Lots on the menu to choose from and the servers graciously accommodated a substitution (chicken instead of salmon). We were celebrating a birthday and the wonderful complimentary dessert (Farrells sundae) was a huge hit! Really a generous and nice touch delivered with a birthday card. Good value for the experience. I do recommend reservations, even for lunch. It was busy!

Our friends commented they loved eating at this place and they're quite honest about what they experience. We've always enjoyed Oswego Grill and Mark said his steak was perfect, Millie really enjoyed her fish, and my husband and I had beautifully prepared food that was very tasty. We were visited by the manager who was so pleasant a person asking if we'd enjoyed our meal. We'll be sure to return.

We were seated at a table right near kitchen / server station and noise was so loud it was difficult to hear my stablemates. Food was excellent and service was attentive. Having complimentary valet service was appreciated since parking lot was full.

Considering I indicated it was my good friend’s birthday on my reservation, not a single staff member wished her a happy birthday. This is definitely not the standard here and I was very disappointed because my expectations were not met on this special occasion.

Had dinner on the patio off the bar area. Lovely & tranquil spot for a warm spring evening. Great service. Decent wine list (tho not extensive) and broad menu that has something for everyone. I had a starter salad (small & perfect for an appetizer) and the Westwood pasta which was excellent.

Came here for Mother's Day and was greeted nicely by the staff. However, when we got to the table it was as if we were forgotten about. We sat down and did not see our server for 20 minutes. Our server finally checked in on us and that was one of two times we saw him. He didn't come back to ask if we needed anything. My husband's steak was overly salty and we didn't get any water refills while we were there. From start to finish we were there for two hours. I blame the slow service on the holiday which is totally understandable, but I do expect servers to make sure their tables are doing okay!

The ambience was nice, staff members were friendly. The only issue was that they did not have record of the Mother’s Day reservation I had made in advance. Once I showed them the confirmation email from Open Table, they prepared a table for us fairly quickly. Food was good, value was good, too…

I had the chicken Cobb salad which I usually get. The salad was mixed with the dressing and there wAs a nice amount of chicken. The first tomato I’ve been into was spongy salad had very little bacon and no egg and I had to dig around for a few avocado bits.Definitely not worth the price anymore. My friend had the salmon power bowls and they looked delicious

We just wanted to have a late lunch/ early dinner before heading to a friend’s house. We frequent this restaurant about once every couple of months, and it’s usually pretty decent. Not many people in the restaurant at this time. Took 10mins of us sitting in our booth to even be greeted, then 10 more mins to get drinks. We weren’t necessarily on a time crunch when we got there, but at this point were getting worried that the dining experience would take more time than normal. We decided not to get an appetizer for time’s sake, though we normally would have. The server brought our drinks and bread, all great. Then I got my bowl of soup and my husband got his salad very quickly after that. Not even 2 minutes later our entrees came out, I hadn’t even tasted my soup yet. My drink is gone at this point. The server came by and asked how everything was tasting and we hadn’t even tasted our soup and salad yet, let alone the entree. He seemed in a hurry and didn’t ask if I wanted another drink. Honestly we were frustrated and ready to go anyways, really really really do not appreciate waiting a long time to order, then all the food coming out all at the same time. Everything tasted good, but the execution wasn’t very thoughtful.
