Excellent service, considering they were short staffed. Food was quite good.
My birthday lunch with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the birthday banana split was Wonderfull!!
Sat outside and chairs weren't very comfortable. Also, the music being piped outside was very loud, so that escalated the general noise level because people were trying to talk over the music.
Server wasn't particularly positive, but I think she was very busy. Generally, the food was good...as always.
The food was great as usual, and our server Austin was fabulous!
Even with lots of customers restaurant did good job of serving us. Outdoor patio/dining strip are popular at happy hour.
Great food every time! Wonderful staff, and great ambience :)
Food expensive for not very tasty items. Drinks watered down & not delivered quickly
Used 2 b good place. Run down.
I was there on a very busy day. Quite noisy. Service was slower than usual.
Always delicious food, with many options. One of our favorites.
Awesome atmosphere, good quality food. Hope they get their molten lava cakes back on the menu. Will come again.
The Oswego Grill is a delightful place to dine. The food is consistently excellent.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
And Irma is our very favorite server. She is always "on top of things" and is so polite and friendly.
Service was excellent. Food, fish and chips limp soggy fries, bland coleslaw. Fish was good, crisp and hot on arrival.
Excellent Happy Hour Food. Interesting cocktails (no discount except for beer). Exemplary service - prompt and friendly.
Good food and our wait person, Julia was very efficient.
Salmon Harvest Bowl - so good!
Glass of wine expensive
Excellent waiter. Very noisey, hard to hear
Very good environment, good service and the food is really good, especially the stuffed chicken and the donuts with caramel.
First time at this restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. The food was outstanding, and I savored every bite. The food was prepared and presented so that the combination of flavors were superb. We will definitely be making Oswego Grill our go-to place!
very good servers/ Lizzie Kitchen ran out of a lot of items and she found a way to get what we wanted
There was a table next to us that was very loud. Also I ordered the prime rib and asked for med well. It was still pink in the middle. I asked to have it done a little more and what she brought back was fried on the grill and completely over done and tasteless. I was very surprised. Also for 30 prime rib dinner there was only meat and mashed potatoes. No vegetable. We chose the dinner instead of the sandwich because we wanted a good piece of meat. 2 of us got the prime rib dinner. It was like eating a shoe. I was embarrassed because I picked Oswego Grill.
Also the waitress ran off every time we ordered something that was out. Never told us it was out until we ordered something. Tell us up front so we don’t have to wait for you to keep coming back.
Good solid food every time. The cocktails are a little on the weak side but that’s pretty standard for restaurants.
Stuffed salmon was very good. Fish and chips were not. Not enough tarter sauce or ketchup with fish and chips.
Had my anniversary date here and it couldn’t have gone any more better! Loved everything about this place and was worth the experience!
Great night on the deck off the bar - excellent food, drinks, and service!
Our Anniversary. They surprised us with a huge banana split for two and a card signed by all the staff. Fantastic place to go for any special occasion.
The food was excellent as always; I had the Ahi Poke Bowl and my friend had the Chopped Salad—both bowls empty at the end of lunch (well almost empty, the was more ahi than I could handle.) Our server was delightful and efficient and our meals arrived promptly. Our only challenge was with the parking-complimentary valet parking was completely full so we circled waiting for someone to leave—it did work out, but I was surprised by the chaos when I arrived. No doubt I’ll be back and I will allow more time for parking.
The staff is wonderful and it was so nice to dine without looking at servers in masks 😷 The food was appealing to the eye, and best of all tasted yummy as well.
Great restaurant for lunch - our first time at one of the Oswego Grills. I'd read about parking, but they had complimentary valet parking. Our waiters, Andrew and Allison, were very helpful. The blood orange margarita and the cucumber and mint margarita were a little disappointing. We should have asked our servers for their suggestion. It was my husband's birthday and he got a complimentary huge banana split that he shared, along with a nice card signed by the managers and our waiters. Definitely plan to go back.
We were seated for over 10 minutes before our server came to our table. She had passed by several times as we sat there with no menus, water or any other beverages. We finally had to stop her on one of her passes by.
Our server was quite inattentive. Checked back once immediately after food arrived. No water refills. I had to flag him down to order dessert.
Food was absolutely outstanding. The salads were cold and crisp and flavorful and my bowl of fruit was LARGE with a great mixture of that Oregon has to offer!
Server was attentive and caring. Chicken Marsala was delicious. Carrots were cut thick and not cooked well enough to even cut. It was so nice to see them doing a good business after months of being so empty due to pandemic. Servers are mostly new but well trained. Overall this is my favorite restaurant.
Our service was unfriendly and only responsive when we asked for something. A very odd service. We are regular diners at Oswego Grills and this was exceptional cold/rude/awkward service. We barely were looked at or acknowledged as customers. Our dining experiences usually are great wherever we go and we almost always enjoy the service and interaction with our service. Disappointing :(
We were carefully seated exactly as we had requested in the reservation. We had a wonderful server who got every detail right, including every alteration we requested—all from memory on her part. She was attentive and responsive. We all loved the food we had chosen. I love this restaurant.
Always a great place for any occasion. food is great every time we go.
Great overall. Zero complaints. Food was outstanding and very clean restaurant.
Happy to see quality and service haven’t gone down hill due to Covid. Great girls lunch and will be back with the family for dinner
Parking is getting to be a major deterrent to eating lunch at OG.
My Turkey BLT (no fries) seemed extraordinarily rich—too rich. It seemed soggy with fat and I could hardly move the rest of the day.
How about crispy bread and less fat?
I still recommend for the ambiance and service but not during lunch anymore due to parking.
