altho we enjoyed ourselves, we didn't get our reward points...
...very disappointing since as we checked in we mentioned to the hostess we were Open Table reserves. please advise as to what we should about this. thank you
My husband and I were hoping for a romantic evening with an excellent dinner. We were sadly disappointed. For starters we had the mussels; they were just ok. The Caesar salad was boring. We then both ordered the seafood ravioli. Although the pasta seemed fresh, the filling was less than desirable in taste and consistency. Neither one of us finished our dishes. We had originally planned on having dessert and coffee, but with the 3 strikes mentioned above we decided to cut our losses and leave. I doubt that we will be returning.
Been here many times, always outstanding. Evening specials are worth a try for sure. Great service. 5 stars
Nice place. We recommend Ealy for a quiet dinner and later for music and louder group.
We showed up for our opentable reservation and they just said, sorry we are already closing, that was it, we were SOL! So great job on both the restaurant and open table for the quality service!
Our server was incredibly attentive and the food was outstanding! My husband ordered the margherita pizza, and I had the salmon. We shared our dishes with each other and ate almost every bite. I think we left only one slice of pizza. We were stuffed! Also, the house pino noir was delicious.
Inspite of being crowded, the service was good and the food excellent. Another wonderful dining experience at Osteria.
Again, Osteria was a great choice. They had extended ‘Restaurant Week’ so we were able to order from their special fixed-price menu. Everyone was pleased with the superior quality of the food and the excellent service.
Great food. The staff are so friendly. Many thanks to Diego, Pietro, May and all others for always making us feel welcomed and special.
Food was mediocre at best. Dining room was uncomfortably warm. This was not our first time at the restaurant but it will likely be our last. Too many great dining establishments in Santa Fe to keep this on our list.
Very nice dining experience. I thought the seafood in the seafood carbonara (salmon and shrimp) was a bit over cooked. Mushroom soup was delicious!
We love Osteria and go frequently but we went this restaurant week to enjoy their special menu and were blown away. The appetizers, black mussels, beet salad were spectacular!!! The food was excellent and the portions were huge. Each could have been shared. The entree, sole and chicken Parma, were to die for. We took a lot or each home to enjoy the next day! Don’t miss Osteria!!!!
Love this place food is the best and staff the greatest
I've eaten at Osteria D'Assisi several times in the past, and always liked it. But this time it was quite disappointing. In an effort to make things easier on themselves, apparently, they did not offer their usual menu on Valentine's Day, and instead offered a fixed price menu. The salad was ok, though it had too much dressing. I had the prime rib, which was way overcooked and tough - I couldn't eat more than a few bites. Then the dessert arrived and it was awful.
I don't see myself going back there again.
It was Valentine's Day so it was a limited menu, 3 course dinner with 5 options for main course. All I can say was everything was so great! And it was not just the food , the room was decorated with red balloons and our waitress was fantastic with her recommendations and attention to detail. We will be going back again soon.
Osso bucco a little bland but overall an excellent dinner.
There were six of us for dinner before a concert. The food and the service were both exceptionally excellent. Thanks to Osteria for a wonderful dining experience.
This was not my first time here but it was probably my best experience at Osteria D Assisi. Our waitress was Jen and she made our evening so enjoyable. What can you say if you can get your waitress to laugh so much she begins to snort.
The food was simply amazing and I will continue to return and request Jen as my waitress. She should be commended on how she interacts with her customers.
Jen, I still want my cannoli!!
The wait staff was very friendly and there was as a musician who was fantastic. Unfortunately, the food was some of the worst I’ve ever had.
I wanted to know do you purchase from local farmers in the community?
Great food and service in an intimate setting. The singer-guitarist was very good, singing many older but popular country songs and others. We will go back soon and often.
A Santa Fe standard that rises above most of the other Italian offerings in town. Intimate atmosphere, and great outdoor space in the summer.
Exceptional meal. All five courses, three wines, and grappa!
Greeted promptly by the host and was seated almost immediately. Server came by after a few minutes and took drink and food order. Bread service delivered after a few minutes. Entrees took a little longer, thus the 4 star rating. I would definitely return. Great food and friendly service
We have eaten here several times before and have always been very happy. Maybe our expectations are now so high we were a little disappointed with our meals this time. We did each have desert and both of them were the best ever. Our waiter was also maybe the best waiter anywhere we have eaten. Over a good night and we will go back, but probably order something else off the menu.
Fabulous northern Italian quinine. Diego the manager is very welcoming and always checking on things. An evening being waited on by Pietro is a memorable experience. At lunch time ask for May, but really the entire staff makes you feel so comfortable. Our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe.
Always a pleasure to dine here! Delicioys food great wine choices service on point but not overbearing.
Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere - that says it all!
Wonderful food, great service and nice atmosphere. Outstanding dining experience.
After a long day on the road through New Mexico this was exactly what we wanted. Quiet, not Mexican or green chiles. We each had a different ravioli dish, mushroom and shrimp/lobster. Also the mista salad and the Caesar salad. Dessert was gelato and tiramisu. My only complaint is that each of the dishes was overly generous. Just too much food and we couldn’t take it with us. Overall, a nice place to go. Service was excellent!
Every single dish was amazing. Wait staff was quick and kept drinks filled. Very good experience
Always delicious. Service polite and friendly.
Nice place for lunch. Fresh oysters. A pleasant place to be.

Great food!!! We was a party of 6 and all the food was excellent. The service was great, our table was ready when we arrived, the place is nice with live music. We will repeat!!
Wonderful New Year's Eve dinner. Everything was perfect.
Celebrated New Year's Eve at Osteria and had a lovely time. Would recommend for sure.
It was New Year's Eve and they accommodated us with table of 8. We were the reason noise level a little high. The ambiance was great, the food was great and our waiter was the best. Our friend had been there and had this waiter so she requested him, Italian man, New his stuff and very accommodating.
Menu was limited due to the holiday. I would have selected a different main entree if I had the choice. The food quality was acceptable, but have had better for the price which was very high.
Great place for large parties.. family friendly and great chef specials!! Lentil soup with green chili was delicious!!
