    My only complaint being the Rib Eye steak was not of the quality normally served. Walleye meal was fantastic.

    All in our group thought the salads, bread and appetizers were very good. The main course, 2 walleye and one ribeye and one fillet to be well below average. The ladies did not care for the seasonings on the walleye and the guys steaks were low quality and not prepared the way ordered. One steak was nearly well done when ordered medium rare and my steak was rare when ordered medium.

    Initial order was good. However, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Then the server disappeared for another 20 minutes before our order was taken. The order finally was taken and additional drinks ordered. Server stopped by every 10 minutes or so and checked on us. Still no food as we observed guests who had arrived after us finishing their meals and leaving. We contacted our server and she admitted that our order had been misplaced and she would expedite ours. 20 minutes later our food arrived. The ribeye steak was nearly inedible due to the amount of fat on the steak and then came the filet. It seemed to be odd shaped and looked grisly. When the server confronted the chef he admitted it was a sirloin! They had substituted it when our order was so tardy and the sirloin from another order was ready. When the hostess was made aware of the situation she immediately ''corrected' it by adjusting the bill for the sirloin!! Well thank you, but that seemed a little small. We had been at the table for one hour and 45 minutes and couldn't hardly eat two of the four meals and we still owed $109 !!!! How would you rate the dinner? Happy Anniversary

    We eat at the casino at least once a week. It was my birthday and this was the first time that we ate at the steakhouse. The salmon that my wife had was fishy tasting and overcooked. My ribeye steak was grisly and tough. We did not care for the lettuce wedge. Yesterday we ate at the Brew Brothers and I had a steak. The steak you could cut with a Fork, needed no steak sauce had no Gristle and was delicious. I brought this to the attention of greeter at Brew Brothers. We have never gotten a meal that was not excellent Brew Brothers. I'm sorry for the negative critique but I'm just trying to be honest.

    So so experience you might expect at the buffet. Not what I expected at the steakhouse. Very disappointing, manager actually brought down the level of service and ambiance.

    We had celebrated our 50th Anniversary early with our family. So we decided to do s “stay vacation” and somewhere new in a different venue on the actual day. They treated us at the door, gave us a fun seat overlooking the casino, highlighted the smoked ribeye, and ended with a special creme brûlée with 50 written on it.

    Went here as two brothers out enjoying a night out for some beer and good food. We both found the mini wedge salad to be a bit odd, were used to having places actually chop the lettuce and ingredients up together. Yet the blue cheese dressing was pretty good overall. The smoked ribeye had amazing flavor and required absolutely no A-1. Which says something about the steak flavorfulness. Mashed potatoes also had good flavor, not over powering with the garlic. Was a nice sized portion as well. The only thing I wish was that they had a better tap beer selection, while yes they have a great wine selection. Just wish they would bring the tap beer back.

    My husband Gary Marshall asked the gal hostess, if it would be possible to have the walleye dinner made with breading. She asked the cooked and they were more than happy to make it any way we wanted it. It was GREAT, the BEST walleye my husband ever had. I had a steak and it was cooked to perfection. Everyone was very pleasant and we had a terrific night out. Got to gamble at the table and play the slots. Gary and Shari Marshall...... PS we have never had a bad meal at any of your restaurants!

    We love eating here. Lately seems we have been going once or twice a month. My husband's New York strip tasted amazing. It was the first time I was disappointed with my prime rib. Usually it melts in my mouth and has great flavor. This time is it was hard to cut and very chewy. Prefer the old menu. The salads before were awesome. Now the iceberg doesn't seem to go with high quality steaks. Also enjoyed getting the veggie of the day before and had many delicious options in the past. Great service and ambience!

    Overall a good place to dine. Food was good although it seemed to take a bit of time. The waitress was quite good and attentive to our group of six. The air conditioning was cold even for myself whom is usually a warm person.

    We had a wonderful meal, 4 of us each tried something different and each person loved their meal. It happened to be my birthday and the free desert was a huge success and we all enjoyed splitting it. a great time was had by all!!!!

    Right now I would not recommend this to a friend. The wait for food was too long. When the food came it was not hot. The baked potato was luke warm and the steak was not hot. Steak flavor was okay but not being hot detracted from its goodness.

    I had the opportunity to entertain my family (son, grandson, great granddaughter) at Otis and Henry"s on Mrch 27. The Prime rib dinner was excellent, the service was great. Very pleasant evening. Kuddos to the Isle Hosts for their assistance in making this a special evening for all of us.

    We went here for our anniversary. Our waiter was awful. He knew nothing. We had to ask if there was a special. It was a Friday night. He had to leave to go ask the chef. Our crab cake appetizer was not even warm. Ordered a martini that didn't come to our table until appetizer and salad were there. So very disappointing on our special night. What a waste!

    For the most part, food was good. However, not served warm enough and, after a glowing review of the tenderness of the pork steak, it was not. Prime rib was excellent. Server was very good. So, an average experience overall. Certainly not bad enough to never return!

    We made a reservation and it was confirmed, but when we arrived on time we were told we would have to wait because they had just seated someone and they "didn't want to overwhelm the server." We left and came back 15 minutes later and were seated. The service was so slow. We didn't get any bread before the meal nor did we get the appetizer we ordered. My prime rib was good, but my husband's shrimp was overcooked and tough. This used to be our favorite place to eat and we often brought friends and family. We won't be coming back. If we do eat at the Isle it will be at the buffet or Brew Brothers. We will have to find a new classy restaurant to go to for special dates and celebrations. This is the second bad experience we had at Otis and Henry's. We went there in June for my birthday and this time it was for our 48th wedding anniversary. Such a disappointment.

    “Expecting better than what we received.” Had reservations for 4... Seating for what we wanted was not available, so we waited in the bar for better seating....Servers charged us too much for what we ordered in the bar—but server did pleasantly take away our wine (not house), poured it out the “so-so” nachos were recommended by our waitress, but were also disappointing. Not sure we’ll be back....was hoping for a better dinner experience. We didn’t feel this to be the “first class” experience that it used to be.

    Server attire did not match the atmosphere, but it could be that it was New Year's Eve. Food presentation was good and server promptly upcooked our steaks when asked (it was nice they were not overcooked like at most restaurants). The only disappoinment is the lack of flexibility in substituting sides with the meals.

    Waitress forgot to bring our salads until we reminded her when the main entree was brought to the table. Lengthy wait for our food with few patrons in the dining area. The food is always good but the last few times, the service was less than expected.

    Very slow, no one there. Prime rib was extremely tough and chewy. Salads came out before appetizers. Bartender/waitress/hostess seemed annoyed anyone was in the restaurant let alone wanted to eat. Not just with us but others that also came in after us. Considering noone was there food sat under heat lamps waiting for someone to deliver to the appropriate table. The cooks looked annoyed when someone sent their soup back then it took them a good 15 minutes to send out a new soup to the table. I would not recommend this establishment for a decent night out or if you want a good expensive dinner
