P. F. Chang's - Waikiki Ratings and Reviews
Food was fine, quite different from the mainland and the prices were significantly more. They do not honor the loyalty program nor will they honor certificates from their PF Changs emails. Quite a let down when you walk in expecting to use a BOGO coupon and end up spending $75 for pretty much "Panda Express" with amazing service. Don't waste your time or money...Walk a few streets off the main drag and experience real food.
Overall, it was an okay experience. The wait staff was friendly and very nice. Appetizers came out in a timely manner. Calamari and crab wontons were good. The Mahi mahi was a very generous size and had a really nice taste to it. Beef lo Mein was very oily and definitely not worth the price paid. Not a terrible experience but don’t think the prices justify the quality of food or what you get.
Everything started off great, service was good at first, we got our drinks and food pretty quick. After we got our food the service went down. We hardly saw our server again. Appetizers were very good but our entree (cashew almond chicken) was not good at all! We had to ask for soy sauce and the three other sauces. Ordered coffee after dinner and it was cold!! We were disappointed as we really enjoy our P. F. Chang's in Phx.
Service was average, when we realised we were seated outside and it was muggy, I then asked if we could sit inside where it was cooler and I just received a glare and no other response but she walked inside and we followed.
I then had water spilled over me , they then rushed to get a wipe but for the floor not me.
The food was average not authentic and too sweet.
Portions were a good size and overall a good meal but not authentic Chinese!!
Luv the food and we had an outstanding server! Bar-be-cue ribs & deep fried beans are just the best finger foods! Big portions, comparable to prices.
We went on an off hour after 2pm, it was slow, but the manager shouldn't be doing his business in front of the any customer no matter how slow. He should have gone to another room or upstairs where it was closed. It LOOKS BAD........!
My husband & I went here for the first time, prompted by a couple gift cards we'd been given some time ago. We were pleasantly surprised with the menu, which included several good sushi and sashimi dishes, as well as some creative Chinese selections. The service was great. And, the Kirin draft was a treat. It was fun sitting outside right beside a busy pedestrian walkway. We enjoyed ourselves!
I have heard alot of good things about PF Changs so my family and I decided to try it, the greeting was excellent the environment was excellant and our table was excellant. Our server was the best she was kind and friendly and checked on us often. The only problem I had was the food. I had the broccoli beef with stream rice and my brother had the Chicken with brown rice the problem was that the sauce was way to sweet. Thanks Fidel
PF Chang's is one of our favourite Waikiki dining destinations. The fresh, flavoursome and well thought-out meal options never disappoint. Service was delightful and this time we enjoyed the alfresco dining for the first time which was very nice. Definitely will dine here again.
My stateside discount and points did not work at this location, but the food was great! Spicy eggplant was medium spicy with a hint of sweet and sour, and surprise that the skins were peeled off which gave them a different flavor. Service was speedy and friendly. Their recent marketing focuses on fresh ingredients and the Mongolian Beef's green onions did not disappoint. We'll be back!
