The food was amazing. We loved everything we tried. We got some extra perks because it was our anniversary. The location is great- plenty of parking and great view of the water and downtown Seattle.
Palisade was the perfect choice for our first post vaccination restaurant experience! The Surf and Turf, Lavender Cosmos and impeccable service by Justin made us giddy with delight!
good food and atmosphere. we were not rushed (lots to catch up on). Yeah!
We had a wonderful meal and our service was superb!
I love this restaurant. I have always enjoyed the food. I have never been dissatisfied with that! At times I have been unhappy with my dining companions, but never with the food!
We buy gift certificates to celebrate special occasion for family and friends.
Great service, amazing views, steep prices, mediocre food.
Beautiful location, amazing food, and great service. 10/10 recommend
Outstanding meal and table service with great ambiance
It seems like the food quality has really gone down hill. My filet was not a center cut and filled with gristle and for $49 that wasn't great. The oysters were great and you can't beat the view!
Palisade is consistently excellent in every aspect. The food is well prepared, the menu is varied and the service is first class. Add the views and ambiance and you have a winner.
My guest was not happy with how
"tough" her pork meat was. Thank you for the nice aperitif, and delicious bread.
Had a nice experience and the service was fantastic. Food is excellent and I will recommend my friends
The food was excellent. We had some of the specialty cocktails and they didn't disappoint. Our service was top notch and the overall atmosphere brought back a sense of normalcy that we haven't had in a while.
Our order took more than hour over all very disappointed, server was so mean to us!!!!! I ordered I serve of Caesar salad and ask in a sarcastic way if we are going to share all together was surprised when salad served it's just only a 2 half of leaves of lettuce! She should ask if we are going to add some more bit asking if share all together since she knows how small it
is!!!! All in all very ugly experience will never go back!!!, and they over charge me manager never get back my call!
Predatory greed with loyalty card ruined nice view
We were disappointed with the overall experience at Palisades. The food was not good. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. Although we requested a window seat, we were seated right in front of the server station instead, which was frequently trafficked. There was a lengthy wait time for our meals to arrive. The salmon was undercooked, brussel sprouts were burnt. Ordered fries to go and received fries covered in Cajun spice for no reason. Many of our favorite items were not available due to the reduced menu. Portion sizes have been significantly reduced. It’s simply not what it used to be. There must have been a change in chefs and management.
Beautiful view. Delicious food. Kind and happy service
We visited Palisades for Mother's Day Brunch and I have to admit I was disappointed. The brunch was on par with the free breakfast given out when staying in a hotel. Not much variety and not a great meal at all. Would not recommend.
Wasn't as upscale as I was led to believe by reviews. There was no mention anywhere on their website that mother's day was a limited brunch menu, wasn't on opentable either when I made the reservation. Food was not very good, could've had the same food at any strip mall breakfast place. Definetly was not worth the price we paid.
The worst thing was, it is owned by a corporation that owns over 600 restaurants in North America, so our server had to do a sales pitch on their membership plan. They own claimjumper, cutters etc. That final exchange was the last straw, it ruined our mother's day brunch.
Great service and view, but unfortunately the food was inedible and overpriced. Will never go back.
We have always loved Palisades for dinner. This year we went there for Mother’s Day Brunch. Three of us ordered Crab Eggs Benedict, our favorite (at other restaurants for breakfast). Somehow, the white of the poached egg was very undercooked (runny and clear) but the yolk was not the desired runny consistency. The crab cake was obviously pre-made and re-heated. The service was perfect, thank you (Madison?).
Brunch was really poor. The food was substandard and just seemed to be thrown together with nothing special done. There are a number of informal diners in Seattle that make a way better brunch than we had. Very disappointing.
Pleasant service and excellent food.
Not what it once was/ service was poor
Part of my meal was not good
Desert was good but for price it was not a good experience.
excellent wait staff and all four of us had a wonderful entree and special attention to all the details
Fish choices too limited. Wanted more salmon dishes
Our anniversary dinner was delicious and admirably paced, and Justin, our server, was simply wonderful. We will be back!
The vegetarian dish that they prepared for that day was the best vegetarian dish I've ever had! So flavorful!
Wife’s birthday. Food, drinks and service was FANTASTIC!!
The staff was incredibly kind! They were attentive, fun and took great care of my partner and I during our date night. The food was amazing (highly recommend the kung pao calamari). The atmosphere was wonderful! There is a gorgeous indoor tidal pool with fish that you can feed. It was a delightful and extra special evening!
It's as good as it ever was. Covid protocols were strictly adhered to. Food and service was excellent. A great restaurant to celebrate special occasions.
We have been going to Palisades for decades and it was the first restaurant we thought of for indoor dinning after my entire family received 2 doses of vaccine. I chose it since it is a very large space with tall ceiling, which I figured would have good air circulation.
It was a big birthday dinner and I ordered the lobster special (with risotto), my wife ordered cod, and my daughter ordered the seafood pasta dish. My lobster dish left a lot to be desired. Lobster was overcooked and rubbery and worse yet, the risotto was so salty, it was not edible. Cod was fantastic, but my daughter's pasta was salty as well.
It was a shame as it is not a cheap dish. I probably would go back, but will wait till the entire working crew is back to normal before I try to dine there again.
Very nice service and delicious food, the fish is very fresh and well cooked
So nice to be back here. Black cod was cooked perfectly just as before prepandemic. Had the 3 course Seattle restaurant week special. Creme brûlée was fantastic. Served warm in a cold dish and solid glazed caramelized sugar surface. Service is superb as usual. Finally joined their Landrys club for rewards.
They are not back to their full menu just yet.
Cant wait for their weekend brunch to return.
nice restaurant with large and yummy food, recommended!
The service , food quality and presentation was great. We had an early dinner reservation so the noise level was good and as we were leaving the restaurant started filling up and noise level was higher. So I suggest to book early dinner hours.
My daughter left her purse behind and the waiter ran out to our car to return it. We were so appreciative!
As always Palisade never fails to deliver. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was delish, I had the pork chop with the most amazing grits. I had to tell my husband to stop eating them, we both said we could have just eaten giant bowls of them and been happy. He had the chicken with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The asparagus were huge, they looked like they had been fed steroids. The view always a 10, the restaurant spotless (this goes out to all my fellow germ freaks). All in all a wonderful evening out with my special person.
Wonderful to get back to this great restaurant in Seattle. The food, service, and views are still second to none in Seattle. Iconic spot to take the family, friends, or out-of-towner's to see what Seattle is all about.
