Food was tasteless. Service was mediocre. Worst experience I ever had at an Open Table restaurant.
I had chicken parm and it was fantastic. Definitely want to return for their oak fired grilled steaks. Prices are very good too!
Had a birthday dinner in the Wine Cellar. It was perfect! Great atmosphere, excellent food and large portions. We had an outstanding server named Greg. Ask for him!
Only 1 other diner at 6pm on a week night. Service was good, food was dripping in oil. We ordered 4 main meals and were charged $109!!! Not good value for money. The restaurant was dated and not as clean as we expected. Portion sizes were smaller compared to other local italian restaurants.
Good food, attentive service, decent value
My wife and I were staying in the area prior to a stay at Disney over the weekend. We were right across from Pacino's, where we used to dine all the time when our sons played travel baseball. Granted, it's been almost 20 years, but we were excited to return to a restaurant where we had many great meals and memories with the team. We remembered the steaks being great, but we weren't in the mood for beef, so I ordered the pork ossobuco and my wife ordered the lasagna. First off, the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday evening at 7 p.m., and that surprised us since Disney would be busy. The caesar salads that came with our dinner were okay, and the garlic olive oil bread they brought with them was soggy and mushy. When the entrees arrived, the lasagna was maybe the worst I've ever tasted, with a red sauce that was sweet and tasted like it had cinnamon in it. My ossobuco was fair tasting and a good portion, but all in all, it wasn't the Pacino's we remembered. I know everything changes, and maybe the steaks are still great, but they're also pricey enough you can go just about anywhere else for the same value.
Food was great and service was fantastic. I got the pacinos fiesta meal, which was pasta with sausage, meatballs and chicken. The sauce was delicious and they swapped out the penne pasta for spaghetti. Absolutely recommend!
So we had the lasagna, spicy penne, ravioli and shrimp & chicken with penne in vodka sauce and spaghetti with meatballs. The sauces were all amazing! Meatballs were good. The time it took to get our food was pretty long from the time we sat until it came and the place wasn't busy at all when we were there (2-3 other tables). The only other complaint was the portion size of the lasagna, not a large enough portion compared to most other Italian restaurants. The bread they serve before dinner was amazing, warm and soft with garlic.... delicious! Blooody Mary from the bar was very good as was the glass of Chianti. Overall a very good Italian restaurant and that's coming from a 100% Italian family. We would definitely visit again!
The food was okay, but our waiter was not knowledgeable about the menu and the service wasn't great.
Good experience. Food has been better in the past. Will be back though.
Food and service was very good, nice polite wait staff. Table was ready upon arrival. Portions were ample. Red sauce was delicious. Good time had by all.
Nice touristy place near Disney. Kinda old decor, limited menu, but food was good and service fine. Like the tribute to the owners father by the restrooms.
Lousy food. Everything tasted microwaved or deep fried.
Good food. Old school ambiance. Good service. Good food at a reasonable price.
Food was great and our server was fantastic. Highly recommended.
We had such a nice dinner. Food and Services were really goo. We will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful evening; our server was exceptional , and our food was absolutely delicious. They even offered to capture our moment with souvenir picture in a Pacino themed frame. We like to dine and have realistic expectations go with the same and you will not be disappointed.
We were a group from work on town for a meeting. Great casual ambiance, good food, and great service. Would recommend.
Came here last year on vacation and the eggplant parmesan was so good, but this time it was awful. I sent it back and I never do that. The breading was wet and mushy and the eggplant was so tough you couldn't cut it.
Not the cheapest place we ate in our 2 week holiday, but the quality of the food and the excellent service were well worth the extra cost.
New Year’s Eve dinner!
Overall great value for your dollar. Have I had better Italian before? Sure but I've had worse and spent way more. Can't beat it for family dining and service was very good. I'd return again and I live in Italian restaurant heaven
The chicken parm was not good, it was real hard. I’ve n vet had hard chicken before, I don’t recommend it.
Our server was great but the food was average, not much flavor Beer and wine tasted flat. Nothing memorable about the visit.
We were there Christmas night, and have the most pleasant dining experience. Prompt seating, attentive servers and staff, clean & comfortable environment, and a beautiful ambiance all of which concluded with a delicious Italian dinner. Thanks Pacinos, and Merry Christmas
The atmosphere was not as festive as hoped for Christmas Eve. Food quality was average. Server was very good and exchanged my son's order after he did not like the look of his meal. Overall experience was average.
Wonderful fresh pasta.... interesting selections.
Nice place i loved i want go back i recomend to everybody
Have been to this place almost each time I visit Kissimmee area. Food is great with a decent selection. Only down side to this trip was the food was rushed out. There was no space between courses. I will visit Pacino's again next time I am down there.
Nice restaurant but not good for a Date, too many kids screaming too much noise, I couldn’t hear myself talk. Food was good but very bad drinks.
Good food, pleasant setting, reasonably priced for a family meal & would recommend
was AMAZING!!! This place was beyond our expectations
Two of our three meals were great, one was poor at best.
Service started out great, then our server was given a 6 top and that was the last time we saw him.
Solid Italian place close to our hotel. Prices were reasonable for a tourist area and portions were large. We stayed at a hotel that was about 10 minutes away, so this fit the bill for a bite to eat when in the mood for Italian. Decent wine too!
We come to this area in Florida once a year and when we came here 3 yrs ago it became our best restaurant to eat at while we're here, we've brought friends and they feel the same way, we've recommended Pacinos to many people
We frequent Pacinos every time we are in the area. Never been disappointed!! Highly recommend.
NEEDS A BLOODY GOOD CLEAN!!! this places is on its last legs and in need of a serious re-decoration and and a bloody good clean (EVERYWHERE)
Food was great. Speed of service and time between salid, appitizer, and meal was perfect. Flaming cheese is a must. Place was empty at 5:30 on a monday.
3 of their employees recognise us and came to salute it's great to see when people remember you as customer
