The Pagoda floating restaurant offers private dining for intimate gatherings and banquet rooms for large parties accommodating up to 400.
If you go on a big holiday, expect service to be slow. We've went on slower night and service was much better.
quality of food was poor, server placed his fingers all over the ends of our straws, portions of food ran out & it took 15+ mins to replace, bathroom was a disaster
A good place to celebrate special occassion. Customer service is commendable. Crew and staff were very friendly and hospitable. Stellar service.
Excellent service great staff ! Very nice local restaurant we have been coming to for years. Love the relaxed environment. The best crab and prime rib. Mahalo Pagoda for a awesome dinner!
After a few months we decided to dine at Pagoda again. The food was delicious and the variety made it hard to choose what to eat. We were fortunate to have Dennis, our waiter, again. This guy is awesome! Our ice tea glasses were never empty, always had a fresh supply of napkins on the table and checked-up on us every few minutes. With excellent food & great service we will definitely be coming to Pagoda regularly.
Our waitress did an awesome job accommodating our party of 25.
Forgot waitress name but excellent service and personality. Bubbly and always came to check to see that we were ok.
It is always a great experience to have dinner there. Friendly and courteous staff and Great table service
We made last minute reservation through Open table. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. We came in on a Saturday so our server was open and honest. Said ordering off the menu would take a long time so buffet would be the best option. And she was right. There were a few big parties happening at once. Crowded but spacious. The food is good. A lot of option - cold dishes and hot dishes. The dessert bar was nice- cakes, pies, ice cream. The best part is getting to feed the koi fishes. Getting to see the water fall and garden area. I would recommend this restaurant. I would eat here again.
Average buffet. All you can eat of average food. Beautiful Koi ponds. Very casual dress. Nice server. We
Dinner buffet offered many selections. Food was great for the price. Prime rib and snow crab were excellent.
It was a most enjoyable Saturday night buffet. Our server was friendly and the food was exceptional for a buffet at that price. Food was not salty and was served in smaller dishes that were replenished often to keep everything fresh. Great all around.
Celebrated a birthday there. Main reason was for the snow crab. The rest of the buffet is a bonus. Since we had a large party, we got the private tea house. This was our first time in the tea house. It was perfect for our party. Our waiter was awesome. Food was great as usual!!
To me, the best part of the buffet was the poke. I also liked the sliced tako and the salads. The meat was really fatty, though tasty, and the lemon chicken had no taste! Please pour more sauce on the chicken. However, the sautéed fish was good, and I liked the zenzai. People were disappointed that you no longer have the soft-serve ice cream.
Enjoyed the ambiance of dinner in a ‘hut’; children entertained by feeding the koi. Great service from waiter Terry.
Aloha, we had our company party in one of the outriggers and was excellent. All could converse easily - service was excellent - food was very tasty - lots to choose from.
A wonderful party for all. We will recommend and return for another event.

We enjoyed the Pagoda Floating Restaurant's Friday Hawaiian lunch buffet, which included kalua pig, laulau, lomi-lomi salmon, poi, and haupia. Server Keith Kawahara was cordial and attentive throughout our meal, and, later, willingly accommodated our request to take group photos in the garden above the koi pond. Delicious dishes and excellent service amid beautiful surroundings made our early New Year's family celebration a special one. We will be back!
Kudos to the great service. Felt like family. Free crab platter didn’t have the same quality crab legs as the regular platter. Understood if was smaller but not difference in quality. Otherwise excellent and would highly recommend.
The staff was friendly and attentive. My husband ordered the crab leg buffet and I ordered the regular buffet. Although the price is reasonable I was very disappointed in the quality and selection of the food available on the buffet. It was also bland and tasteless. We asked to be seated near the window and was cheerfully moved to the last remaining table for two with a view of the koi ponds. Unfortunately it was the closest table to the kitchen which produced a terrible smell. This meal out was to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I chose the Floating Pagoda because he wanted crab legs. With a little care and finesse in the kitchen this could be a great restaurant. Until then we won’t return.
It was my moms Birthday and she loved it. Spending time with the family and enjoying an overall wonderful meal was the highlight of her stay at the Pagoda. Thank you!
