PAIRINGS, a family owned and operated restaurant, brings together globally inspired cooking, local and sustainable practices and the comfort of grandma's recipes. We welcome you into our dining room to slowdown, to disconnect from your electronic devices and to reconnect with family and friends over our food and your wine. Your dinner is leisurely paced as all of your meal is thoughtfully crafted for you.

Our plates, which change based on seasonal availability, extend from gourmet to comfort. Each dish is prepared with ingredients strategically paired to intrigue and invigorate, to stimulate and satisfy; just-baked breads and desserts, freshly rolled pastas, slowly braised meats, à la minute sautéed seafood and churned daily ice creams, leave no palate untingled.

Sit back. Relax. Sip. Rekindle. Dine. We welcome you into our house with open arms.

I was very pleased with the evening of dining and suggest that you do not have the sharing charge apply to the
small salad that is overpriced to begin with
I was happy to see no sharing charge on the dessert
Very much enjoyed the feeling of the couch seats for four as the regular chairs are too uncomfortable without a bottom pillow

Several days a week, Pairings offers this prix fixe dinner of 4 courses. My wife and I were disappointed both with the selections and the quality. Although our waiter was excellent, the food was over seasoned, over cooked in the case of my lamb and most of the interesting choices carried a supplemental charge. It was our first time there and also our last.

Had dinner for the first time on Oct. 2, 2013. It was Wed. so it was prix fix. I enjoyed everything except the sorbet between cources. Found the sorbet sour tasting. BUT, it was a wonderful meal for a moderae price and I would definitely go back.

We were seated at a table with the high back couches. Not a fan of them, as they are really not comfortable and create some difficulty if one person needs to get up to leave the table. Very pretty, but will request table with chairs next time.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Rich was v professional and attentive. He knew the daily menu changes and was great in explaining our available choices. We arrived early for our reservation and were seated at a lovely table. They went out of their way to make our dining experience a special occasion to remember. We'll be coming back again soon!

My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary on the advice of my brother who had gone here for his birthday (chef's table). It truly did not disappoint. The food was amazing! I had the heirloom tomato and greenbean salad, seared halibut with scallops and a peanut butter chocolate cake. All were very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. My husband had the ribs, lamb and flourless chocolate cake. He said the ribs were a bit fatty but the sauce on them was the best.
The crowd did seem to be a bit on the older side but it didn't bother us at all. It was definitely a bonus to be able to bring your own bottle of wine. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We've been to Pairings twice and love the food and the service. However the tables are soooo close together that you can easily join in their conversation. Servers and bussers try to squeeze around but often diners are bumped by plates and bodies. Also the hostess seems unwilling or unable to accommodate a move even if there are empty tables. We have had earlier (5:30-6pm)reservations each time we came so we were not walk in's. I would recommend Pairing with these caveats about the room layout.

We love this place. I love the vibe and the decor. The owner is gracious and attentive. We had the Thursday Pappas. Every bit was delicious and neither my husband or I could finish all of the food.

Overall food was very very good, served in a nice environment. We were a group of 4. My friends all enjoyed their entrees. I had the salmon which, unfortunately, was dry. The house dessert was excellent.
The only glitch was it took 20 minutes for our credit cards to be rung up.....way too long after and we were all ready to go to sleep at that point. We sat and sat and sat without anyone telling us there was an issue with the computer....leaving us wondering if we would ever be able to leave.

Everything about Pairings is excellent, from the warm welcome to the fantastic dessert. You do pay for it, though, so even with your own wine, it's a costly evening. But it is worth it. We'll save it for special occasions and being there will make those even more special.

I have driven past this restaurant numerous times and was always curious about it. I saw it online and the menu looked
good so I decided to give it a try. My date and I had a very nice time. The restaurant is nicely decorated inside, and there is
ample outdoor seating. The food was delicious, and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. I definately would recommend!

Pairings has consistently excellent food. But they still can't seem to address the unacceptably long delay between courses on a busy night. The food and pleasant service and attentive host bring us back. But we wish something could be done about the extra long wait between appetizer and main course.

Pairings is that great combination of a casual restaurant with really good food. The service is friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. The Wednesday night price fixed menu is really a great deal, but any day it's a great place to dine.

I dined here with Friends to celebrate a 60th birthday. When speaking to Carol, the owner, she reassured me of the perfect gathering, and it truly was, A gentleman greeted every guest at the door and walked them to our table. The menu was specially printed wish a special wish at the top which really personalized this night. We chased the pre fixe Wednesday night dinner and every course was outstanding, especially the homemade desserts. Thank you, Pairings for a great party.

The restaurant totally messed up. When we arrived, they did not have a table for us, and created a table where all 4 of our seats abutted those behind us. We couldn't move our chairs; the waiter had to lean across to pass the dishes to the furthest 2. It was insulting to be seated somewhere that clearly wasn't meant to be used. 2 of the 4 of us had meals that were not good. And the owner should know better than to say to an unhappy customer being seated at a makeshift table, "Have a glass of wine. You'll feel better". That exacerbated the situation. The waiter was professional and delightful, despite the huge backup in the kitchen. We'd always accepted the uncomfortable chairs, as we enjoyed everything else about the restaurant. No more.

This is my first review, and I am doing it quickly. The menu changes all the time, which makes me want to go back, especially because the chef was smart and creative in knowing what ingredients compliment each other well and in knowing just the right balance/amount of each ingredient. While this might seem on the costly side, it was actually a good value considering that the food was meticulously crafted (not thrown together) and fresh.
I went on a busy Saturday night, and while the service was on the slow slide, the staff was so friendly and even apologetic about it well beyond the level of apology that was necessary.
The ONE issue I had was that the tables are too small to comfortable accommodate our wine, other drinks and food.

One of the top 2-3 restaurants in our area. Pairings has a menu that is unique, fresh, flavorful and comprised of mostly local ingredients. The service is outstanding; the staff is always attentive without being in your way. We have heard of Pairings for a long time and have finally discovered why everyone loves it.

went here a few weeks ago and was very impressed and it was most enjoyable. went again this past weekend, not so much. ribs were so fatty they were almost inedible. had them on the first visit and they were excellent. wild salmon was good but the portion was literally no larger than a 3x3 post-it. maybe 4 bites, for $36.00. hat to write a review like this but it is what it is. wont be going back any time soon.
