Pages is always wonderful but was particularly great for Restaurant Week. The menu had several choices and we all found our choice to be great. Wilson, our waiter, was exceptional. If you can request him, you should do so. The Restaurant Week prices made this an outstanding value.
We decided to take a drive east for the MLK holiday as everybody had off from school/work. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was warm, cozy and pleasant for a cold winter day. Interior Winter decor was like a greeting card...classic and beautiful. Quite relaxing with jazz piped in. We shared the calamari for an appetizer. Then we ordered the ruben sandwich , spicy chicken sandwich, smoked turkey club and the seafood pasta. The Pasta was somewhat of a small portion but the mussels, clams, calamari, scungili and shrimp tasted fresh in a garlic tomato sauce. Locatelli or parmasean was not offered which seemed a bit weird. All the various sandwich breads were to die for. Large sandwiches without skimping accompanied by hand cut salted fries. For dessert we had the olive oil chocolate cake and the coconut cake with mango syrup. Again, delicious 😋. Can’t wait for another opportunity to visit.
I took my wife to the Hamptons for her 31st birthday. We were looking for somewhere that had good food and an even better atmosphere. We sat in the back room, and loved the plants growing on the wall. The chandelier below the large decorative sky light was both fun and beautiful. Overall, the food was delicious. We split a side (lobster mac and cheese) for an appetizer, and both got burgers. The burger and fries hit the spot, and the portions / size was more than generous. We ordered one glass of wine, a bottle of Perrier sparkling water, lobster mac and cheese, and two burgers loaded with all the toppings for around $100. We were very satisfied with our experience, and happy we tried it.
This place is worth every penny. My husband and I were looking to try something new for lunch in a town that we weren't too familiar with. With the help of google maps and yelp, we found a gem! Food was fresh and amazing. The New England clam chowder was the best we've ever had. The service was incredible and the staff extremely friendly and courteous. Definitely going back next time we're in the area.
Although not as good as past meals, Page is still a good choice in Sag Harbor. Pasta with Bolognese sauce was very good, as was tiramisu. Gelato--although not real gelato---was fine. Fried calamari was prepared well but octopus with brussel sprouts missed the mark.
Ambiance is pleasant although it can get noisy when packed.
four of us dined this time, at page at main, for lunch. the hostess was excellent - very friendly, pleasant & welcoming - exactly as one's hostess/greeter should be !!! our waiter was also very nice, professional, and attentive. we dined in the back room which is lovely, unique & warm. three of us had the grilled shrimp & moroccan couscous with a cilantro, soy, yuzu drizzle. it was a very tasty dish, however, the drizzle was only around the edge of the couscous. i would have loved to have some more of the drizzle on the shrimp as well, since they were a tad bland & some additional drizzle would have been perfect!! one of us had the lobster BLT with handcut fries and it was very good also. the lemon desert was light and refreshing!! we will certainly return!!
One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. My wife had a nightly special, Black Sea bass in a curry sauce, as a entree that was beyond good. Hope they add that to their regular menu. I had a half a chicken that was equally good. Can’t believe it took us so to discover this neighborhood gem.
Just made a reservation for next week.
