Waitress was nice and honest but food preparation took an extremely long time, which was surprising because only one other group was dining at the same time as us. Food was good but not extraordinary, so it was not worth the long wait.

Fantastic! Always great for a special occasion. The sushi rolls are amazing and the service was great. Our server was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great Harvard Square spot.

The rice in our sushi was super crunchy and felt almost uncooked. How a sushi restaurant can get their rice wrong is beyond me.

When we were seated at 7 pm on Saturday night ,the hostess informed us the main sushi chef did not show up so it would be over 30 minutes to get our sushi. There were hardly any tables seated at this time. We weren't in a hurry so this wasn't a problem. We decided to order some appetizers. My son was excited to introduce me to Shisito peppers but when he ordered them, they were out. This is 7:00 pm on a Sat night- not a good sign. We got some other appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed a leisurely time, but it was over an hour before the sushi arrived. I felt we should have been comped some aps or drinks or something for the long wait. There's a big choice around Harvard Square to dine so doubtful we'll be back.

For more than an hour from when we arrived we waited for our miso soup & were not informed that two usual chefs were both out and that one beginning chef was having to prepare food for a whole room of patrons. We were finally informed after about 90 minutes and thought that at this point things would start to move but it was almost another hour before we got our maki which turned out to not be good. The fish covering my maki did not seem fresh & was mushy They did give us another bowl of soup & some edamane for free, which was a nice gesture, but if we had been informed when we came in that this was the situation we would have just come back another time. The one positive service was the man filling up our water glasses. We will not return again.

We stopped in after attending an event at Harvard and upon our arrival, we were informed that the sushi chef didn't show so they were about 20 minutes slow on getting sushi orders out. Not being in a rush we felt that was fine...60 minutes later we still didn't have our food and we were told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I should stress that the Manager and the Server were very kind throughout the process but it seemed as if they could have better managed the situation. I have no idea if the sushi was good as we ended up leaving prior to its arrival but based on this experience, I would not return nor would I recommend it.

The last time I dined here, we hit Monday night 30% off deal, and that was a great surprise! This place is normally a little pricy, so the discount made the dinner much more reasonable. This Monday, our waitress was very standoffish and rude, but in the past we have had just fine service. We will continue to return for sushi treats!

Short staff that night. Waited on a side order for about 30 minutes and had to get up and find him. We were a party of four and they consolidated our order on one large plate. That made it hard to figure out who ordered what.

My boyfriend and I dined here on a snowy night. I saw that people had issues with the service, but we DID NOT. Our waiter was nice and attentive...even making drink recommendations. The food was fresh and good, and it came quickly. No complaints...only good things to say!

The food was good, yet pricey, and we had a great experience until the waitress started yelling at another fellow staff member. It was very rude and she did it multiple times while we were dining. All of the other staff members were very nice and accommodating but she was an embarrassment for the restaurant. I felt bad that they had to work with her. Good sushi though. Also the waitress made sure to remind us to tip on the whole bill, which we already knew to....obviously.

Tacky decor, average service, terrible drinks, and subpar food for the area. Went there to see a local musician, and decided to go early for pre-show dinner and drinks. This place was so bad I ended up leaving before the show started. Across the board, you can do better than this place by walking 2 blocks in any direction in the Square.
