Pacific Rim Bistro
Terrible service, food sub par....I wouldn't recommend
Food was cold upon arrival to table. Overall fun time
Good spot in downtown Atlanta for sushi and asian food. Sushi was good and fresh. Shrimp wok dish was very good as was a diver scallop plate. Service was a bit slow but adequat.
The sushi was very good ! The Overall location could have been better and look of the place is not as fancy as i thought ….
The food was amazing but the service was absolutely terrible. We ordered drinks and by the time we got them the ice had melted and we also ordered appetizers and by the time we got those they were cold.
A most enjoyable meal outdoors except for the traffic!
Fine. It worked. Thanks.
I very carefully went to raise the screen that was right beside our table, as it was the only screen in the restaurant not raised. Someone who I assume is a manager ran across the restaurant loudly shouting at me to stop. I did, and apologized genuinely and multiple times. She ignored me and walked away without saying a word. I realize that the business needs to protect their property, but I assure you that I was being gentle, and was only taking it into my own hands because no one was around for us to ask. Not to mention that being called out loudly in front of the entire restaurant (at my birthday dinner no less 😂) was very embarrassing and made for an unpleasant experience. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. Food was amazing.
Took forever to get water and silverware, been to this place before and it’s so good that’s why we came back. He service was awful. Stood at the host stand for 10 mins without being served
Great spot and the staff was super nice. They were understaffed, so things were on the slow side, but their awesome food and attitude made up for it! Would definitely head there again!!!
Thanks to Alexis and to the entire Pacific Rim family for what is (always) a great all-around experience! 🙌🏾
Waited 30 minutes at the door before being seated at a dirty table. Waited another 8 minutes for our server who promptly told us that if we wanted anything from the bar it would be over an hour for drinks. We decided to leave at that point. Do not recommend during busy or peak times.
It was market week , very busy but food quality was great
fast seating and great food
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was so inadequate we were uncomfortably hot and could not enjoy our meal…
Food were great and service were ok, my utensils and the table were a tad dirty. I hope in the future will be better, since we like the food, it could be that week, it was understaffed.
Pad Thai was so good! Great experience!
Had a fabulous meal. We had the talapia and shrimp with vegetables. Both delicious
Had a very relaxing dinner.
Menu online open table and in restaurant are different. Had a lot of options for seafood, but somewhat disappointed with their more traditional Asian selections. Very limited. Food was good though and service was great. Very strong 4/5. Worth a trip there.
The waitress was kind and made it a great experience for my daughter’s 16th birthday.
Food was great and the service was greater. We came in late and stayed too long but they were wonderful with us.
Great sushi and friendly, attentive service. Easy walking distance from Olympic Centennial Park.
Stopped for one night in Atlanta on our way back home from Florida to Michigan. The service at Pacific Rim was fantastic and the food was outstanding. We had the fire sushi dish and the char grilled rack of lamb. Presentation was superb and the taste was excellent. We gladly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the downtown Atlanta area. Also, prices were very reasonable.
it was good! was a monday so wasn't extremely busy but we enjoyed it.
Perfect Valentine’s Day dinner
I was pleasantly surprised the food was amazing!!!! The service was exceptional.
Customer service was great. I had reservations and they took us to our seat right away. The good was amazing and fresh. Job well done
I Would Describe Pacific Rim As A Hidden Gem In Atlanta. The Food Was Stellar. (Try The Thai Basil Noodles.) My Date And I Really Enjoyed It.
We felt that Pacific Rim was over crowded and did not do much to help with social distancing. The staff was not well trained and everyone seemed to look at each other as to who was supposed to take care of tables... We sat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to take a drink order and then the food seemed to come out in stages... no one got to eat at the same time. It was awkward at best. The only restaurant that we were sitting on top of the tables to each side of us and ended up wearing our masks when we were not actually eating. To say we were uncomfortable in this restaurant was an understatement. People here did not seem to be taking the Covid issue seriously.
Delicious food, great service, and relaxing atmosphere.
Good food, subpar service
Staff was great and Attentive
Food was cooked to perfection and the dinner experience was wonderful...
Great Sushi and appetizers. Enjoyed the atmosphere.
Overpriced for the quality
Ray’s in the City is always outstanding in every way.
Service was very slow. 30 minute wait for sushi with less than 20 people in the restaurant. Server took 15 minutes or more to initially come to table after we were seated.
What a fun personalized eating experience! We’ll be back.
Can’t say enough good things about this place!! The service is unbelievable, the food is phenomenal, and the ambiance is so peaceful. 10/10 recommend to everyone looking for a dinner recommendation!
