Palace Kitchen offers an open kitchen concept to allow guests to watch the chefs at work. Settle in for dinner at one of the booths or our horseshoe shaped bar with low, intimate lighting and enjoy fresh, seasonal food that is served late into the night. Diners at Palace Kitchen love the whole trout, rotisserie chicken and burger royale that are grilled over the apple wood grill in house.
Palace Kitchen offers late night dining with a full menu until 12:00am.
Our King Boletus Parlor and Chanterelle Rooms offer private dining for groups of up to either 16 guests or up to 20 guests.

My friend and I went to palace kitchen for happy hour! We loved the chalice drinks that also came with free fries. We had a few small bites from the happy hour menu, ordered the fondue and finished with the rainbow trout (de boned table side) and the steak. Overall I would highly recommend! Everything was freshly made and tasted delicious.

We had a business meeting dinner. The food was good, the burgers just average and the prices were high - normal for Denver downtown. What was negative was the noise level..nearly impossible to have a conversation due to the loud music and the overall acoustics.

Our 2nd time to try Palace Kitchen since the reopen and they have got their groove back. Food was excellent and service was great. Always have loved the vibe so back to the top of our list for the neighborhood…. Laura D was great!

Goat cheese fondue is excellent. One of the 2 trouts we ordered was slightly dry.

Smelled amazing and familiar as soon as we opened the door. I hadn’t been in 20 years! So happy this place is still here. Loved our appetizer of mini raviolis and green goddess dressed salad. I felt that the Ling cod main dish was just OK… the horseradish sauce was too strong in my opinion. The overall vibe and spirit of the Palace Kitchen is great!

The food was both interesting and delicious. (How's that for a combination?) Our server was excellent. She was appropriately attentive without being overbearing. It was just a great experience.

We are so thankful we were able to make a reservation for 8! Our server was so attentive and helped us stay on track to get out in time for our show at the Paramount.

We hadn't been to Palace Kitchen in years - but had been fans "back in the day". We came for dinner recently and, from the moment we walked in, both knew we were going to order the chicken (which is AMAZING!) I normally steer clear of chicken in restaurants since it is often dry (in my opinion). Not this. Excellent flavor, moist and those incredible mashed potatoes (never thought those words would come from me)! Service is fast, friendly and we also like the ambience - nice vibe, great background music (not too loud) and a crowd with everyone from families, couples and singles. We'll be back!!

We hadn't been here in forever and had no recollection of the quality of the experience. We found it pricey for just OK food (we had the burger and the ling cod). It was not a terrible meal - the fish was cooked beautifully, for example, and our server was very nice. However, there were food/dining issues (e.g., small plates with a ginormous salad we were sharing making dining messy, the fries were not crispy which diminished the amazing aioli). We wanted to like it more - it's the perfect location for a pre-movie dinner - but I don't think we'll be back.
