Been meaning to try this place for a while and finally did for my partner's birthday. Our table was ready when we arrived even though we were a little early. Service was excellent, the host expressed that it was a birthday dinner which we put on the open table reservation and our server was in the know. She actually asked us up front if we were ok with the free chocolate cake that is usually offered and said we could choose another item if we wanted. Drinks were amazing, had the French 75, strawberry rhubarb julep, and the Singapore Sling. Food was perfect, we had the monsoon plate as an appetizer. A great plate to split and taste each of the appetizers so next time we can dive into the one we liked. Which is going to be hard because they were all very good. We had as entrees the big tuna and the ribeye each one was made to perfection - perfect balance of meat, veggies, and rice. The sauces were on the side and a great complement to the food. Ok back to the chocolate cake - it was warm and gooey and paired with kahlua coconut ice cream - can I just say it was to superb! Everything was great, ambiance was pleasant, food excellent, and our server and runners were attentive and knowledgeable. Will be back again for sure!
