Was there for a birthday, but no one asked if there were any special occasions. We weren't offered dessert. It was Valentine's Day, so seemed like they were just trying to get us out quickly. Felt a bit rushed. Food and ambiance was great though.

Great food and awesome entertainment, just don't get too close because it's HOT! Best part, delicious leftovers the next day.

Second time around. Food still fresh and flavorful. Your never go away hungry. Chefs entertain you at a table that seats eight. Good place for special occasions. This is pretty noisy place and not conducive quite conversations. Busy on weekends so I suggest reservations.

Went here to celebrate a birthday and the food was phenomenal. I highly recommend the lobster tail. Great service however there was a lot of noise in the restaurant

Today is 4 degrees in MN.
My colleagues and I went to Osaka for the hibachi lunch. However, when we arrived, we all noticed the restaurant was too cold (low temperature). The greeter brought us to the grill area and that space was even colder than the front entrance area.
We forfeited the grill experience to be seated in a warmer area of the restaurant. Half way through the meal, it was still too cold and we put on our winter coats. At the same time, we noticed the table next to us all had their winter coats on as well.
We told the server about the low temperature and asked to have it turned up. His response shocked us all. He told us that he could not turn up the thermostat but would tell management, as it is their decision to adjust the temperature. Needless to say, we will not be returning until summer.
Poor business decision. If you are running a business, you should make sure your guests are comfortable.

Our kids always like to celebrate their December Birthdays at a Hibachi restaurant. Osaka is very accommodating and fun to do with a group.

The food was great, but our chef was not entertaining and it seemed as though he did not want to be there.

Noisy! I understand the chef is part of the entertainment, but one chef was noisy to the point of being obnoxious.

You just can't keep adding butter, salt and oil to any kind of food with the expectation that it will keep making it better. Overpriced and underwhelming.

The food was great, the service was outstanding, we did Hibachi and our chef made the night really fun

Food quality has declined over the past couple of years. Our chef was very good, probably the best we've had, but the restaurant was under staffed, and the seafood quality was poor. I would not recommend ordering lobster or scallops from the hibachi menu.

We had a party of 14 when we visited Osaka recently for our family's October birthday celebrations. Several of us were quite disappointed with the food and the chef. His presentation was lackluster, it seemed as though he was rushing through the cooking, and portions of the meats were not what they've been in the past. I had Filet and Shrimp hibachi, and I certainly did not receive my full portion of steak. My son also had ordered filet and says he was sure he was given NY strip instead. The flavor of the food was good, but we come to Osaka not only for the food, but also for the experience. We have been happy in the past with this Osaka, but nearly the entire group was dissatisfied with this experience. I'm not sure we'll be back.

Went there with family. Six in group. Food was delicious. Fun and different way to dine. Very noisy so if you are looking for a intimate and quite atmosphere this is not the place.
