Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Consistently one of my favorite dining spots in Wilmington.

Made reservations a week in advance. Stated was for birthday celebration. Seating was in a main thoroughfare. No acknowledge of birthday. Poor customer service for price.

It was our first time at Osteria Cicchetti and we loved it! Our server was awesome and very attentive to our needs, the food was awesome....highly recommend the seafood canneloni! The atmosphere was like you were in an italian kitchen....very homey and I loved watching everyone work and do their job. We also had the peanut butter cake....highly recommend that too. We will definitely be back and recommend to all of our friends and family!

We had a great bridal luncheon at the OC. We were very pleased with the service and delicious food.

We (2) dropped in for an unhurried dinner after arriving in town after a long day in the car. Osteria Cicchetti is n accessible large, central storefront in an upscale strip mall. We were promptly seated, the staff were all pleasant people; we had an enthusiastic young waitress and plenty of wait staff. We were seated in the huge main room with a view of kitchen. There is also a big side room plus a large and loud bar area. The atmosphere is lively with limited lighting.
They offer a full wine list, the appetizers and menu are nearly exhaustive and Italian - this is a place to languish with friends, although costs add up. Our drinks, calamari, and the veal and fish entrees were very good and service was attentive. We had no complaints. We are still in the exploratory stages of our move to near Wilmington, so everything is a new experiment. We had a bit more travel after the meal, so we limited our time, alcohol and food volumes. However, recycling back to Osteria is quite likely.

Service was fine, food was mediocre!

Server kept referring to me as her friend. Food was nothing special veal was tough clam sauce tasted like lemon. Entrees came out while we were still eating our appitzers had to send them back and our server did not know that we sent them back.

Our waitress never smiled the whole hour and 1/2 we were there. The Caesar dressing tasted like mayonnaise. When we walked in, we smelled the wonderful smell of garlic, but the food didn't have much taste at all. Our reservation was perfectly honored, though.

Everything was wonderful and the food was great. The only let down was that I reserved a table for a date. The table I was taken to was not all user friendly. My date sat on a chair and I sat on a bench. Would have prefered a normal table with two or four chairs in a romantic corner.

Relaxing dine in, service was amazing.

The other food we ordered very was good. However, over the years we have been going to this restaurant, the eggplant dishes have a lot less eggplant and a lot more cheese. The eggplant dishes used to be the best in town, but not anymore. We will return continue to go back but just not as frequently.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our dinner, drinks and dessert to celebrate my birthday. Everything tasted great, service was perfect and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend the chocolate coconut gelato as well! Yum!

Always wanted to try this place and SO glad I did! I credible food and atmosphere! I intend to become a regular here!

Veal and goat cheese ravioli is a must have. Delicious food and excellent variety of wines.. love Boca so makes sense this was outstanding. Will return

I have been coming to Osteria Cicchetti for 3 years now each time I am in town. I usually visit three nights in a row during the week I am here. I am of Italian descent and enjoy the food immensely and the service is quick and amiable. Bravo e piuttosto delizioso!

As usual it was a great meal. Very loud but it's to be expected in that type of open room.

We have been many times. OC is a great value. We had reservations on a Saturday night, and it was packed. We noticed a table in the bar area and asked if the menu is the same in the bar, it is. We gave up our reservation and sat in the bar area. It was less noise than the main restaurant. The server was Excellent. She was funny, engaging and made good recommendations. Don't be afraid to sit in the bar area, even when it's not crowded in the main dining room.

Pizzas were amazing. Beet salad and peach salad were also great. One of my families favorite places to eat.

We had 4 diverse meals - chicken marsala, chicken Francaise, tortellina and pizza - all were fantastic. The deep fried potato balls are DELISH. Great atmosphere - recommend to make a reservation.

We always have a great meal at the OC. Our friends from out of town really enjoyed it as well. Our waitress was fantastic, very personable and made sure our table was well taken care of. Highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I ate here last week. It was noisy but that is of course not the restaurant's fault. Service was a little spotty, and my wife swore that something bad must have happened behind the scenes. My dinner was pretty good actually, my wife's was a little so-so. Our biggest complaint was that our entrees came out way too fast - my wife hadn't even gotten served her first glass of wine yet.

Immediate seating for our reservation and outstanding service. Dinner was excellent .

The linguini and clams didn't seem to have many clams. The butter bean salad was really good. The Soprano pizza was ok.

Great food and the service was great. Nice ambiance.

Always enjoy my meal only negative is how quickly the entree is served. You need to give a little down time between appetizer and main course.

The OC at Landfall is always consistently excellent Italian food and well priced. The staff is excellent too, and I would always recommend it.

Great Mussels in white or red sauce. Tortonelli was very good. Cream sauce's were done well. Egg Plant dinner was poor. Service and atmosphere was great. Look forward to our next visit.

We always go out to dinner several times with friends who join us when we spend a week at a cottage at Wrightsville Beach. We have always gone to Boca Bay, and heard that the Osteria was owned by the same people. After checking the menu on line (two of us eat g/f) we decided to try it and asked for a quiet table, as one of us wears hearing aides - probably several of us should! We were seated appropriately for our request, all 8 of us ordered different dinners, and all our dinners, salads, and the service were outstanding. We'll be back next year, God willing!

Outstanding dining. Hidden gem in a plaza you would not know existed if it weren't for Open Table. Excellent portion size and incredible choices on the menu. Chix parm was amazing as was the Chix piccata. Fantastic bread basket and cannoli is a must try. Cannoli dessert consists of three mini cannolis which were amazing to top off a fantastic dining experience.

Service was excellent and very timely. The atmosphere in the main dining room was in one of an Italian setting in an outdoor café. Very nice.

I thought the food came faster than anticipated for preparing a salmon dish and thought it may have been prep earlier and than finished off. I asked for it to be medium and it was raw in the center. I sent it back but had to find the wait staff to do this. It came back acceptable but I was very disappointed in the whole dinning experience.

This is an amazing restaurant! The menu is a wonderful blend of traditional Italian foods and upscale fare fit for foodies. They use very fresh ingredients and everything is made from scratch - I especially recommend the charcuterie with delicious olives, and the homemade mozzarella cheese is great fried! The waiter, James, was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent timing skills as well as some great recommendations. If you save room you'll have to try the Opera cake - yum!
