Teresa was outstanding and excellent on her knowledge on the menu. Service was very comfortable and we will definitely be back. Food Was incredible and to top it off with the chocolate cake yummy!
The restaurant has always been great in all aspects. Yet, somehow, they have made a significant leap upward with the food quality and presentation.
Comparing this visit to our last visit is like night and day. We were anxious to return since our last visit was all 5 stars. The hostess was the highlight of the evening-welcoming and friendly, helpful from start to finish. Our waitress seemed distracted and was hurrying us to place our order. The food was disappointing. We ordered the sampler appetizer platter. 3 of each-bacon wrapped shrimp, fried goat cheese and conch fritters-there were 4 of us. More generous with the fried calamari -not crispy, breading fell off, sticky meatballs were ok-Luke warm though. We all had different cuts of steak, all cooked perfectly. Twice baked potatoes tasty but Luke warm, Brussels sprouts way undercooked and broccoli rabe was served in long, unmanageable pieces, also undercooked. I love my veggies to have a bite to them but these were barely cooked. Truffle cake was recommended by the hostess and it was delicious. My husband ordered coffee and it took a while for our waitress to bring the sugar and cream after the coffee was served.
Service was good. Food was just average and didn’t measure up to the price. Place seems a bit dated.
Classic steak house. Filets cooked to perfection, sides were fresh and plentiful. Our waiter, Mike was attentive and quite entertaining. He made our experience there the best! We will return!
Packards is my favorite restaurant. Servers Sharon, Debbie and Mike are exceptional and make the dining experience superb.

We were staying on property for conference . the French onion soup was very good . The wedge salad was also good. The grouper was ok. The filet was not cooked as ordered it was over cooked .
It is a steak and seafood restaurant, but I asked if the chef would prepare something vegetarian. He asked what I would like and I simply asked him to be creative and make what he’d make for himself. I received a pasta primavera that was truly exceptional! My spouse had the New York strip steak. It was prepared perfectly. Don’t be put off by the menu if you’re vegetarian, the chef’s accommodation what’s excellent! Our waiter, Mike, has worked there for forty-two years. He was great! Personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We went on a Sunday night there were a few tables taken but looked like they were expecting some bigger groups. Servers were very attentive and friendly couldn’t be nicer. Bread with specialty flavors , nice choice of wines and good selection on menu. Went with the filet mignon always very good quality! Had the side of creamer spinach wish is soooo good and enough for 4 people to share. We had the chocolate lava cake really delicious and deconstructed key lime was very inventive and yummy. Always a great meal when we come here can’t wait till next time
