Hands down the best sushi in the area! I actually travel a lot for work and this is the best sushi I’ve come across in all my travels. The avalanche roll is a MUST try, don’t cheat yourself and not get at least one. The crabby jalapeños are also to die for and they have great options for those who don’t love sushi...tho the avalanche roll may change their mind on sushi.
We had a wonderful time at Otobo Sushi. The menu had something for everyone and the waitress was wonderful. She anticipated needs, communicated well, and was on top of everything. Would definitely go back!

Always a good meal and a wide variety. Enjoyed the soup and 3 rolls.
Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with our orders. I had the Boston Shrimp roll and the Godzilla roll. My dining partner had the Udon soup. We had the Gonzyo pork rolls as an appetizer. The food was very good. The sauce on the Godzilla roll was fantastic! We will return here and have told others about the food. It is a trip for us about 45 minutes away.
Food was very good but portion of sushi rolls were very small and left you wanting more at end. Prices are very high for portion served. Atmosphere good for quick bite but most likely will not return.

Decided to try Otobo's because of the location (meeting a friend half way) and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and the quality of the food. We were looking for vegan options and they did not disappoint. Will definitely return and have recommended it to others in the area.

The food was superb! I have one very picky 10 year old who never likes to try new things and he actually went for it and raved about how good it was! My 4 year old was also a fan and of course loved trying to eat with the chopsticks. My husband was pleasantly impressed with it as well and enjoyed the rolls he selected. We will definitely be back!
This is the new fav Thursday hotspot for my bestie and I. The BOGO gorgeous sushi on Thursday with a minimum of two delicious drinks had become the setting for a great night of catch-up. The service is always attentive and there’s not a single complain or concern.
Food was great! Everything was delicious, I will be back for those crabby salmon wraps.
Great food. Very slow service. Had 2 young children with us and spent more time sitting waiting and looking for our waitress. Food is always incredible so we continue to come back but wish the service was better.
What's not to like? The Avalanche Roll is terrific and my Salmon entree will be on my plate again.
Our waiter was very good. He offered suggestions and explained menu items very well. My wife and I are not sushi aficionados so we very much appreciated his helpful comments.

Sushi is average. Raw tuna is smooshed. I’m used to small pieces of tuna and not totally smooshed

The chicken teriyaki is very good. The fried rice is good and a large portion. There are many great sushi options.

If you weren't told it's there, you'd probably miss Otobo in this corner shopping plaza and you'd be missing out. From the soft shell crab appetizer that we always get through all of the sushi choices, everything is always incredibly fresh and perfectly served. The staff is always very friendly and I believe the owner is actually 1 of the sushi chefs. As for value, it's definitely a home run as well! Give it a shot... You won't regret it!
We went with our family for fathers day , went early not many people there , had a great server she was very nice and attentive.
Food was very good , drank wine which was a generous serving as well.
I would recommend to anyone and also go back again.
Best sushi place
This was perhaps the best dining experience I’ve ever had. I had tried Otobo’s food before, and I had enjoyed it, so I brought some guests to celebrate a special occasion. The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was quiet and stylish.
