Pacino's Ratings and Reviews
My husband and I had chicken parm and veal Parm respectively. Dinner came with a side salad, the house dressing was delicious. Dinner portion was appropriate, but we are big eaters, so very satisfying but no leftovers. But, no room for dessert either. Probably had something to do with the side of meatballs we had as an appetizer!! 😀 Very authentic Italian, really good food!! Would go back again!
We were dining with relatives from UK. We had a wonderful visit with them. One of our parties spaghetti Bolognese was very dark red and the sauce was very thick, unlike what one normally expects with this dish. One person had veal picatta which was average at best. One does not normally see a veal picatta on most menus so I was anxious to try it but very disappointed in comparison to what I've had in the past. The other dishes ordered at our table we had no complaints or no one said anything about their dish. For the price and the quality, I would probably not visit there again.
We were sat in a small room adjacent to the bar. So far, so good. Then a group with 3 small screaming children were sat right next to us just as we were pouring our first glass of wine. The screaming just got louder as the minutes passed. Our appetizer arrived the screening, crying and throwing of utensils continued. Our wood fired oven pizza arrived, it was way underdone, the crust was not cooked through. Nothing like soft underdone pizza. When we complained, it fell on deaf ears. Basically we were told, "sometimes that happens".
Not our first bad experience here, I'd suggest staying away unless you have children that are allowed to misbehave when in a public.
We had 6:30 reservations on Friday night of a holiday weekend for 8 people - 4 adults and 4 children, ages 2 to 8. We arrived a bit early and our table was already waiting for us. We had the most attentive, informative, pleasant and helpful waiter I have ever experienced. The food was amazing - even the dishes that had to be modified slightly for the children, who wanted seafood so they were not eating off the child's menu. The modifications were handled smoothly and cheerfully. With 4 small children, we were a louder-than-average and messier-than-average group, but the staff did not mind in the least. We even got a wonderful family picture out of the evening. My husband and I live in Central Florida and had been to Pacino's before, but my sister, her daughter and the grandkids were visiting from New Jersey and they couldn't say enough about the wonderful meal we had arranged for them. Thank you, Pacino's, for coming through again!
The waitress and Manager were very nice, friendly and hard working. The food was another story. They never gave us bread on the table, we ordered garlic cheese bread and it wasn't very good, and had no garlic on it. The description of the Italian Antipasto included artichoke hearts, which there were none. The Veal Parm was completely dried out. The pasta special called Pacino's Fiesta with Rigatoni, meatballs, sausages and chicken in a marinara sauce was terrible. The sauce was supposed to be red, but it was a brownish color and the whole dish tasted awful. The Veal Lemone was so lemony you couldn't taste the veal. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would suggest you go somewhere else.
I've eaten at Pacinos several times over the years as a tourist. In fact I was here 22 years ago during our honeymoon.
I would say over the years I've had mixed reviews but this time everything was fantastic. The service was great and the food was amazing authentic italian.
I would say the pricing is more like $$$ instead of $$. The atmosphere is always nice and cozy.
You can get so so seating from time to time but I asked to be moved in this instance and was pleased with the second location. Party of 8 seated at a table for 6 with reservation at 6pm when no one was in the restaurant was a no go but I was satisfied quickly in this instance.
We had a variety of options that touched every style of Italian and we were all sharing and tasting each other's food to try a bit of everything.
I've had mixed reviews in the past but the nostalgia brings me back and this was some of the best Italian I've had.
Leaving Epcot for Palm Beach and wanted a quick dinner. We had house salads (great dressing!) and split a rustica pizza. The service was excellent and the decor/ambiance was a nice casual Italian vibe. Food was above average but overall experience was very nice!
