They have a very good Happy Hour menu. I would suggest trying it. Some very innovative things -- like Irish "nachos".
Good food and great staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Highly reccommend.
This is the best Pub I've ever been in. We were there on Tuesday night and were able to play in the trivia contest. We got 3rd! Loads of fun. Great service and an excellent menu!
We love to come here for Sunday brunch. The food is consistent and reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly. We enjoy sitting on their covered patio area.
It was great and not very busy, perfect for this COVID-19 time. The food was awesome and we will definitely be back!
Fun time at Paddy's. Good social distancing, yummy food. Trivia night was fun. Service was great!
Thanks for being one of the few restaurants in Bellevue to open your dining room! I ate there two days in a row this week (and several times in the past few years.) Always great food and friendly waitstaff! I love that they play traditional Irish tunes on the sound system too!
Gotta love the meatloaf!
Love Tuesday night trivia.
Great Irish Breakfast !!
Great stop to meet up or prior to heading to a movie night. Foods authentic Irish Pub fare. You wont be disappointed. Lots of fun happening in this place....
The southern fried chicken bowl is better than it has any right to be. Great happy hour portion and the bbq ale tenders and stew were great too!
Really enjoy this place. We like that it's kid friendly, but also a bar. It could use a 2nd bathroom. Also, it got REALLY loud too. Overlall, loved it. Not our first time. Love that it's on Open Table!
First of all, I'm missing my 100 points for making my table reservation through the OpenTable website.
We went to dinner on a Monday evening, 5:15pm reservation which was also during Happy Hour. We got a nice table and were lucky because Snowflake Lane was going on so the reservation was a big help. The Happy Hour menu items are nice but two of the four of us ordered the $6 wedge salad and wanted to add an ala carte cup of soup for $7. The server said that there is a soup/salad combo so he ordered them for us that way but the combo ended up being $14, whereas if he had rung it up the way we initially ordered it with a $6 happy hour wedge salad and a $7 cup of soup we would have paid $13 instead of $14 so that was a bummer. Also my husband ordered the entrée size house salad and added chicken breast for $7. There were only 8 chunks of chicken on the salad and for that price I would expect a full chicken breast. That was disappointing and my husband walked away hungry. Last the happy hour shoestring fries were way overdone and crispy and brown. We arrived before the big rush of people for snowflake lane so not sure what happened. I've had good luck with food there in the past.
Love this place! Cozy, happy, relaxed. Feels a lot like being in Ireland!
Excellent fish & chips for lunch. I loved the layout of the bar. The bartender, I think her name was Kimmy, sorry I lost my receipt. was terrific. She was funny, attentive and generally a real joy to be around.
Brilliant Pub to dine for lunch. Was able to enjoy a rugby match also.
Value lunch was most appreciated!
What a great experience! The menu had a great mix of traditional Irish and good America bar fare to please those looking for an Irish experience as well as those who aren’t. The food was tasty and service was outstanding.
We went for breakfast on Mother’s Day - there was a deal where moms eat free. Their full menu is available as well as their breakfast menu. I had the corned beef hash and eggs, which was delicious. The eggs bennie looked good, too. Lots of good options. My daughter got a basket of fries with a side of bacon - she’s not much of a fan of breakfast. I love the decor - it feels like you’ve stepped into Ireland. The servers were all very friendly. I’ll definitely be back!
Breakfast was delicious. Freshly prepared, delivered hot to the table by friendly waiter. Bacon was extra yummy!
Great brunch!
We had the daily special which was delicious and a good value.
We had never been here before so it was a pleasant surprise to walk into a what appeared to be a cozy little place. But things went downhill from there.
We opted to sit at the bar. I ordered a martini, my companion a glass of wine. Both drinks were the shortest pours we had ever been served.
How can one not order corned beef and cabbage in an Irish Pub, right? So I did. Won't do it again. Though the corned beef was OK -- moist and not overly salted -- the cabbage was so overcooked as to be unpleasantly watery and had no flavor.
My dinner companion ordered what should have been the other must-have meal, the Shepherd's Pie. Again, boringly bland. And really should have been called Mashed Potatoes dotted with bits of beef and peas Pie.
All in all, a very disappointing experience.
A great Thanksgiving option for those not wanting to cook and looking for variety beyond the standard fare of which it was available if that was what you were looking for
One of my local lunch spots. GREAT place to meet with clients & friends.
Great service and really good selection of menu items but most of all... Kerry our server was AWESOME!!!
Three of us enjoyed a fresh, hot brunch at Paddy Coyne's. The waitress was pleasant and attentive, and the food was piping hot. (It is difficult to get scrambled eggs from grill to table still hot!) The meals were served within less than 10 minutes of ordering. We were all pleased with our brunch meals. Although I only had a side of eggs and bacon, the portion was generous and cooked just right. Thank you! We will be back!
One of our most favorite stops to meet and eat. Only the service is better than the food!
We got there right when they opened at 10 am on Sunday. It was quiet. The service and food was great.
If you go to Paddy's expecting something other than pub food, you'll be disappointed. That said, their fish & chips were great with above average tartar sauce. Add in Guinness on tap and it was exactly what we wanted for lunch. I've had their apps in previous trips and have not been disappointed yet. Good Irish pub in great location.
After years of meeting my wife and some of her friends, for lunch and an afternoon stroll through Bellevue Arts Fair. I was tasked with finding a different meeting place. Luckily I chose "Paddy Coyne's Irish Pub". The ambiance, service, & Food turned what could have been a miserable afternoon, into an enjoyable experience. Everything considered, it was an outstanding value.
Looking forward to our next visit.
We had a reservation and when we got there, they didn't ask our name they said sit anywhere. I told them we had a reservation which didn't mean anything. My husband ordered Shepherd's Pie which was in a casserole with a little beef, lots of carrots and a very, very thin layer of mashed potato that was almost non existent. I ordered lamb stew which tasted good but half the pieces of lamb was gristly. Place was crowded and noisy, tables too close together, service slow. We won't go back.
Consistent quality. GREAT staff. Prices not cheap but average for downtown Bellevue.
Table was already reserved for us and the customer service was outstanding! Keep it up!
We went for a late lunch. It was a nice atmosphere to have a relaxing and private conversation or business talk. The background music is always enjoyable and not too loud. If you like to sit to watch cars and pedestrians go by you can sit in the covered outer section. However the cars speeding down Bellevue Way may be louder than you like. The beer selection is good and the draft tastes like well taken care of. My wife had the savory Lamb pot pie and really enjoyed it. I ordered the Santa Fe wrap which is quite tasty. A side of soda bread help us cleanse the palate as we shared our orders. The Guinness Chocolate Cake helped conclude the late lunch.
Paddy Coyne's is a fun pub to drop in and have lunch with a friend or a beer after hours. The menu typical is Irish-style pub food and a good value, and service is both friendly and attentive. Compared to other venues in DT Bellevue, this place is not as a expensive and easier to get in and out of quickly.
My rating is three stars overall, as it is fun and a good value, but not fine dining.
Really enjoyed taking my son here for his birthday. Everything was great!
Stopped in for lunch. The menu items are very different and I like that. My two small plates were fantastic! Hope to come back again next season.
Definitely a go to place for meals as leisurely or hurried as you prefer. Food always is good with a nice variety to choose from at reasonable prices. Dining is never rushed by the staff despite the size of the crowd. This is a good facility we enjoy frequenting for lunch regularly on a monthly basis.
