A neighborhood gem where you will love the food and feel comfortable and welcome. The owner Francesco is a true delight, and ask for Carlos to be your server and you will not find more professional or enjoyable service anywhere. Pastas come in full and half portions, so try a few, and don't miss the pappardelle with the veal meat sauce or the ravioli - everything is homemade here, even the breads. Tim makes great cocktails, and all of the service providers are very attentive and appreciative. The Arancini is just like I enjoy all over Sicily - you won't be disappointed. The meatballs are perfect, and the salads are fresh and crisp, and not over-dressed. The branzino is terrific and if you like veal - this is the place. Don't miss the light as air Torta - ricotta and chocolate cheesecake or the selection of cookies. These chefs can cook, and this is a place to enjoy with your family, because you will feel right at home here!

Once inside, you don't feel it's a "strip mall restaurant'. Food was excellent and service was attentive but not too intrusive. Bar service was perfect, with cocktails mixed according to our requests.

STILL GO WEEKLY,GREAT TO SEE THE MASTER CHEF IN HOUSE LAST SATURDAY. ALL THESE VISITS AND HAD NEVER TRIED THE RABBIT--WOW GREAT DISH!

A diverse and relatively large menu including half and full portions for many entrees. The quality of the food was outstanding. Unfortunately a meal there on a Friday night made it difficult to verbally communicate with others at our table. More importantly, our waiter tried very hard - almost to the point of intimidation - to discourage us from ordering a half portion size of our entrees. We preferred the smaller size for several reasons. But the waiter's facial expression and hand gestures made it clear he felt a half portion was very small and may not be enough. Then he said that a half portion is the size of an appetizer. I am an intelligent adult and I know what a half portion means. To try to embarrass me into ordering a full size portion is not appropriate and makes me believe he simply wanted a larger check and related larger tip. Earlier, the same waiter discouraged us from ordering an appetizer after we said 2 of us planned to share it, saying it was quite small. We ordered it anyway and it was the perfect size for 2 people to share, much larger than he led us to believe!

The restaurant had a very nice vibe, quiet so you could talk. The food was delicious. My snapper was cooked perfectly, just wish it was bigger. The chicken parm and lasagna were delicious and a good portion. The shrimp with grains was yummy but only came with 4 shrimp. I would recommend this restaurant, parking was easy and the ambiance was lovely. If you order seafood, order a more substantial appetizer, I had a dinner salad which wasn't enough. I don't eat bread but my friends thought it was delicious. We had the round table in the pathway to the kitchen which was a bit annoying.

Went to celebrate my birthday. My server was Carlos B. and he pleasantly surprised me. I started off with a different take on bruschetta which was excellent. Next was a salad called Caprino (beets and goat cheese were the main ingredients) this was good but not what I would do the next time. The main entre was Seared Tuna this was excellent would have this again. Finished off with coffee gelato, a little limoncello and a cup of café . I would recommend asking for him when you go.

While renting for a month in Deerfield Beach, Fl my family was fortunate to come across this authentic Italian restuarant. Housed in The Cove it may be overlooked but if you are looking for delicious Italian dishes like Nona made I recommend you make a trip. I especially recommend any nightly special pasta dish, but also the linguini and clams and the Pacchetti ( which is prepared with Eggplant) the veal Milanese was excellent and the calamari and arancini appetizers were delicious! We went 4 times on our 4 week stay and look forward to returning next year.
