Food was good as always, unfortunately our server (male) this time around was sub-par / borderline horrible. He was rude and appeared to want to rush EVERYTHING ... including the bill. First visit for my wife so the experience unfortunately left a bitter taste in her mouth afterwards.

Really nice place with superb service and really good food! Make sure you save space for dessert, the chef selection has not yet disappointed! Perfect for special date nights or fancier occasions,

Food was excellent but service was extremely slow. We weren’t in a rush so not a huge factor but there were a few times we sat with no drinks.

We went to packrat louis for our valentine lunch celebration. The selection on the lunch menu was great. I had the special and the kitchen was able to revamp the special for my dietatary needs. Our server was the best.
The food was well presented and absolutely delicious!!!!!
We will return.

Went for Valentine’s Day. Massively overpriced for what you received - and this is coming from a person who enjoys very fine dining. The food was fine, but nothing above what you could expect to receive at a higher end chain like Joey or Moxies. The service was adequate, but not amazing by any means.

All in, the $220 I spent for two people would have been MUCH better spent at a place like Hardware Grill. I probably won’t return.

Went for the Valentines Day meal. Service was excellent. Ambiance was excellent. It was the food that was the issue. Served burnt lobster tail, but overall nothing impressed. Just wasn’t that tasty. Had creme brûlée and brownie for desert .... creme brûlée was off in texture .... wasn’t curdled but had that texture. Brownie was not moist at all. Thought it was just me but others had the same impressions. Ultimately, can’t recommend it.

The appetizers were amazing and the wine list more than adequate. The main course was excellant, the only minor negative was the meat portion was quite small.
