My friend & I have dined at the establishment previously for lunch which was an extremely pleasant experience. This past Sunday, was not. Figuring that we had enjoyed lunch there previously, I decided to take my husband for Brunch. Long story short, it was very unpleasant. Food was cold. Biscuits were burnt. Half my husbands order never came out. Received the wrong ticket when trying to pay. This would all have been acceptable if they had been busy & there was a crowd but that was not the case. From our seats we could clearly view the wait staff fraternizing amongst each other rather than attending to their customers.
Food was outstanding. Service was just okay. Probably best Huevos Rancheros I’ve ever had. Took awhile to get 1st coffee and then had to ask for refill. Will definitely be back.
Packard’s has great food, but its vegetarian options are quite limited. Restaurant is noisy and bustling, and so the music playing can make it very difficult to hear. The courses also come our very rapidly; I’m usually not done with my app before the main comes out. I know the servers are attentive, but I do feel rushed many times—especially when I’m asked for my bar order as soon as I sit down. Packard’s is a nice place with well-cooked food, but the noise and the rushed feeling make it less than 5 stars.
Food was great. Except side of sausage that was $3.00 was 1 sausage round and was so overcooked you could barely cut it.
I was a little frustrated I ordered the Buddha bowl and it couldn’t be made so I got the breakfast club with kettle chips only to find out they were out of kettle chips as well
Everything was great! The only complaint is that my steak was over cooked.
It was just meh. The food was okay but nothing special and definitely not worth the price. They charge $6 for “bread service”. We got 3 small pieces of bread and butter, no refill on it. $6 for 3 pieces of bread. That’s insane. The wine they had on special for $13 a glass was very marginal. I doubt we’ll return.
Only thing is it is very loud , no one can hear each other .
Great food, great service our waiter was fabulous, took care of us and made the evening special. This was our first visit to OKC , the staff at the Renaissance downtown recommended it. Will definitely be back!!
Good experience at a fun and hip restaurant we had been wanting to try.
Great food and service. Love the midtown atmosphere. Great experience!
We visited this place for the first time for brunch. I had the Bodega Burrito. Very very good. It could be split between two people. My husband had the biscuits and sausage gravy with eggs and potatoes. The gravy was not your typical gravy but it was still really good. The sausage was more like chorizo which is usually not my favorite but he liked it. The orange cranberry muffins were delicious. He had a mimosa which tasted good and I had a bloody mary. It was very good! The only thing I would complain about was the parking. There's alot of construction going on due to the 'trolly work' being done so that was a pain. Not the restaurants fault. We'd definitely go back again and try more from their menu!
Wonderful brunch! The service and drinks are outstanding. The food was good, but needs a little adjusting. I had the Eggs Cochon with pulled pork verde. Very, very good but not much pork at all more verde sauce and the eggs were overdone so they weren’t poached. Which nothing can beat a good poached egg! My friend with me had the Breakfast Club and the bacon was terribly salty. Other than that everything else was good and will definitely give them another try at brunch!
Go kaila love her
Great server and good food
Great dining experience. Great food & service.
I always enjoy Packards. Super fresh food and appealing decor.
The food was tasty and the server was friendly, but I asked for a couple of things that never made it to the table. I like the atmosphere in Packard's and the location, but right now parking is tricky due to construction so be prepared.
Such a great restaurant. 10/10 recommend. You must try the Brussel sprout appetizer. Also the prom chop entree with jalapeño cheddar grits was SPECTACULAR.
Our first time here and we enjoyed our meal. Pork chop was tasty and large. We both tried their salads but ordered the half portion which was plenty. Bread is an extra charge but was good.
Catfish special was salty and inedible, so manager comped that dish (thank you!)
Otherwise, the servers, hostess, atmosphere, etc were all wonderful!
Great dinner and the service was outstanding!
Salmon was dry, rib eye should be taken off the menu. Too many good steaks in OKC, and Packards in no way competes. come here alot, but very disappointed Saturday night.
Great service and atmosphere. A little pricey of some of the items but food was great.
Packard’s has established itself as my favorite restaurant in okc. The food is always great. It is reasonably priced and the service is top notch. My most recent visit was no exception.
Great food and wonderful restaurant. This was my first time eating at Packards, and it was truly a very special meal. The menu is unique, I had a great duck breast cabbage, apples, and spatzle so my meal had a German feel. My fiancé had at the roasted chicken with vegetables, we shared a salad with a mice buttermilk dressing and the donut bread pudding with coffee ice cream was a great finisher, the dessert was not too sweet but totally satisfying. We will be back.
As always had a great experience and the food was incredible!
Always love going to Packards for brunch. Love the coffee in the iconic metal coffee cups to their very tasty mimosas!! Awesome time!!!
Our first time here for dinner. Started with the roasted Brussel sprouts- and they were very different and very good. Had the pork chop as an entree- it was delicious.
Server was Kenny. He did a good job-
We'll go back.
Great place!!! Not too big, not too small!!! Great service, food and servers!
Always a great restaurant for dinner. The service was superb...the food delicious . This is one of our favorites!
Packards is one of my favorite places to eat! The food is great! The setting is great!
I love Packard's -- the atmosphere, food (oh, the Brussel sprouts!), and service. Fun cocktail options and great wine flights. I've had romantic date nights with my hubby & a great group outing with four couples. In warmer weather their rooftop is fun too!
The entire dining experience was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere and attentive staff, and the food is always amazing!
Excellent food & service. Hard to carry on a conversation with anyone not right next to you secondary to noise. Also metals chairs with no cushion was not ideal. Still I would recommend it
The food at Packard's was amazing as usual! Always so fresh and flavorful. I love the unique menu items.
It's a nice place. Youthful but not too loud or crazy.
Overall the food is great, but it is pretty expensive for what you get.
