   We had the best time here! A hidden Italian gem in the heart of river north. Will be coming back for sure!

   Fantastic experience!!!! Our Server was exceptional (likely the best we've ever had)! He was jovial, friendly, and helpful. It was clear he loved food and helping others truly enjoy it and their dining experience too. Our food (my wife and I both got short ribs) is outstanding as entree! We shared a pizza as an appetizer and it was absolutely wonderful. Desserts were terrific as well. Ambiance was great and price was reasonable.

   This restaurant is gorgeous and full of ambience. It reminded me of places I've eaten around the Mediterranean and other areas throughout Italy and Spain. The service was very nice, friendly and professional. Personally, I didn't care for the omelette, and there weren't any other egg choices that I could find on the Easter Sunday brunch buffet, but everything else was fantastic. There was an entire "station" just for sweets. They had little bitty mini versions of all kinds of treats, and they were awesome! I'd like to go back in the evening some time and try their pizza. They have a large open fireplace where I'm assuming they do the pizzas. I will DEFINITELY go back the next time I am in town.

   Heather Grace is an outstanding server. The appetizers are great. We had the meatballs and the caprese salad. Delicious. I loved the soft ribs and whipped potatoes. My husband would order the fish stew again in a minute. We were too full to order dessert.

   The food here is authentic. I highly recommend visiting. The wine selection is also very nice. Everything here was a good value and the service from Avery was great!

   The food was outstanding. Focaccia and roasted garlic was sensational. Seafood stew and cacio e Pepe were phenomenal. Highly recommend!

    The name of the restaurant is attractive and it looks fancy from the exterior but it’s not really upscale and in fact attracts a lot of not so elite clientele being on State Street. It was dark and dim and seemed dirty. I loved that the host sat us in the naming dining room but there wasn’t the candlelight that was advertised. The waitress was attentive but not passionate at all. Other waiters seemed friendlier. The food was so so. We ordered a large salad and it was just ok and way too much; pizza was nice and thin but just ok as well. We weren’t inspired enough to order a main dish, but my husband did try the apple pie dessert and liked it.
