Small and romantic we specialize in celebrations with family and friends, or just a quiet dinner with good conversation. We are family owned and operated and have been serving our community since 2001.

Drive in to Opera Alley and be transported. We strive to bring approachable food and beverage, a sense of comfort and community, as well as a unique and quality dining experience. We call ourselves a "cafe" in the sense that we are not pretentious and offer a fine dining experience in an atmosphere of comfort and respite.

Parking in Opera Alley, and downtown, can be a bit of a challenge, especially on the weekends, so please be sure to give yourself plenty of time when making reservations to find a parking space, or consider a night off from driving and get an Uber or Lift!! Eat good food often, break bread with friends and family, spend time with those you love, and we will see you soon.

    We went for our wedding anniversary dinner and it was wonderful. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very romantic. The short rib pasta was delicious.

    This was our fifth or sixth visit over the past couple years. Consistently delicious, wonderful service and the best atmosphere. In my opinion, this is probably the best all around restaurant in Tacoma. Just be sure and make reservations.

    Great service and convenient location for going to events in downtown Tacoma. It's a cosy place! The food was good with lots of different choices for a small kitchen. My halibut was overcooked and that was disappointing as it was not cheap. My companions enjoyed their meals- scallops with risotto, angel hair pasta with shrimp, and linguine with shrimp. We were stuffed with no room for dessert. All plates were nicely displayed and the bread was delicious.

    Service and food were exceptional. I forgot the server’s name but she needs to be applauded for her great service. We had a 4:45pm reservation. Will definitely return

    The food is excellent quality, and most people will love it, but it's worth noting that almost everything on the menu is very high calorie and high in fat and when we asked for anything on the menu could be modified to make it a bit healthier, we were told the chef was passionate about not doing that. I can understand if a chef doesn't want to make modifications, but then the restaurant should offer a few healthy options.

    We have been coming here since Covid and remains one of the only places that truly does food right as well as the atmosphere. We certainly don’t come more than once or twice a year as it’s definitely a celebratory type of experience, especially as it’s a pricy place. This was our first of 2025 coming and there were some new menu options that were fabulous. Just a great time overall for sure.

    One of our favorite special event restaurants. We know we can count on great food and service. The intimate setting is cohesive to conversations. Our out-of-town guests were delighted with this dining experience.
