Paco's Tacos & Tequila Ratings and Reviews
Went for Valentine’s Day and it was great. The waitress was very attentive, personable and kind. I’m a vegan and they were able to accommodate me. I got the veggie fajitas with no sour cream, butter or cheese. The margarita was amazing. Would definitely go back.
This place never disappoints. Once again we had a great meal and our service was wonderful. We eat here at least twice a month. We tend to always order the same thing - an order of guac (which is made at your table) and we split an order of chicken fajitas.
Good Mexican food in a fun (lively) atmosphere. We arrived to a very crowded restaurant at 8:45 pm! I judge a place on their chips and salsa & margaritas so this was a great meal. Love the decor. Good (not outstanding) service but no complaints either. Right near Southpark so convenient location.
My husband and I came there for Queen Fest and order the special. The drinks Marg. was really bad so we didn't drink them and ordered a better one and not we did not know their were 18.00 a piece. Those were no good either. We love a good Marg and this was this the worst we have ever had. along with the Taco dinner. We came there do to the fact we love Mama Ricottas and always visit there for dinner when in Charlotte. We have NEVER had a bad dinner there. Maybe it was due to the fact of Queen Fest. The Managers called us and our sending a dinner to Mama Ricottas.
Hands down I think this is the best value I’ve ever witnessed for a restaurant week menu. The wait staff was great and there was a ton of food. My girlfriend absolutely raved about the guacamole and loved that they make it table side and she could request no onions. We will be back for sure!
Was here to celebrate my birthday with friends. Food was good. Felt that for the money we got a lot of food. Noise level was a bit loud but I wasn't there for a romantic dinner so it was ok. Enjoyed the restaurant week menu. Would eat here again if in the area
Overall good but we waited way longer than expected for our reservation. We got sat around 30 mins after our reservation and we had somewhere to go that made us late. When we first walked in we were told it would be just a few mins. Then we asked again and was told it would be very soon. Asked again and was told it was gonna be a while. I asked how much longer min wise and the girl asked the other hostess and told us we could get sat now. Very confusing.
I am a regular customer here, and have never been this disappointed. Usually the salsa and chip refills are on point and always full. However, this time we only received one salsa and one bowl of chips for six people. We had to ask for more and two of each. The second problem came when the food arrived. Everyone received their food, except one person. We had to wait 7 minutes for the waitress to come over and even notice the food was still missing. After that, someone realized that their simple combo meal was completely messed up. Again, waiting over 15 minutes for the waitress she proceeded to eat the food. Also, my peppers and onions were cold and my quesadilla was not warm at all. Furthermore, the vegetable fajitas did not come out sizziling. If 1-2 things had not gone our way I would not be this mad. But I have never wasted so much money on a terrible meal. The least thing that could have been done is honor the completely messed up meal. Instead we still paid full price for something we did not want. I love pacos tacos, but this makes me want to find a new place.
The service was terrific and the bowl was very good...but the enchiladas left a lot to be desired. They were soft and the filling was tasteless. The crema was not a good component for this. We would not order this again and in fact it tainted the whole experience for us.
