've eaten here before, and it was good then; something has happened.

Our reservation was Friday at 6 so early, but right after work, and yet the place was practically empty! Service was excellent and there were plenty of seafood choices which I wanted on a Friday in Lent. Food was very good but the special that I ordered, monkfish, was just fine, a small portion compared to my husband's seafood risotto, and to my surprise, more expensive than any other seafood dish on the menu. I was toying with the idea of the lobster tails and wished I had gone with that. I did enjoy the lobster bisque. Overall, a nice dinner out and I would go back.

An unusually quiet night at this very popular restaurant. We were the ONLY table taken in this large old-world restaurant. Of course, in a restaurant of this caliber, with no one else there, the service was impeccable. Food preparation, plating and taste were all perfect. A teeny berry napoleon for dessert, but a lovely banana split or plate of ice cream for same price. A wonderful time for a multi-celebration evening.

The decor was amazing during Valentine’s Day. Food was delicious and service was great! We also had a live band playing, which added to the romantic atmosphere.

Very good dining experience

The only issue my Fiancé and I had during our Special Night Out On Valentines Day, was our seating location. We were seated right in the middle of the Red Room, at the location of the opening as you enter the large White Color room.

All night long we had people walking by us on both sides, waiters carrying food to serve people as they walked on both sides of our table and we watched the Table Cleaners (Bus Boy) walk by us on both sides of our table all night long. Basically, we felt as if we were seated in the Archway of the 2 rooms and everyone walked by us. Not an intimate setting we must say for an Important Valentine Day night.

At one point we almost left, but we remember having Dinner at Palm Court several other times and Really Enjoyed our Food, Service, waiters were great and the Restaurant is very Elegant and very well run. So we stayed, enjoyed the night as much as possible and really enjoyed our Food.

Also, we were alittle disappointed that the Music ended at 10:30pm. As by that point in time, we only had been served our Appetizers and Wine since the Kitchen seemed to be backed up with Food Preparation, Food Volume required to be served and management should have been concerned with keeping the Special Nights Ambiance Going and Music should have been playing until pretty much everyone is done eating.

I hope my comments and concerns are taken as truthful words, since your Food and Service was outstanding, but need to understand the Ambiance issue on such an important night. Thank you for your time reading my comment and hope to hear from management at there next earliest convenience.

We went for valentines night dinner. They had a custom menu for the night which was okay. Would have preferred a basic salad option instead of the two presented (my husband ate both salads). Desert plate was cute and they had live music which allowed for some nice slow dancing.

It's always a treat to go there, We were married there 33 years ago. It's great to have a beautiful dinner and to dance where we had our first dance!

Service was VERY slow.

The menu selections, the presentation of the food, the service and the taste were outstanding. The only negative to the whole evening was a very noisy table that was close by. The acoustics are not good at absorbing sound.

Hostess had a real edge and very poor attitude!

Food was phenomenal, especially the lobster mac & cheese...wow! Would definitely come back. Aaron was an amazing waiter, service from the entire team was perfect.

Always a lovely afternoon at the Palm Court...a comfortable place to catch up with friends!

I consistently am impressed with the food and the level of service here. We have been coming here for the past 5 years and love this place. I will forever be a regular at this restaurant.

Our requested round table was right on top of musicians so we took a rectangle table at the other side of the restaurant. There was a party going on in the adjacent room. The door between both rooms kept getting opened and would remain opened, making the dinning room extremely loud (on top of the music playing in the room). Twice we got up from our table to close the door. Another table closed the door as well. Other patrons asked the waiters to close the door too. Hostesses should have been more on top of that so it wasn’t up to the customers to do so. Waiter was not very attentive. Missing one of our appetizers. Prime rib special looked as if it was microwaved and the baked potatoes were cold. The decor and holiday decorations are beautiful. But for the amount of money you spend at The Carlton we would expect much better food and service. Very disappointed in our evening.

Petite beef Wellington was slightly over cooked. I requested medium but there was no pink color to be found. The French fries were under cooked
