Paesano of Mulberry Street
Lovely old world dishes but surprised still had to wait 30 min with reservation but was worth it
Fantastic food and some of the best pasta I have ever had. Really quick service and we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.
Very charming atmosphere. The bread and olive oil dip was amazing. Nice selection of pastas and wine. Casual great place to bring your family.
Great good. Close tables and they move fast, but it’s overall a great experience
Always a fantastic meal. A bit disorganized when it comes to checking in and seating reservations but the food always consistently great
2nd time here. It's our go to place when we visit Manhattan
Good thing we made reservations. Packed house 9:30 PM on a Saturday night. Great food and great service !!!
This reservation was made last minute and it is the most humble restaurant. We almost walked right past it. It is very small but the pasta was homemade, the service was excellent and the prices were so modest. We almost forgot we were in NYC. This is going to be our new spot when the girls come to town. This place was incredible.
Service and food top notch
First time coming here and I loved it! Great Food, great prices and really pretty decorations.
Great food and great service. We asked for something that was not on the menu and they still made it for us. Had a real Italian ambiance and the wine was delicious!
Way too crowded! Tables too close together - no seating space. Veal was good/ calamari tasteless/mussels terrific. Not the Paesanos of old 😢
Yummy italian dinner! Great wine carafe price! Made reservations and table was ready when we walked in!
Cozy and fun environment. Food was ok. The red sauce was good but some of the girls that got the veal said it was a little tough. I had eggplant parm and it was good. Got a stuffed artichoke but not much stuffing in it but the lemon sauce it was in was yummy. I think it was good for the price. Waiters were great and it was a fun night all in all.
Everything was absolutely delicious! We’ll definitely be back!!
Nice place - very busy on Friday night. Restaurants all around had people outside trying to get customers to come in w specials. This place was packed and had a long line.
But with that, food was just ok. Nothing special. Had ckn parm and vodka rig, started w garlic cheese bread. Sauce is very plain / basic. Kinda something from a can. Ckn was a good size but thin. Portion of vodka rig was on the smaller side for the price.
Service was fine but food came out like a min after we had the starter. Expected timing to be a bit better. Not really a place I’d rush back to.
I really enjoyed my experience with Paesano of Mulberry Street. I did not appreciate the fact that I had a reservation and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated and a couple that came in after me was seated ahead of me.
Always have great food and service-my favorite place in Little Italy
Food was amazing and everything came out very quick
Great atmosphere. Old NY feel. Loved it. Excellent value. Excellent service.
This has become our go to place for Italian when we come to NYC. I know there are a ton of good Italian restaurants in NYC but this one has become our favorite because it’s consistent. Every time we come the food is as we expected, the service is the same and the prices are very reasonable. It is our go to Italian comfort food choice.
Warm weather the outside seating is nice.
Amazing food and service. Great ambiance and good wine!
I do love this place so romantic and cute BUT with excellent food and service! Fabulous rainy Sunday afternoon ❤️
Veal Parmesan was outstanding! Good wine suggestions.
Me and my daughter went here on our recent trip to New York , everything was amazing ! The waiters were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed everything about our meal .
Wonderful service and such great food!
Pasta was excellent, Veal Parm - good, not awesome but solid. Service was average, but the place was packed so overall it was a very good experience. Prices are reasonable for NYC.
Amazing food and atmosphere
Amazing food that wasn't overpriced! The service was efficient and helpful. The atmosphere was great as well
The food was great., but I never have never gone to an Italian restaurant where they didn’t serve espresso . What’s that all about!
Very nice place. Little bit overcrowded and very noisy. But the food is good as well as wine.
The food was exceptional and the service was very quick. Almost too fast - the need to turn the table to another group was almost palpable. It’s hard to complain about the food arriving too quickly, but when the expectation is for a relaxing dinner; super fast service makes the meal seem rushed. It was an absolutely fabulous dinner however - just at a high speed pace.
Nice place. A little rushed
Food was okay, definitely not the best I’ve had.
Awesome food, great atmosphere! The only drawback (if you can call it a drawback) was the tight quarters. And when I look all around me I saw everyone else in the restaurant enjoying themselves just as much as we did. i can't recommend this restaurant enough!
Wonderful food and ambiance! And great prices!
The food was excellent but our server did fall short, my date asked for a specific type of beer and got something different and we were still charged for it even though the server acknowledged that he did in fact bring the wrong drink. Then at the end of our meal, we had to request the check THREE TIMES because the server kept forgetting. My date actually had to get up to find the server to let him know that we still were waiting on the check. If it weren’t for our experience with the server, I would have given this restaurant 5 stars.
Amazing food and great service . Will return for sure !
It was great! Enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
