Disappointing experience all-around. We had first table in main dining room so everyone seated and every server kept passing our table constantly. Odd vibe. Small main dining room surrounded by private parties. Our food was incredibly bland, dry and extremely hot like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. We skipped dessert and a second glass of wine since it just wasn’t an enjoyable experience, unfortunately.

Our dishes were very delicious and arrived HOT! Nice surprise. Our server was lovely and very informed about the menu items' preparation. I have walked by this restaurant for 13 years and for some reason never stopped. That was a terrible mistake. Thanks for a great evening.

We came from a recommendation from a friend. It was Memorial Day so it was a slower day. Our server told us about the fantastic Happy Hour and we loved it. Wine selections were great. Pizza was crispy and tasty. Our server Maya was knowledgeable . She even remembered we were celebrating my birthday. Thank you. We will be back

Our server was amazing! We felt so taken care of and celebrated. It was one of my favorite dinners with my husband in 10 years and I really appreciate the efforts the staff and servers went to to make us feel special. Thank you!

We made a reservation nearly a month in advance and checked in on time. We were not seated until 35 minutes past our reservation time. The hostess that sat us did apologize but at that point I would have expected a comped round of drinks or dessert at a minimum. Our server was friendly enough but did not ask about any allergies or dietary restrictions (big no no for Lettuce Entertain You restaurants) and once she was made aware of a gluten allergy in our party she continued to suggest dishes that were not gluten free. There was a wedding going on in the adjoining event space so we did hear music blaring the entire time. The food itself was pretty good and made up for the lackluster service but I would be hesistant to dine here again or recommend to anyone else.

First time visit and it was perfect. Sat right down and waitress and entire staff very attentive. Great recommendations all around. Was the perfect dinner for our end of stay in Chicago

Very disappointed with our experience at Osteria. First it was requested on the reservation that we get a nice table for my elderly mother for Mother’s Day. Instead they gave us a table next to the server station. Also our server was inexperienced and hardly came to our table to check on us. Our experience with the food was average. Nothing special just ok.
