OSO Restaurant on the Historic Sonoma Plaza focuses on chef David Bush's Modern California Cuisine in a relaxed and rustic setting. OSO has table seating for reservations and offers an a la carte menu.. The menu highlights the chef's exciting, but never esoteric, cuisine which crosses all culinary borders. OSO also offers a full bar and specialty cocktails.

Chef Bush is focused on his new world style of cuisine and presents a menu that appeals to the entire scope of one's palate. Items such as fresh raw oysters, farm to table California vegetables, local fish and meat. OSO looks forward to your visit.

                                                                                      We loved everything at Oso, our only nit pick was that the beef was undercooked but in all fairness the restaurant offered to cook it longer and our party was already mid meal and declined.

                                                                                      The food and service at OSO are excellent. They have the best cheeseburger in the area and it always comes out rare as I ordered it. My wife especially likes their mussels...very tasty, plump and tender. Their salads are outstanding with homemade dressings. Premium liquor is very fairly priced.

                                                                                      This was our second visit, and it was even better than the first. We both had Shrimp and cheesy Grits, and it was FANTASTIC!!! We also ordered the bread and butter with all the sea salt on top of the bread. It was delish!

                                                                                      Oysters Rockafeller is the best on the planet. Buratta was good. Our special Halibut was overcooked but the sticky rice was wonderful. We love OSO and it's unusual to receive overcooked anything. We will be back.
